In this study, we conducted in - depth interviews of young entrepreneurs who are currently in the process of establishing new entrepreneurs management diagnosis and consulting for young entrepreneurs, and found the common difficulties experienced in young entrepreneurs' perception of entrepreneurship, In addition, through a case study, we verified product suitability through customer issue / solution suitability, idea marketability verification and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) using Lean Canvas according to the structure of Lean Start-up It is aimed at voluntary management diagnosis and consulting of small business owners, activation of young entrepreneurs' entrepreneurship, and reduction of startup failure rate. The purpose of this study is to examine the items of five young entrepreneurs from the perspective of the customer for about 10 months, focusing on the case of small entrepreneurs in the small entrepreneurs support project. Or we could provide the customer's problem or solution based on Lean Start-up. This study was conducted as a case - based qualitative study due to the limited sample and it is hoped that this study will be used as a basic research to verify the effectiveness of the lean start-up methodology for small business owners through quantitative research.

This paper proposes a strategic breakout and supporting methodology for evaluation and implementation of e- Business solutions in the viewpoint of users. The e- Business methodology sequentially follows four logical stages: e-Business strategy, design, construction, and implementation. The e- Business strategy stage consists of four sub-stages, that is, initiation, diagnosis, strategy, and composition of RFP & evaluation Each sub-stage is divided into several steps. Each of them has its own activities, tasks, and outputs. The methodology has been composed to prevailing ones so as to reveal its practice values.

A facility is built by participating of various parties who are connecting each other by network of contract. Domestic construction industry has been suffering with high cost and low efficiency due to lack of cooperative relationship among companies who participated in the project. The government has tried to resolve this problem by diverse policy support, but practical result has not been realized in the level of satisfaction. This paper defined construction business ecosystem in the aspect of business ecosystem as a network among construction companies based on diverse production system, and diagnosed cooperative business ecosystem in construction industry. For construction business ecosystem to be more cooperative business ecosystem, the result of diagnosis shows that the type of cooperation based capacity and value sharing should be developed and interdependence among companies and cooperative relationship should be durable and reasonable price for construction should be guaranteed for the participant to have a profit from the project.

This paper analyzed twenty-six production-related KPI(Key Performance indicator) factors of business diagnosis, such as personnel, equipment, materials, operations and quality affecting company business competition to 186 small machinery manufacturers in 2010. Also, we explained the concept of Business Positioning and divided research subjects into four Business Positioning Groups formed break-even point ratio & fixed cost ratio to sales and then we compared between the 4 groups using Logistic Regression analysis by SAS statistical software package. The objective of this study is two-fold. The first is to find out production-related KPI factor of superior Business Positioning Group. The second is to suggest improvement ways for small manufacturers in order to get better profitable Business Positioning.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is an insidious and degenerative neurological disease. It is a new topic for AD patients to use magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computer technology and is gradually explored at present. Preprocessing and correlation analysis on MRI data are firstly made in this paper. Then kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) is used to extract features of brain gray matter images. Finally supervised classification schemes such as AdaBoost algorithm and support vector machine algorithm are used to classify the above features. Experimental results by means of AD program Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) database which contains brain structural MRI (sMRI) of 116 AD patients, 116 patients with mild cognitive impairment, and 117 normal controls show that the proposed method can effectively assist the diagnosis and analysis of AD. Compared with principal component analysis (PCA) method, all classification results on KPCA are improved by 2%-6% among which the best result can reach 84%. It indicates that KPCA algorithm for feature extraction is more abundant and complete than PCA.

Developmental disability diagnosis estimation specialist system need multimedia data processing that is specialized little more for developmental disability classification diagnosis and decision-making and is atomized for this. Characteristic of developmental disability diagnosis estimation system that study in this paper can supply quick feedback about result, and can reduce mistake on recording and calculation as well as can shorten examination's enforcement time, and background of training is efficient system fairly in terms of nonprofessional who is not many can use easily. But, as well as when multimedia information that is essential data of system construction for developmental disability diagnosis estimation is having various kinds attribute and a person must achieve description about all developmental disability diagnosis estimation informations, great amount of work done is accompanied, technology about equal data can become different according to management. Because of these problems, applied search technology of contents base (Content-based) that search connection information by contents of edit target data for developmental disability diagnosis estimation data processing multimedia data processing technical development. In the meantime, typical access way for conversation style data processing to support fast image search, after draw special quality of data by N-dimension vector, store to database regarding this as value of N dimension and used data structure of Tree techniques to use index structure that search relevant data based on this costs. But, these are not coincided correctly in purpose of developmental disability diagnosis estimation because is developed focusing in application field that use data of low dimension such as original space DataBase or geography information system. Therefore, studied save structure and index mechanism of new way that support fast search to search bulky good physician data.

In this study, we examine features of marine transport environment which shipping companies are facing, analyze the ability to cope with this environment, and present the relationship between the ability and business performances. Then, we demonstrate that diagnosis of shipping environment in the global marine transport environment and preparing to it is very important. Also, we present that the ability to prepare is the main factor to decide the competitive power of the company. This study has a meaning in that the importance of business activities related to environment such like diagnosis of environment, analyzing, management, adaptation, and prediction is presented. Besides, the value of this study is that we analyze the relationship between corresponding ability, strategic execution process and business performance in general.

This study diagnosed the innovation capability of SMEs by utilizing the VIQ(Value Innovation Quotient) and deduced the innovation strategy. VIQ is the diagnosis tool for measuring the innovation capability of the SMEs focusing on the value innovation. SMEs can utilize this tool for diagnosis and deduce the innovation strategy. This study selected the high-growth venture company- K company and analyse it and deduced the innovation strategy. Innovation strategy can be as follows; Firstly, agile strategy formulation tool such as business intelligence and scenario planning should be adopted for the flexible business planning. Secondly, speedy decision making process should be made. Thirdly, open communication and empowerment process should be made. This paper can present the method of evaluating and diagnosis of value innovation capability of SMEs and innovation strategy formulation process.

Customer service process is one of the most important processes in today's competitive business environment. Among the various activities of customer service process, equipment malfunction diagnosis activity should be performed fast and accurately. When a customer calls the service center and reports the observed symptoms, he/she describes them in layman's terms. Therefore, the customer-reported symptoms have not been considered helpful information for service representatives. However, in order to perform diagnosis activity fast and accurately, we need to make use of the customer-reported symptoms actively. In this research, we developed three systems called R-EMD (Rule-based Equipment Malfunction Diagnostic system), C-EMD (Case-based Equipment Malfunction Diagnostic system) and R&C-EMD (Rule & Case-based Equipment Malfunction Diagnostic system), each of which diagnoses equipment malfunctions using the customer-reported symptoms. R&C-EMD is a hybrid system that utilizes both rule-based and case-based technologies. The diagnosis rules used in R&C-EMD and R-EMD were not acquired from service manuals or interviews with service representatives. Rater, we extracted them directly from the past diagnosis cases based on symptoms' frequencies. By this way, we were able to overcome the knowledge acquisition bottleneck. Using the real 100 malfunction diagnosis cases, we evaluated the performances of R&C-EMC, R-EMD and C-EMD in terms of speed and accuracy. In diagnosis time, R&C-EMD took longer than R-EMD and shorter than C-EMD. However, R&C-EMC was the best in accuracy.

The government supports politic funds to Small Business having difficulties of insufficient capital and weak assets. Also the effect of governmental politic funds are evaluated better than the effect of substitute loans of the commercial bank. Especially governmental politic funds contribute to the external growth of the enterprise sales and the increment of total assets size. It is necessary however related supporting programs with funding provision to reduce the risk of insolvency politic funds of small business and reinforce the competitive power of company. This paper introduces the model of the corporate diagnosis system of the Small Business Corporation as part of these intention and analysis supported companies' management performance last four years and proposes direction of development.
