Prescribed according to the occupational safety and health low noise measurement method was changed to personal sampling in the method to measure an area noise. Such method had the limit which did not evaluated characteristic of sound of occurrence and the place of origin. This study was peformed to establish an engineering remedy of the work-place noise. The subject was a vibration control process of the place of business in Pusan. A simulation program applied for an engineering improvement of the work-place noise. The results were as follows: 1. An noise occurrence level of the work-place before improvement was $88^{\sim}97dB(A)$, We applied an improvement method to be established and were expected to $80^{\sim}l19dB(A)$, 2. The level of the noise-distribution to appear in the place of origin of the work-place before improvement was $90^{\sim}93dB(A)$ but, We executed the simulation after applied an engineering remedy and predicted $80^{\sim}85dB(A)$. A result of the simulation blue part was changed mostly into the dark blue color. The results suggest that simulation program establishes an engineering remedy and is useful to the case to apply.

The SeoulMerto, operating subway line No.$1{\sim}4$, was constructed in the metropolitan Seoul with the highest population. When it was built, the design was challenged to sharp curved tracks considering the protection of buildings, cultural assets, the connection to ground roads and rivers as well as to elevated railway in some parts. Lots of residential apartments and business complex have gradually increased in the area around subway stations and railway lines according to the urban development. Consequently, Requirements of better quality of life and comfortable environment caused the citizen complain for the noise. It has become one of serious social issues. In this paper, Noise level was analyzed using noise map measured in the running train of all routes. The analysis on the noise level was conducted according to railway type, track components type, seasonal type, retirement degree of the vehicle and subway station. Especially, Noise characteristics were analyzed by noise level data measured in the inside and outside of the train with geometry types of the concrete track. This study will contribute fundamental data for the "The Development of Sound-Absorbing Block on Concrete Track" promoted on The National R&D Project.

수중무선통신시스템은 AUV간 수중 무선통신, 해양환경 모니터링, 양식장 관리, 항만 감시, 자원 탐사 및 개발, 지형 및 지질 조사 등 다양한 산업에 활용 가능하다. 하지만 수중 무선 통신은 지상 무선 통신과는 달리 물이 가지고 있는 매질의 특성때문에 전력손실, 주위 잡음 및 인위 잡음, 멀티패스 등으로 인한 높은 에러율 그리고 긴 전송지연 등과 같은 요소들을 고려하여야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ALOHA 기반의 Media Access Control(MAC) 프로토콜과 CSMA/CA 기반의 MAC 프로토콜을 혼합하여 수중 환경에 적합한 MAC 프로토콜을 제안한다. 성능을 평가하기 위해 수학적 분석 모델을 제시하고, 구현을 통해 기존 MAC 프로토콜과 비교함으로써 성능의 개선점을 검증한다.

This paper describes a 1 GHz, low-phase-noise CMOS fractional-N frequency synthesizer with an integrated LC VCO. The proposed frequency synthesizer, which uses a high-order delta-sigma modulator to suppress the fractional spurious tones at all multiples of the fractional frequency resolution offset, has 64 programmable frequency channels with frequency resolution of $f_ref/64$. The measured phase noise is as low as -110 dBc/Hz at a 200 KHz offset frequency from a carrier frequency of 980 MHz. The reference sideband spurs are -73.5 dBc. The prototype is implemented in a $0.5{\mu}m$ CMOS process with triple metal layers. The active chip area is about $4mm^2$ and the prototype consumes 43 mW, including the VCO buffer power consumption, from a 3.3 V supply voltage.

In these days, the size of urban is growing and the function of city becomes complicated. And also, in city, people lives a lot. The life of urban is getting closer and linked with neighboring people in many parts. Especially, when peoples are exposing during using public transportation, even though does not be known, in they were living. Seoul is the most crowded place in Korea. In Seoul,The village buses have been serviced to the narrow streets. And people who use this bus, wants to seek the comfort of the ride, air quality and noise during in vehicle. In this paper, we determine the degree of annoyance with the noise inside the town bus in dB scale. And, such a situation was confirmed annoyance see their effect. The Interior noise did not see a big difference in the new car and the old car. Annoyance but also according to the skill of the bus driver remains the difference was confirmed.

This paper presents a 18-mW, 2.5-㎓ fractional-N frequency synthesizer with l-bit $4^{th}$-order interpolative delta-sigma ($\Delta{\;}$\sum$)modulator to suppress fractional spurious tones while reducing in-band phase noise. A fractional-N frequency synthesizer with a quadruple prescaler has been designed and implemented in a $0.5-\mu\textrm{m}$ 15-GHz $f_t$ BiCMOS. Synthesizing 2.1 GHzwith less than 200 Hz resolution, it exhibits an in-band phase noise of less than -85 dBc/Hz at 1 KHz offset frequency with a reference spur of -85 dBc and no fractional spurs. The synthesizer also shows phase noise of -139 dBc/Hz at an offset frequency of 1.2 MHz from a 2.1GHz center frequency.

본 연구에서는 'KRX건설 주가지수'와 '건설업 기업경기실사지수' 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 공표된 주가지수를 '추세요소'와 '잡음거래요소'로 분해하여 '주가지수 추세요소'와 '건설업BSI' 간의 관계, '주가지수 잡음거래요소'와 '건설업BSI' 간의 관계에 대해서 분석하였다는 측면에서 기존연구들과 차별을 두었다. Granger 인과관계 검정 결과에서는 '공표된 KRX건설', '추세요소', '잡음거래요소' 모두 '건설업BSI'에 대해 단방향의 Granger 인과관계가 존재함을 보였다. 즉, 추세요소는 건설업BSI를 선행하는 것으로 나타났으며, 주식시장의 일시적 심리적 요소, 과잉 반응 등에 의해 생성되는 '잡음거래요소'도 '건설업BSI'에 대해 선행관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과와 같이 건설업 주가지수의 움직임이 건설업 경영자들의 기대심리에 선행한다는 연구결과는 건설업 경영자들의 투자의욕에 주식시장의 움직임이 영향을 준다는 함의를 제시하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 기관투자자의 순매수가 주가지수 변동성에 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 대해 분석하였다. 기존의 연구들에서는 관측변동성을 가지고 분석이 이루어져 왔는데 본 연구에서는 상태공간모형과 칼만필터링을 이용하여 관측변동성을 기본적 변동성과 일시적 변동성으로 분해하여 이들 각각의 변동성에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지를 연구하였다. 분석대상기간은 2000년 1월 4일부터 2005년 6월 30일까지로 하였으며 분석대상지수는 KOSPI이다. 기관투자자 순매수와 관측변동성의 관계에 대한 분석결과 기관투자자 순매수와 관측변동성은 유의한 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났으며 상태공간모형과 칼만필터링을 이용하여 구한 기본적 변동성과 일시적 변동성에 대해 분석 결과도 기본적 변동성, 일시적 변동성 모두 기관투자자 순매수와 유의한 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
