SDO(Software Development Outsourcing) projects have been consistently increasing and expanding but also have many failures. In order to improve SDO performance, the factors affecting SDO performance are investigated in this study. SDO has relational risk as well as performance risk in nature, and the factors affecting the SDO performance caused by these mixed risks are drawn from the prior studies. With field survey targeted client IS personnel who experienced SDO, 214 survey questionnaires are collected and analyzed. Research results show that vendor power, client requirements certainty, goal clarity and goal alignment affect the SDO performance. However, vendor knowledge and client knowledge do not have much effect on SDO performance. The results of this study can be effectively utilized to decrease the failures of SDO and increase the possibility of success.

Despite the D-optimality criterion becomes very popular in designing an experiment for nonlinear models because of theoretical foundations it provides, it is very critical that the criterion depends on the unknown parameters of the nonlinear model. But some nonlinear models turned out to be partially nonlinear in sense that the optimal design depends on the subset of parameters only. It was a strong belief that the maximin approach to find a robust design to protect against the uncertainty of parameters is not guaranteed to be successful in nonlinear models. But the maximin approach could be a success for the partial nonlinear model, because often the optimal design depends on only one unknown value of parameter, easier to handle than the full parameters. We deal with maximin approach for Michaelis-Menten model with respect to D- and $D_s$-optimality.

In addition, by participating Universities into the medium-and long-term research business of government-supported institute, it is expected to strengthen the basic initiative research, revitalize the joint study conducted by the universities and government-supported institute, and to reshuffle the statutes to promote personnel exchanges between the universities and government-supported institute. Universities role as a principle of innovation in the field of Aerospace is getting its weight so that the necessity of the institute-academia collaboration is increasing. Types of the Institute-Academia Collaboration can be categorized into the Joint-Study, internships for the students in Masters and Ph. D. programs, Professor-Researcher Exchange, Joint Research Lab, and Joint Postgraduate Course, and those are the cases from the U.S., Brazil, Germany, France, Japan, and Korea. High mutual reliance on the research subject, mutual trust on the research capability, and abundant and flexible capabilities in sources are required to make a success in Institute-Academia Collaboration.

Assuming that Smart Work will have a positive effect on job satisfaction, and which, in turn, will improve productivity, domestic and international organizations have adopted and implemented Smart Work. However, leading companies have recently reduced or shut down operations of Smart Work. If Smart Work had really brought about the improvement of productivity, there would be no reason for organizations to take such action. Therefore, this paper reviews the relationship among Smart Work, job satisfaction and productivity. Based on the National Digital Science Library (NDSL) database, we select eight references related to Smart Work, and analyze them systematically. The previous empirical studies show that Smart Work produces a positive outcome for job satisfaction, which, in turn, improves productivity. However, we find that the previous research has a problem demonstrating the relationship between job satisfaction and productivity, because they has unclearly measured the concept of job satisfaction. This research deeply discuss this issue, and provides future research direction.

This study tried to diagnose the status of overseas field training and overseas employment through questionnaire surveys, FGI, and success case analysis, and to find implications for the educational direction that universities should take for the efficient operation of overseas employment programs. Specifically, surveys and interviews were conducted for participating students to diagnose the problems of current field training and overseas employment programs, and systematize the derived requirements to extract desirable field training and overseas employment program operation guidelines, and students The purpose of this study was to derive improvement plans and policy proposals by analyzing the causes that affect the satisfaction of employees' on-the-job training and overseas employment.

A judgment on the redevelopment projects' predicted profitability is an essential decision-making element for the success of the redevelopment projects. It is necessary to review the literature on profitability of redevelopment project and draw risk factors that could affect profitability through the risk analysis based on surveys. It is also necessary to judge profitability prediction toward the business value of the redevelopment project in the planning phase according to the risk analysis results which can affect the profitability prediction. In order to prevent the growing difficulties in executing the projects, a profitability prediction model is proposed using the method of management and disposal based on a proportional calculation that can estimate the share of expenses in order to judge profitability in the planning phase. With the improvement of profitability prediction models, it is possible to appropriately judge profitability in the planning phase in order to allow the prevention of suspension, reduction of project term, reduction of cost, and making of rational decisions.

As the amount of information generated in the construction project increases exponentially, design and construction review have a serious impact on the success of the site. For this reason, academic and business circles have been expanding the use of BIM at the whole life, and BIM is now accepted as one of the standards used in the construction industry. However, the BIM-based design for the temporary work is used as an aid to the 2D design because there is no specialized software and there is absolutely lack of a professional engineer. The objective of this research is to develop BIM-based temporary work support system. This system minimizes human errors in BIM-based design, quantity takeoff and inspection and shortens working hours.

Single window has become a critical point of trade facilitation. While Korea has set up the first web based single window 'uTtradeHub', China has also been working on a seamless single window. As strong governmental support, advanced technology, leading agency and legal framework are success factors for single window, China already has solid foundation for this. For the leading agency, this research suggests the CIECC as a leading agency with linkage to E-Port service for seamless trade service for companies. We expect that Chinese single window will materialize in near future by a leading agency with the help of strong governmental support.

The portion of plant industry has increased within construction market. In spite of plant industry is dynamic field which leads state-of-the-art and creates a value, phased information management and knowledge intensive business accomplishment are insufficient. Henceforth plant is expected to demand increment of industrial project from hereafter international plant industry market. The continuous plan technique and know-how accumulation are urgent from domestic. 1'his research analyzes the areas in which domestic plant industry is insufficient and then elicits project management key success factors from current operation process. In addition, this research compares domestic plant level with overseas plant level. This study establishes work models for critical work phases based on the analysis of domestic plant technical level.
