  • Mix-used development in urban renewal project is done to effectively utilize the limited downtown. Generally unlike a single project, It features placing a large number of different facilities(residential, commercial, business, cultural, etc.) which is each other organically linked. The purpose of this study is to suggest the method of modeling guide for 3D preliminary cost estimation considering visual and intuitive judgement of space in mix-used development Urban Renewal project. In this research, introducing SME(Standard Module and Element) breakdown structure, FID(Finish Identity) for estimating building space unit-based quantity take off was implemented. It could narrow the discrepancy of opinion between the stakeholders with more accurate cost-estimates, comparing to the traditional methods.

The Effect of Consumer Involvement on the Clothing Product Performance Recognized by Consumer (소비자관여가 소비자가 인지한 의류제품의 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Consumer involvement is one of the most important concepts in target marketing. Marketing managers seeking repeat business and a long term relationship with their consumers must understand the process underlying product evaluation. Therefore, the objective of this study was to find out the relationships between consumer involvement and product performance. Judgement sampling method through survey was utilized to collect the data and the subjects were 614 university students. Factor analysis, reliability test, and regression were used to analyze the data. The research results showed that there were three dimensions of product performance, so called, ‘aesthetic’, ‘utilitarian’, and ‘socio-interactive’. Consumer involvement was positively related to all dimensions of product performance. Understanding of the relationship between consumer involvement and product performance would contribute to build useful marketing strategies.

  • The major factors for the information protection to prepare for the change of the EC environment are found to be the construction of internet cyber-mall, the consumer-protecting regulations and the private information and system security regulations. The standards and methods of the their judgement is also important factors and are believed to attract the consumers' interest about the assessment of the internet cyber-mall and eventually serve the rights and interests of the consumers. The technology-level for the business transaction, the research and development of its technology and putting it into practical use are also found to be significant factors.

  • The aim of this study is to analyze the consumers perception of price and the economic benefit of shopping at the various discount-stores. We found that there is a significant difference between the real price level of discount-stores and the firms purporting discount level of their commodities. We also, found that there is a bias between the consumers perception of their monetary profit and the actual economic benefit. It's recommended that consumers should give objective judgement on price level of discount-stores and appreciate rationally the exact profit for them to take the advantage in their everyday life. To increase consumer welfare, it's desirable to improve labeling system on retail prices and regulations on distribution industry as well as the consumers perception of price and their profit level as mentioned above. Additionally, it should be followed that the business side build the consumer-oriented management system.

  • The current study investigates e-CRM, Shopping-mall Image, Perceived Value, Immersion, Satisfaction, Purchase Intention in the Fashion e-Commerce. The e-CRM(Customer Relationship Management) was applied to see the effect on the relation quality toward the fashion shopping-mall via relation performance. To fulfill the study objectives, a total of 521 questionnaires(Korean 278 vs, American 243) were conducted to the customers with first-hand experience with fashion merchandise in Internet shopping-mall. The judgement sampling method was employed on sample population ages from 20s to 40s over two month period. The result showed that purchase intention of an individual differs by consumer type and different factors affect purchase intention of the fashion merchandise for each consumer type.

  • The prevention of accidents or diseases is one of the most profitable activities in any business. The useful tools to diagnose existing safety problems and to systematically guide the improvement of those deficiencies have been developed in the world. In the recent, however, the importance of the interface between workers and workplaces has been increasingly recognized. In order to audit the correlations of job environments and workers we developed the rating system called "Ergonomic Workplace Assessment Index" for ergonomic condition in this study. The auditors will measure the degree of compliance of the criteria using judgement techniques, checks and interviews with EWAI(Ergonomic Workplace Assessment Index) which involves 5 categories and total 50 elements. elements.

  • The Purpose of this study is to establish efficient and balanced development and to make transparent marketing system, environment which is to protect small business, consumer's. This Goal of this study is that focus on development of regional and national economy. Especially, to protect small businessmen, to reserve consumer's buying choice. First of all, to examine causes of distribution maintenance and to will be analysed legal controversy of big distributive markets since local autonomy business limits. It is this study that concentrate on big distributive mart shutdown of business hours, Problems and Countermeasures. The main focus of in this study is as follows: First, to examine the ruling of the court that protest and accept of business hour in big distributive mart' problem and regulation, Second, to understand each of the judgement and problems of distributive shutdown systems, Third, to suggest the good distributive business trade act and the possible collaboration with focus on small and big mart System in Korea. This paper to analyze case of conflict and focus on establishment of transparent distribution since business limits.

A Grounded theory Analysys of the Successful Process : Consumer perspective of Entrepreneurial (창업소비자의 관점에서 본 창업 성공과정에 대한 근거이론적 분석)

  • The purpose of the study was to qualitatively analyze how entrepreneurs would succeed in business from the consumer perspective of entrepreneurial. In particularly, this study understood what has made the entrepreneurs do their own business, learning contextual and mediating conditions. In order to achieve the research goals, the study conducted in-depth interviews to a total of 11 entrepreneurs and based on data from the interviews, carried out a grounded theory analysis. According to the results, the successful entrepreneurship process paradigm model from the consumer perspective of entrepreneurial was observed with some central phenomenon, 'change of course', via casual circumstances as 'self-realization' and 'material value realization.' For the contextual conditions, there found 'anxiety for survival', 'organic motive', 'confidence in a market' and 'relational role element' as well. The interaction strategies consisted of 'internal capability improvement', 'internal and external activity directivity growth' and 'marketability judgement ability.' The mediating conditions were observed to be 'strategic cognition improvement' and 'growing of desire to succeed'. The analysis results reported that there were two different aspects as 'increase of stable dailiness' and 'productivity enlargement'. In terms of the core category, it was 'securing of stable dailiness and competitiveness in the market as well by developing characteristics and abilities of an individual for the life value realization.' Those results confirmed that once pleasure and satisfaction in daily life increase, the confidence of the entrepreneurs improves too, which would encourage them to continue the business.

  • Through literature review, this paper studies the development stages of Quality Circles and 6 sigma which are representative of domestic quality improvement activities. Thus, using the judgement guideline of Van der Wiele's classification for fad, fashion, and fit, the development stages for existing researches of Quality Circles and 6 sigma are qualitatively classified by research themes. In addition to, academic and business perspective are examined to grasp a current position of domestic quality improvement activities. As a result of the findings of current development stages of quality improvement activities, domestic Quality Circles which are not going to move on a fit stage are currently classified as the stage between fashion and fit, and 6 sigma activities are currently classified as the stage of fashion.

Study on Drafting Appropriate Dispute Resolution Clause in International Contract

  • There are various factors to consider when parties to an international agreement draft a dispute resolution clause in their written contract. These factors can be classified into two categories. The first category is about the parties and the nature of the contract, such as the parties' places of business and whether the contract contains a simple transaction or has a complicated nature. The second category is about the applicable rules of the parties' places of business or performance such as the private international law, service of process rules, and enforcement of court judgment and arbitration award rules. When parties to an international contract agree to a litigation, they normally choose a forum court and a governing law. In selecting a forum court and a governing law, the parties must consider private international law, service of process rules, and enforcement of judgement rules of candidate forums. In case the parties agree to an arbitration, they have to choose between institutional arbitration and ad hoc arbitration. For ad hoc arbitration, parties still need to further agree on which arbitration rules to use, and in which place the arbitration shall take place. Mediation involves a similar kind of decision as with arbitration. Traditionally, national courts of the parties' places of business have been used as litigation forums in dispute resolution clauses but, recently, arbitration is being increasingly employed as an alternative dispute resolution method in international contracts. Moreover, there have been international efforts to utilize mediation as a dispute resolution method in international commercial issues. Rather than simply taking a dispute resolution clause provided in a sample written contract, parties to an international contract must carefully consider various relevant factors in order to insert a dispute resolution clause which will work well for a particular contract.
