Purpose: The current study aims at knowing and testing factors supporting business and how to distribute it for resilience business in new normal era. Factors Supporting business resilience will be seen in terms of entrepreneurial competence, technology utilization and government support for business resilience through entrepreneurial spirit as an intervening variable. Research design, data, and methodology: A constructed questionnaire in direct survey and interview was conducted with 97 respondents in South Sulawesi. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, was utilized to analyze and verify all the data. Results: This study indicated entrepreneurial competence and utilization of technology have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit, while government support has no significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit. This study also indicated that entrepreneurial spirit has a significant effect on business resilience. Conclusion: To increase business resilience, it is very important to have entrepreneurial skills and mastery on utilization of technology. To anticipate future crises, entrepreneurial competencies must be evenly distributed both for business owners and for all members of the organization. To institutionalize crisis management in business, it is important for SMEs in Indonesia to develop an institutionalized Business Crisis Management.

It is concentrated their efforts on expanding establishment mind like creating regular subject about establishment business of students and establishment business supporting center in University. Students creation enterprise club for establishment business with this hot wind of change and it seems to be success with hot wind of venture creation and gather many students for it. But practical result of research says that there are many problems like absence of education program, insufficient of professional leader, missing exact purpose so members decreased and activity itself piled up. Also creation business supporting system for student didn't conveyed to students evenly and effectively as much as original purpose and feeling effect is short of expectation. Therefore it will be required to reorganize supporting system and operate existed club to raise their ability of basic quality and gift that needs to do company activity and create basic mind about principal of free enterprise through activity of establishment enterprise by students. And we have to interest in their activity for creation enterprise with exact consciousness of purpose and prepare systematic, material, human supporting system that needs to establish enterprise with our knowledge and ability.

본 연구는 2013년 『벤처기업정밀실태 조사』에서 창업 후 5년~8년이 된 기업 중 결측치가 없는 406개 기업 자료를 기초로 자료포락선분석(DEA)을 이용하여 효율성과 생산성을 계산하고, 이를 통해 벤처기업에 대한 정부의 자금지원정책의 효과를 분석하고 있다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 정부의 지원을 받은 기업과 그렇지 않은 기업을 비교한 결과 정부지원을 받지 않은 기업들의 효율성이 더 높았다. 둘째, 정부지원을 받은 벤처기업의 생산성 증대가 지원을 받지 않은 기업의 생산성 증대보다 높았고, 이는 효율성 증대보다는 기술진보에 기인한 면이 크다. 셋째, 벤처기업에 대한 정부지원 중에서도 R&D 자금 지원이 생산성 증가가 컸다. 이러한 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 정부의 벤처지원 자금지원정책은 벤처기업의 생산성 증대라는 측면에서 효과적이었다고 판단되고 나아가 효율성이 떨어지는 취약한 기업을 대상으로 자금지원이 이루어졌다는 점에서 적절하게 이루어졌다고 평가된다.

Recently, many people are interesting for Start-up and government also try to support their business because it can contribute economic growth. However, in Korea, despite there are many education and supporting programs for them, many Start-ups are failed to retain their business because they actually do not know what they do. Although prior studies for Start-up have pointed that education for them is very important for success, education programs for them only focus on theories rather than practices. Moreover, Start-ups need tools for supporting to business plans or information for their business. Therefore, in this study, we propose IT service functions for Start-up information system supporting Start-up competency. For this purpose, we conduct Delphi and Importance-Performance Analysis with experts on start-up. In experiments, we divided stage of business into three stages; business planning, implementation, growth and diversification. And we draw important tasks from experts in each stage. As a result, we find some tasks to concentrate for Start-up information systems. And we also find tasks which are not important for company founders. Through these results, we expect that the development of functions for supporting those important tasks will help increase the efficiency of Start-up companies and the survival rate of them.

본 논문은 기술개발지원사업의 선정 평가지표를 개발하고, 사례에 적용하여 그 타당성을 파악하고 있다. 개발된 선정평가지표의 기업선정순위와 기존 선정평가지표의 기업선정순위를 비교하여 성과를 낸 기업의 순위를 어떤 선정평가지표가 더 정확히 유추해 냈는지를 확인하고 있다. BSC 및 AHP기법을 이용하여 기술개발지원사업 선정평가지표를 개발하였다.

This research has designed and implemented the standard conformance test system for e-Business solutions that supports the ebXML, which is currently being focused on as the leading electronic commerce framework. The adoption of standards such as ebXML is probably the best way to achieve interoperability among electronic commerce systems, and more and more e-Business solutions around the world are supporting ebXML. This research primarily discusses the concept and needs for the standard conformance tests on e-Business solutions. The standard conformance test system is developed based on the detailed specifications of the ebXML framework. This system was used to test commercial e-Business solutions supporting ebXML. The system implemented in this research will provide a significant basis for the standard conformance certification of e-Business solutions, and could also provide clear decision criteria for e-Business solutions currently in market, thus activate the overall e-Business market.

창업보육센터는 창업 기업들에게 기술적인 지원에서부터 인적지원까지 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 제조업 창업 기업에 초점을 맞추어 창업보육센터에서 제공하는 서비스 중에서 연구개발 지원과 양산 지원이 창업자의 실무 및 창업 경험과 기업의 성과 사이에 조절역할을 하는지에 대해 실증적인 연구를 실행하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 창업보육센터에 입주한 창업 기업들의 최고경영자들로부터 얻은 총 201부의 설문을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 창업보육센터의 양산 지원과 창업자의 창업 경험이 기업 성과에 유의한 조절효과를 보이는 가설이 채택되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제공하였다.

본 논문의 목적은 정부에서 지원하는 자동화, 스마트 공장 구축 지원사업이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 t-test 및 ANOVA 등의 방법을 이용하였다 지원기업과 비지원 기업간 비교시 발생하는 실험집단과 통제집단간의 선택편의 문제를 해결하기 위해 PSM 방법을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 자동화 지원사업의 효과는 미미한 것으로 나타났으나 스마트 지원사업의 경우 일정 시차가 지난 후 매출액과 연구개발비가 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 정부지원 효과가 나타나는데 어느 정도 시차가 발생하는 것으로 확인되었고 자동화 지원사업의 경우는 직접적인 영향을 주기 보다는 연구개발 비율 등과 같은 매개변수의 증대를 통해 장기적 매출 증대로 이어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 정부 지원사업의 신규예산 확보와 개선방안을 모색하는데 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

창업은 국가경제 활성화와 기술 산업화를 용이하게 하고, 지역경제의 활성화를 높여 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히 창업보육 시스템은 경제 활성화를 위한 정책의 일환으로 창업 초기기업의 성장을 위해 물리적 및 비물리적 서비스를 제공하며 초기기업들의 성장을 위해 많은 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 서울에 위치한 창업보육센터 입주기업 CEO의 기업가정신 및 시장지향성이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고, 창업보육센터의 지원서비스가 경영성과에 어떠한 조절효과를 갖는지 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구의 검증을 위해 국내 BI협회에 등록이 되어있고 서울에 위치하고 있는 9개 창업보육센터 입주기업을 대상으로 온라인 및 오프라인 설문 320부를 배포하여 127부를 회수하였고, 이 중 불성실한 응답의 설문지를 제외한 117부를 통계분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업보육센터 입주기업 CEO의 기업가정신 하위변수인 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성 중 진취성이 경영성과의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시장 지향성의 하위변수인 고객지향성, 경쟁자 지향성, 협력지향성 중 경쟁자 지향성이 경영성과의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 물리적 지원서비스 활용정도는 진취성과 재무적 성과간의 조절작용을 하고, 진취성과 비재무적 성과에 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 시장지향성과 경영성과 간의 관계에서 비물리적 지원서비스 활용정도가 협력지향성과 재무적 성과간의 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 진취적인 성향을 가지고 있는 창업보육센터 입주기업 CEO에게 사무지원, 마케팅 지원, 입주기업 간의 네트워크 구축, 교육, 법률, 회계, 세무 등 비물리적 지원서비스를 제공해준다면 고용증가, 종업원의 업무 수행능력, 종업원의 만족도 등 비재무적성과가 더욱 향상될 것이라고 기대할 수 있다. 또한, 협력의 문화를 가진 기업이 사무지원, 마케팅 지원, 입주기업 간의 네트워크 구축, 교육, 법률, 회계, 세무 등 비물리적 지원서비스를 활용한다면, 기업의 매출 증대, 순이익 증가, 고객의 충성도 및 시장점유율이 더욱 향상될 것이라고 기대할 수 있겠다. 기존의 창업보육센터 관련 연구들은 주로 창업보육 매니저의 역량에 관한 연구를 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 입주기업의 지원서비스와 기업의 성과에 대한 연구가 부족하였는데 본 연구를 통해 향후 BI 입주기업의 성장과 자생력을 높일 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용 가능하리라 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 창업보육센터 자체의 조직과 창업보육센터에 입주하여 기술개발과 경제활동에 힘쓰고 있는 입주업체의 조직과 구성원들의 운영 활동의 문제점을 살펴보고, 두 조직간의 상호관계를 도출하였다. 또한 나타난 제반 문제점들에 대한 해결방안 및 조직의 구성, 체계적인 관리방법 등을 통해 지역 창업보육센터의 자립 경영 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보기 위하여 창업보육센터 입주기업들을 유형별로 4가지 형태로 나누어 분류하였고, 실제 한 대학의 예를 들어 각 유형 별 기업의 특징과 장 단점 그리고 발전방안을 제시하였다.
