In Korea, middle and small-sized company takes up an absolute majority of all businesses, and most of them are founded as a limited company. Yet, it is a type of business that fits a company of certain size, and its establishment process is complicated due to various reasons such as investor protection. It is also required to have strict organization structure based on the principle of separation of ownership and management. Accordingly, as the principles may undermine entrepreneur's will to start business, there has been dramatic change in legal system on business establishment and management since 2010. The changes include streamlined process at the foundation stage and digitalization of many regulations on business establishment and operation for more convenience in starting business. Also, new business types for small-sized companies were adopted, and freedom to select business name has been enhanced. The issue of non-par value stock has been allowed, and various types of stock have been adopted for more convenient financing, defense against hostile M&A, and easier business succession.

Purpose - Mobile devices, especially mobile terminals capable of telecommunication and wireless connectivity, are leading the advancements in consumer electronics. Digital convergence drives the functions of various devices, such as cellular phones, MP3 players, personal digital assistants, and gaming, into a single device. This trend would continue and applications such as digital audio and video streaming (including personalized content delivery mechanisms) would soon be on a handheld device. As customers want mobile convergence devices, manufacturers are driving new initiatives in the emerging mobile device market. Given the roles played by device design and service content in user satisfaction of a mobile convergence device, this study focuses on identifying and measuring the constructs for the process by which user satisfaction is achieved. This study synthesizes the expectation-disconfirmation paradigm with empirical theories in user satisfaction. Device and service levels are separated, and nine key constructs for user satisfaction of mobile convergence devices are proposed. Insight into this process could help web-based businesses to improve user satisfaction, thus enhancing the effectiveness of e-commerce for sellers and buyers. Research design, data, methodology - This study draws on three users of mobile convergence devices as examples. To test there search model and hypotheses, survey questionnaires were sent to 607 mobile device users. Mobile device users were initially identified from several members, and subjects were randomly drawn. Data from 577 survey responses were finally analyzed. The unit of measurement and analysis in this research study is at a personal level. Results - The measurements for the constructs were developed and tested in a two-phase study. In the first phase, the device and service dimensions were identified, and instruments for measuring them were developed and tested. In the second phase, using the salient dimensions of the device and service as the formulating first-order factors, instruments were developed and empirically tested to measure satisfaction of the device and service. In measuring satisfaction of mobile convergence devices, the critical tasks are to identify the key constructs of such user satisfaction and to develop validated instruments to measure them. Hence, the results of this study have immediate implications for businesses and for research in user satisfaction of mobile convergence devices. Conclusions - This study provides reliable instruments for operationalizing key constructs in the analysis of user satisfaction of mobile convergence devices within the expectation-disconfirmation paradigm. Hence, convergence device makers will be able to examine whether their websites meet their customers' expectations by examining the device aspect of the mobile convergence device customers, and the service aspect expectations and disconfirmation. Moreover, the introduction of expectation and disconfirmation constructs brings the marketing aspect of convergence devices into focus for such retailers, an aspect crucial to the effective design of websites for online businesses. In addition,this study provides the metrics required to initiate future studies on user satisfaction of mobile convergence devices.

For competitiveness of national B2C (Business to Customer) service industry, improvement of process and analysis focused on customer and change of service system are needed. In other words, a business and an organization should deduce and provide what kind of services customers want. Then, evaluate customers' satisfaction and improve the service quality. To achieve this goal, accurate feedbacks from customers play an important role; however, there are not quantitative and standard systems a lot in nation. Recently, the researches about ICT (Information and Communication Technology) that can recognize emotion of human being are on the increase. The facial expression recognition among them is known as most efficient and natural human interface. This research analyzes about more efficient facial expression recognition and suggests a customer satisfaction feedback system using that.

Convergence is the process of gradual adoption of a certain accounting standard issued by different regulatory bodies. The aim is to achieve uniformity and standardization across borders to open opportunities for international investment and collaboration. The implementation of IFRS, in theory, encourages more transactions by presenting financial statements in a simple and understandable manner for all investors and other businesses interested in the company. Using event study methodology, this study investigates whether Malaysian companies' adoption of IFRS is recognized by the investment community. A total of 89 public listed companies in Bursa Malaysia are involved in this study. The results show that about 62.8 percent of the companies that adopted IFRS-based financial statements experienced an increase in their average abnormal return after the announcement. However, the paired sample test results show that only 5.6 percent out of 89 companies studied experience a significant difference in abnormal return before and after the announcement. The inexistence of the average abnormal return difference between before and after the announcement may indicate that IFRS-based financial statements do not have any new market informational content. This study found little evidence to show that convergence with IFRS affects the company's stock price in Malaysia.

This study analyzes the relative importance of the introducing factors for the critical success factors in the implementation stage of the lifecycle of ERP system using Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). In the 1st layer of the hierarchy, technical factor is evaluated as the most important factor among organizational, technical, and supplier factors. In the 2nd layer, choosing a proper ERP package is evaluated as the most important factor within 15 factors followed by process-oriented approach, technical suitability, minimized customization, integration and association of system with trading parter, association with legacy systems, and support and involvement of top management. As a result of this analysis enterprise should choose an ERP package that is suitable to its business environment, and make the best use of(take full advantage of) best practice that ERP package provides to optimize the existing business procedure or process(to approach the existing business procedure or process). This study also shows the range of customization of the features provided by the ERP package should be minimized.

Changes in the business environment and increased competitiveness have led many companies to consider Business Process Reengineering(BPR) as a means to improve performance. However, while some BPR projects have been successful among the many companies that have performed BPR, most of the reengineering efforts have been deemed unsuccessful as the project failed. There are many answers to this, but the most important point is that the effective linkage between process innovation and information system construction is insufficient. Even if the reform of consciousness is carried out through the promotion of management innovation activities such as BPR, and the process is improved, management infrastructure can not be continuously maintained if infrastructure, especially information system, is not built up to support it. In this paper, we propose BPR and information system combining methodology for successful BPR execution and information system construction, and describe the result of BPR consulting performance when constructing information system and compare the improvement of failure risk factor. In addition, we present the case through the case of K company, and finally present customer satisfaction through post evaluation after completion of K company information system construction project implementation.

Digitalization is creating a variety of changes and innovations in our business environment. In manufacturing, robots have long been used for automation to innovate processing speed and quality. The RPA brings these innovations in manufacturing sites to the office space. The purpose of this study is to improve productivity for simple, repetitive tasks in these office space. For identify the potential of automation related to productivity improvement, I looked at the concept of business automation, and then simulated the five areas of business documentation works with agile methodology. In conclusion, I confirmed that productivity improvement of 97.3% in quality inspection and 31.7% in editorial design is possible, and examined the direction to apply to actual work. Based on these results, future study will explore the application of Intelligent Process Automation (IPA).

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is one of key information technology to shape doing business. ERP adoption characteristics like IS planning and change management before ERP implementation are rising in importance, because of gaining competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the characteristics of ERP adoption on ERP implementation success. From previous researches on ERP adoption and implementation, two characteristics of ERP adoption such as IS planning and change management, and 2 dependent variables such as process innovation and business performance, are identified. From data collection processes, 122 samples are collected. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizations with IS plan have higher implementation performance than organizations without IS plan. Also, organizations with the process of change management have higher implementation performance than organizations without the process of change management. Also, The interaction effect between IS planning and change management shows bigger impact in ERP implementation success.

Emissions of volatile organic compounds and odors from various industrial processes not only pollute surrounding life environments, but also lead to the deterioration of the working environments, causing various industrial health and business problems. These pollutants are usually stimulating, irritating, malodorous and sometimes carcinogenic, Which should be reduced in the pollutants formation, stage, but the practical processes do not allow This paper describes the major sources of VOC and odors, and their sampling/analysis methods. Furthermore, various removal technologies for these pollutants are suggested, which particularly include the characteristics of the catalytic and scrubber/carbon filter combined process, and even process design technologies.

Since the introduction of the open innovation at the beginning of the 2000s, various studies have been carried out on the convergence of technologies, such as the development of new technologies and the development of the business domain. while exploring the technologies necessary for the convergence of appropriate technologies in this research, we propose a discovery process of challengeable research areas by means of the integration of heterogeneous fields which are based on the strategic formulation of ICT and chemical safety industry. In this paper, we consequently propose the 103 detailed convergent technologies based on ICT, especially including artificial intelligent technology and smart big-data platform architecture, were derived from the research areas of the chemical safety field, We expect that research related to the safety field will be frustrated in the future.
