As the fourth industrial revolution era, lots of new convergence products are being launched but most of them are disappearing due to intense competition. In particular, small and medium-sized businesses(SMBs) don't have a lot of management capabilities, so they focus on performance and quality rather than considering specific marketing strategies when planning a product. However, if the strategy isn't included when new convergence products are planned, it can be difficult to enter the initial market and mainstream market. In this paper, we examined the risk factors that may occur in the process of transition from the initial market to the mainstream market, from chasm marketing perspective. Through this analysis, to launch new convergence product and go beyond chasm at the same time, we have analyzed the chasm marketing and social network perspective, and then suggested four marketing strategies. When SMBs make new convergence product enter into mainstream market, these marketing strategies will be favorable to them which want to position at the dominant advantage of the market in the fierce competition.

There is an increasing need for complex and large projects to be carried out quickly. As the duration, size, and cost of the project increase, concerns about project failure are also rising. Finding factors that hinder the performance of an effective project and eliminating them in advance or controlling and managing them more effectively can be a more direct way to secure the success of the project. Previous studies have identified compositional dimensions that are classified according to attributes, covering the various obstacles that affect the success of the project through existing literature. It is a follow-up to previous research. Using DEMATEL techniques, we would like to propose to explore the appropriate measures that an entity and organization can take by identifying the causality between factors through cross-impact analysis of project disabilities and even presenting factors that may arise when they are identified. As a result of the analysis, according to the indicators to evaluate the importance, 8 factors were found to be relatively important factors, excluding the factors that Failure of project feasibility analysis and Technical environment change. In addition, 5 factors were found to be causative factors; Technical environment change, Unclarity project plan, Strategic consistency error, Inaccuracy of requirement definition, and Failure of project feasibility analysis. In contrast, the remaining 5 factors were found to be the result factors; Lack of benefits realization, Negative attitude of top management, Stakeholder conflict, Difficulty of process management, and Disturbance of communication.

An automobile is composed of a combination of a lot of parts, and it is difficult to maintain the same performance from a new car until it's scrapped. Greenhouse gases included in automobile emissions are typically carbon dioxide and methane. It is expected that this greenhouse gas will change depending on the aging (cumulative mileage) of the automobile However, the greenhouse gas characteristics by cumulative mileage lack of actual data due to time and economic difficulties. Therefore, in this paper, we selected automobile with high sales by displacement in korea and carbon dioxide and methane were measured by using method of the related law. The cumulative mileage is as follows; within 160 km (Statutory mileage by 2010), 6500 km (current statutory mileage), 15000 km (approximately 1-year average mileage of Non-business passenger vehicle). As a result of the test, the emission of carbon dioxide and methane was the smallest at 6,500 km, and increased in order of 15000 km, within 160 km. Also, it was confirmed that the $CO_2$ emission change of a large displacement automobile is more smaller at each mileage. Although the greenhouse gas tends to increase as the mileage of the vehicle, it is thought that additional confirmation is required of since 15,000 km as well, because it can occur deviations due to taming process or mechanical friction of the automobile.
Incident investigation is regarded as a means to improve safety performance. For the prevention of industrial accidents, measures such as providing safety education, enhancing management interest and participation, establishing a safety management system, and conducting inspection of the work site are necessary. In particular, accident investigation activities, which are an important element of safety management, help to prevent similar accidents, thereby minimizing damage and enhancing work safety. They are critical for understanding business-related incidents and the vulnerabilities and opportunities associated with them. Therefore, it is clear that accident investigation activities are important for accident prevention. The primary focus of many incident investigation processes is on identifying the cause of an event. While considerable research has been conducted on potential accident investigation tools there has been little research on including the views and experiences of practitioners in the accident investigation process. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among safety managers in the domestic manufacturing/construction industry to understand the practice of accident investigation. The investigation pertained to companies' accident investigation systems, the competence of investigators, and the identification and recommendations of the cause of accidents. From the analysis results of accident investigations, investigators' competence, the difficulty level of investigations, and the root causes of accidents were identified from the viewpoint of the participants of the accident investigations. In particular, the development of standardized and simple accident investigation methods and their dissemination to companies were found to be necessary for activating the root cause of accidents. Based on this, it can be used as basic data for the development of root cause analysis investigation techniques that are easily applicable to organizations.

Recently, not only traditional statistical techniques but also machine learning algorithms have been used to make more accurate bankruptcy predictions. But the insolvency rate of companies dealing with financial institutions is very low, resulting in a data imbalance problem. In particular, since data imbalance negatively affects the performance of artificial intelligence models, it is necessary to first perform the data imbalance process. In additional, as artificial intelligence algorithms are advanced for precise decision-making, regulatory pressure related to securing transparency of Artificial Intelligence models is gradually increasing, such as mandating the installation of explanation functions for Artificial Intelligence models. Therefore, this study aims to present guidelines for eXplainable Artificial Intelligence-based corporate bankruptcy prediction methodology applying SMOTE techniques and LIME algorithms to solve a data imbalance problem and model transparency problem in predicting corporate bankruptcy. The implications of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that SMOTE can effectively solve the data imbalance issue, a problem that can be easily overlooked in predicting corporate bankruptcy. Second, through the LIME algorithm, the basis for predicting bankruptcy of the machine learning model was visualized, and derive improvement priorities of financial variables that increase the possibility of bankruptcy of companies. Third, the scope of application of the algorithm in future research was expanded by confirming the possibility of using SMOTE and LIME through case application.

To understand 'Moving up the charts' as a dynamic phenomenon in the K-pop entertainment industry, this study specifically analyzed the 'Moving up the charts' of 「Rollin'」 sung by 'Brave Girls'. First, the context and process related to 「Rollin'」 were described in detail, and the performance as a sound source and business were described. Subsequently, six factors were analyzed and presented as causes for 'Moving up the charts': 'Existence of specific possible triggers', 'Attractions of content itself', 'Inflow of new male fans', 'Turning weaknesses into strengths as idol', 'Psychological empathy with stories of real group' and 'Fast response and communication of agency'. Due to the influence of 'Moving up the charts', two changes were presented: 'Expansion of popularity and interest and expansion beyond songs' and 'Forming a consumer group with high purchasing power'. Through this, this study discussed the meaning, role, and possibility of 'Moving up the charts' in the K-pop entertainment industry. In the future, it will be necessary to recognize 'Moving up the charts' in the music market as a remarkable phenomenon, and to understand the importance of new idol consumer class as well as the use of related media such as YouTube.

In a group-testing method, instead of testing a sample, for example, blood individually, a batch of samples are pooled and tested simultaneously. If the pooled test is positive (or defective), each sample is tested individually. However, if negative (or good), the test is terminated at one pooled test because all samples in the batch are negative. This paper considers a queueing system with a two-stage group-testing policy. Samples arrive at the system according to a Poisson process. The system has a single server which starts a two-stage group test in a batch whenever the number of samples in the system reaches exactly a predetermined size. In the first stage, samples are pooled and tested simultaneously. If the pooled test is negative, the test is terminated. However, if positive, the samples are divided into two equally sized subgroups and each subgroup is applied to a group test in the second stage, respectively. The server performs pooled tests and individual tests sequentially. The testing time of a sample and a batch follow general distributions, respectively. In this paper, we derive the steady-state probability generating function of the system size at an arbitrary time, applying a bulk queuing model. In addition, we present queuing performance metrics such as the offered load, output rate, allowable input rate, and mean waiting time. In numerical examples with various prevalence rates, we show that the second-stage group-testing system can be more efficient than a one-stage group-testing system or an individual-testing system in terms of the allowable input rates and the waiting time. The two-stage group-testing system considered in this paper is very simple, so it is expected to be applicable in the field of COVID-19.
Since the organization of civil servants has been divided and stratified according to the characteristics of the bureaucracy, it is inevitable that the organization and personnel will increase when new tasks arise. Even in the process of informatization, only the processing method was brought online while leaving the existing business processing procedures as they were, so there was no reduction in manpower through informatization. In order to maintain or upgrade the current administrative services while reducing the number of civil servants, it is inevitable to use AI technology. By using data and AI to integrate the 'powers and responsibilities assigned to the officials in charge', manpower can be reduced, and the reduced costs can be reinvested in the collection, analysis, and utilization of on-site data to further promote intelligent informatization. In this study, as a way for the government's success in intelligent informatization innovation, we proposed a 'Civil Servants-AI Collaboration Platform'. This Platform based on the civil servant proposal system as a reward system and the characteristics of intelligent informatization that are different from the informatization. By establishing a 'Civil Servants-AI Collaboration Platform', the performance evaluation system of the short-term evaluation method by superiors can be improved to a data-driven always-on evaluation method, thereby alleviating the rigid hierarchy of government organizations. In addition, through the operation of Collaboration Platform, it will become common to define and solve problems using data and AI, and the intelligence informatization of government organizations will be activated.
Purpose - Although the importance and necessity of "sustainable supply chain management (SCM)" is emphasized, it is often not realized due to conflicting results, the long time required, and large-scale changes brought about by sustainability. This study used the innovation resistance model to confirm the influence of sustainable SCM innovation resistance factors and dynamic capabilities on adoption intentions. This approach made it possible to understand the factors that hinder adoption of sustainability practices and to identify the relationships among influencing factors. It should also help to establish effective policies or strategies. Design/methodology - Through a literature review, the characteristics of sustainable SCM were classified into relative advantage, compatibility, perceived risk, and complexity. The effects of these innovation characteristics on innovation resistance in sustainable SCM and the effects of innovation resistance on adoption intentions were confirmed. In addition, the effects of SCM capabilities on innovation resistance and adoption intentions were analyzed, and the mediating effect of innovation resistance was analyzed. Findings - Compatibility, perceived risk, and flexibility had significant effects on innovation resistance. In turn, innovation resistance had a significant effect on adoption intention, and flexibility had a significant effect on intention to adopt. A partial mediating effect of resistance to innovation was confirmed. Originality/value - Although many previous studies have acknowledged trade-offs with sustainability, most sustainable SCM studies dealt with the correlations among positive drivers of adoption, practices, and performance. This study confirmed the process of accepting sustainable SCM innovation in a single model and is expected to serve as a cornerstone for future sustainable SCM adoption studies. In addition, our findings should help establish effective policies or strategies to activate SSCM adoption by identifying the factors that hinder the adoption of sustainable SCM.
