Due to the rise of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) adoption in many fields, it is necessary to diagnose the informatization situations of corporations in agriculture and give suggestions for improvement. For this goal, surveys were designed and conducted to understand the current informatization situations of agriculture corporations in Korea. The survey covers the plan for utilizing information technology, the establishment of infrastructure for information technology, IT application status, and its effect on their performance. The specific focus of our research is to segment the corporations by their type of industries and their level of sales and give differentiated managerial implications for each segment. This is because the type of informatization and information technology assistance they need highly depends on their industry type and sales level. The study analyzed the current status of fisheries port market and presented the direction of developments. The fisheries port market has become increasingly widespread due to the aging of the facilities and the scale of the fish product trade, and the number of distribution workers has also increased. The problems of fisheries port market are as follows. First, the transaction structure was changed as the proportion of aquaculture products increased. Second, the trading structure has changed, but it has failed to keep pace with the changes in the production structure. Third, the volume and amount of fish traded in aquaculture products and fish stocks increased. As a result, the growth rate of the fisheries port market is decreasing and profitability is deteriorating. The development direction of the fisheries port market is as follows. First, it is necessary to standardize the fisheries port market facilities, according to the type of fish products. Second, it needs to diversify its trade targets such as processed fish products and imported fish products. Third, it is necessary to diversify the business of the fisheries port market in order to increase profitability.

오늘날의 경제는 모든 영역의 경계가 허물어짐에 따라 서로 다른 산업 간의 융복합화가 활발해지며 이는 모바일, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 등의 혁신을 이루어내고 있다. 이러한 기술혁명가운데 모바일과 인터넷의 장점을 결합하여 금융과 IT의 업무를 손쉽게 처리할 수 있는 오늘날 새로운 기술을 핀테크라 하며 이러한 핀테크는 금융을 의미하는 파이낸스(Finance)와 기술을 의미하는 테크놀로지(Technology)의 합성어이다. 이에 본 연구는 핀테크 이용 동기(유용성, 즐거움)가 이용자 태도, 구전의도에 미치는 영향의 전반적인 구조적 관계에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이와 더불어 혁신저항 성향에 따라 핀테크 이용 동기, 이용자 태도, 구전 의도는 어떻게 달라지는지 살펴보았다. 또한, 메시지 유형(이성적, 감성적)에 따라 핀테크 이용 동기, 이용자 태도, 구전 의도는 어떻게 달라지는지 살펴보았다. 한편, 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 핀테크 이용 동기요인의 유용성과 즐거움은 사용자태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이용자 태도 또한 구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로, 핀테크 이용 동기, 이용자 태도, 구전의도간의 관계는 소비자들의 혁신저항에 따라 차이가 나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째로, 핀테크 이용 동기, 이용자 태도, 구전의도간의 관계는 메시지 유형(이성적, 감성적)에 따라 차이가 나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 연구의 결론 부분에서는 연구결과의 요약, 시사점 및 한계점, 그리고 향후 연구방향에 대해서 기술하였다.

스마트폰 열풍에 따른 인간 생활의 변화는 21세기 새로운 혁명을 맞고 있다. 2012년말 우리나라 스마트폰 보급률 58.8%를 기록해 세계 1위를 차지하며 IT강국의 명성을 이어가고 있다. 이러한 세계 최고의 IT 기반을 자랑하며 급속도로 발전해가는 IT강국이지만, OECD 회원국 중 최장 근로시간을 가진 국가이면서도 노동생산성은 하위권에 위치한다. 현재 전 세계적으로 저탄소 녹색성장, 저 출산 고령화, 노동생산성 증대, 온실가스 감축 등 공통된 사회적 현안이 지속 늘어나고 있고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 '스마트워크(Smart Work)'가 주목 받고 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업이 지방경제에 미치는 영향과 중소기업의 정보화 실태를 통계적 관점에서 살펴보고, 스마트워크 추진을 위한 세부 추진요소 및 모델 제안을 통해 중소기업의 스마트워크 대응방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 스마트워크를 위한 중소기업 IT시스템 구성 모델를 제시한다.

오늘날 중소제조기업의 경영환경은 급격한 기술변화의 속도로 인하여, 제품수명 주기가 점점 짧아지는 추세이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 CEO유형과 기술혁신역량이 기술혁신성과를 매개로 하여 경영성과에 미치는 영향력을 파악하기 위해 실증조사하였다. 연구의 대상은 동남권 중소제조기업 임원급 이상을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 전체적으로 살펴보면 중소제조기업의 CEO유형과 기술혁신역량이 기술혁신성과와 경영성과 간의 구조적 인과관계는 상호상관성을 갖고 유의적인 영향력을 갖는 관계임을 실증해 주었다. 이러한 결과는 CEO유형에 따른 기술혁신역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 기술혁신성과가 병행되면 더 높은 성과를 달성할 수 있다. 이와같이 중소기업은 우수한 기술발굴과 역량을 갖추기 위한 다양한 혁신활동의 필요성을 제기하고, 기업의 기술경쟁력 향상에 노력하여야 한다는 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

이 연구는 장기미집행 도시공원의 해소와 활성화 방안으로 특례사업제도가 도입되었다. 민간공원추진자의 원활한 사업추진을 도모할 수 있도록 사업성 분석을 실시하여 특례사업 적용이 가능한지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 광주광역시 장기미집행 도시공원 3개소를 대상으로 사업성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석대상의 광주광역시 장기미집행 3개소의 도시공원은 산림형 근린공원으로서, 특례사업의 공원조성비(평균 0.4%)가 차지하는 비율은 상대적으로 낮으나, 토지보상비(평균 33.8%)와 건물공사비(평균 59.1%)의 지출에 의해 사업수지에 많은 영향을 받는다. 둘째, 장기미집행 도시공원의 특례사업이 대규모 공원면적의 토지보상비와 건물공사비의 초기투입비가 과다하고, 장기간(5년 이상)에 걸친 회수 및 금융이자 등 시간의 경과를 감안하여 단순 비용편익보다는 순현가(NPV)를 적용하여 사업수지를 검토한 결과, 봉산공원은 순현가 기준 사업수지 균형 용적률은 179%, 적정이익 용적률은 220% 수준이며, 마륵공원은 균형 용적률 351%, 적정이익 용적률은 420%, 중외공원은 균형 용적률 327%, 적정이익 용적률은 400%이다. 셋째, 장기미집행 도시공원이 실효되기 전에 특례사업의 원활한 추진을 위해서는 광주광역시 도시계획위원회의 심의 시 비공원시설부지의 용도지역이 자연녹지지역에서 봉산공원은 제2종일반주거지역으로, 중외공원은 준주거지역으로의, 마륵공원은 일반상업지역으로 용도지역 변경이 이루어져야 민간공원추진자의 사업성 개선으로 사업추진이 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

C.I.P(corporate identity program)는 기업전략에 따른 개념을 기반으로 기업의 시각적 환경을 구성하는 각종 시각매체들을 일정한 규정에 의해 규격화, 표준화시키는 프로그램이며, 이에 따라 의도적이고 능동적으로 바람직한 기업의 이미지를 형성시키는 것이다. 그러나 최근의 급격한 기업환경의 변화에 따른 기업혁신과 새로운 형태의 기업의 등장은 기존 CIP개념의 변화를 요구하고 있다. 특히 기업이미지와 관련된 각종 시각매체들은 디지털화 되고있으며, 다양하고 새로운 시각매체들이 발생함으로서 여기에 적합한 아이덴티티디자인이 요구되고 있는 것이다. 최근의 새로운 기업환경에 적합한 특성을 가진 기업형태의 하나인 프랜차이즈 기업에 기존의 CIP 개념을 적용하는 것은 여러 가지 면에서 부족하고 부적절한 요소가 많다. 이미 오래 전부터 기업의 사무환경은 컴퓨팅환경에서 수행되고 있고 일반 가정이나 소규모 업소에서도 이제는 네트워킹을 통한 디지털화된 생활이 일반화된 현실이라 할 때, 이제 기업의 아이덴티티 디자인에서도 종래 CIP가 인쇄매체에 비중을 둔 것에서 벗어나 영상매체 및 새로운 첨단 정보매체에 까지 확대 적용할 수 있는 기능을 갖춰야 할 것이다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈시스템에 관련된 아이덴티티 디자인을 F.I.P(franchise Identity programs)라 구별하고 그 개념과 세부적인 내용을 연구한다.

본 연구는 혁신형 중소기업을 연구대상으로 하여, CEO의 유형에 따른 기술혁신역량이 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 미시적으로 분석하였다. 또한, 혁신형 중소기업특성에 따라 CEO유형이 기술혁신역량에 미치는 영향, 기술혁신역량이 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 영향을 함께 연구하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해, 중기부에 등록된 혁신형 중소기업 250사(社)를 연구대상으로 하여 실증분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, CEO 유형이 기술혁신역량에 미치는 영향 분석 결과, 시장중심형 CEO, 기술형 CEO, 컨설턴트형 CEO는 기술변화 감지역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 관리형 CEO는 기술변화감지역량에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 혁신형 중소기업의 CEO유형은 기술혁신역량의 R&D기술 소화역량에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 기술혁신역량과 기술혁신성과 간의 관계를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 중소기업 성장단계에 따른 CEO유형과 기술혁신역량 간 조절효과를 분석한 결과 기술형 CEO와 컨설턴트형 CEO는 기술변화감지역량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석 되었으나, 관리형 CEO와 시장형 CEO는 조절효과가 발생하지 않았다. 넷째, 혁신형 중소기업 성장단계에 따른 기술혁신역량과 기술혁신성과 간 조절효과를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다.

This article is subject to the rationalization of the cold-storage warehouse management, which gives the stabilization of the fishery production and the food life with respect to fisheries industry. In this point of view, the article examines to the structure of the cold-storage warehouse industry from the perspective of the industrial organization. To put it concretely, the article intends to apprehend the state of the structure of the industry and analyze the cold-storage warehouse's management activities. In addition, I try to find know the factors that affect the management performance(profitablity) of the industry through the cross-sectional correlation analysis. Finally, the conclusion of the article can be described as follows : \circled1 On the basis of the cold-storage capacity, there is the tendency that the industry concentrate in the area of Pusan(41.7%). \circled2 By formulating step of development of the industry, it is divided by six types. Type I is designed as raw material-storage warehouse for self-processing. Type IIis the raw material-storage warehouse for self-processing and storage-sale warehouse. Type III is the raw material-storage warehouse for self.distribution. Type IV is the raw material-storage warehouse for self-distribution and storage-sale warehouse. Type V is the net storage-sale warehouse. Type Ⅵ is the physical distribution center warehouse. Although each region has one representative type,6 types exist in all regions. \circled3 The competition structure of the industry has double structure on the basis of cold-storage capacity. \circled4 With respect to the management activity of the cold-storage warehouse, there is no change or even a decrease not increasing or not any change in sales from 1996 to 1997 \circled5 In order to try to induce the amount of shipper's materials, services that a cold-storage warehouse supply with its users include a custody-fee discount, a distribution-process service, a finance service, quality management service and so on. One of the best attractive services is the custody-fee service. \circled6 In the structure and management activity of the industry, the factors that affect management performance (profitablity) are a custody-fee discount, sales ability and capital structure of individual firm. Positive factor is sales ability and capital structure of individual firm. But, The custody-fee discount turns out to be a negative capital structure of individual film.

The purpose of this study is to construct the ACD model for the block trading volume duration. The ACD model based on the block trading volume duration is referred to as Volume ACD (VACD) in this study. By integrating with GARCH-type models, the VACD based GARCH type models, which include VACD-GARCH, VACD-IGARCH and VACD-FIGARCH models, are set up. This study selects Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) Inc., offering the America Depository Receipt (ADR) in NYSE, to investigate the block trading volume duration in Taiwanese equity market. The empirical results indicate that the long memory in volume duration series increases dependence at level of volatility clustering by VACD (2,1)-FIGARCH (3,d,1) model. Moreover, the VACD (2,1)-IGARCH (1,1) exhibits relatively better performance of prediction on capturing block trading volume duration. This volatility model is more appropriate in this study to portray the change of the CHT Inc. prices and provides more information about the volatility process for investment strategy, which can be a reference indicator of financial asset pricing, hedging strategy and risk management.
