Studies in key account management (KAM) have identified the importance of cross-functional coordination in firms to effectively implement KAM. However, these studies have ignored how companies integrate KAM and other customer management (non-KAM). This paper explores coordination design between KAM units and non-KAM units by analyzing a case study through three dimensions: front-end coordination, back-end-coordination, and organizational translation at the beginning of research. The case study shows that non-KAM conditions can require a modification of the coordination design. This research performs an in-depth analysis of changes in the implementation of sales reforms for an IT-related machinery and system vendor in Japan. Data sources include interviews with KAM units and non-KAM sales units and an analysis of secondary data. This paper suggests that studying the coordination between KAM units and non-KAM units will further our understanding of internal coordination in KAM research.

자동화된 비즈니스 프로세스 기능을 적용하기 위해 워크플로우 기능을 추가하는 것은 멀티테넌시를 지원하는 SaaS 어플리케이션개발 과정에서 필수적인 작업 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 SaaS 플랫폼에 워크플로우 기능을 추가하여 자동화된 비즈니스 프로세스를 지원하기 위한 기능을 제안하였다. SaaS 플랫폼에 워크플로우 관리 기능을 추가하여 역할관리, 비즈니스 프로세스 관리, 프로세스 인스턴스관리, ACL 관리 등을 하였다. 또한 테넌트 관리자가 개발된 SaaS 어플리케이션을 자사에 특화된 형태로 커스터마이징하기 위해 워크플로우의 재설정 기능을 제공하였다.

Web Service technologies make the automation of business activities that are distributed across multiple enterprises possible. Existing extended transaction protocols typically resort to compensation actions to regain atomicity and consistency. A reservation-based transaction protocol is proposed to reduce high compensation risk. However, for a serial long running transaction processing, the resource that is reserved in the early stage may be released due to resource holding time expires. Therefore, our analysis theoretically illustrates a scheduling scheme that tries to prevent the loss of resource holding as well as gain an optimized execution plan with minimum compensation cost. In order to estimate cost of different schedules, we set up a costing model and cost metric to quantize compensation risk.

This paper proposes a method of integrating ChatGPT with traditional chatbot systems to enhance conversational artificial intelligence(AI) and create more efficient conversational systems. Traditional chatbot systems are primarily based on classification models and are limited to intent classification and simple response generation. In contrast, ChatGPT is a state-of-the-art AI technology for natural language generation, which can generate more natural and fluent conversations. In this paper, we analyze the business service areas that can be integrated with ChatGPT and traditional chatbots, and present methods for conducting conversational scenarios through case studies of service types. Additionally, we suggest ways to integrate ChatGPT with traditional chatbot systems for intent recognition, conversation flow control, and response generation. We provide a practical implementation example of how to integrate ChatGPT with traditional chatbots, making it easier to understand and build integration methods and actively utilize ChatGPT with existing chatbots.

전자상거래의 글로벌한 움직임과 관련하여 여전히 EDI는 전자상거래의 핵심요소로서 중요성을 더해 가고 있지만, 전세계를 하나로 연결하는 인터넷의 등장과 비즈니스 환경의 변화로 말미암아 그 역할과 구현방법에 새로운 변화가 일어나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전자상거래 구현의 중심적인 역할을 하고 있는 기존의 EDI와 현재의 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 EDI까지의 새로운 EBI조류에 대하여 살펴보았다.

Purpose - Aviation control, navigation, and aircraft control in the air transportation area are very specialized. Each part is in progress for safety, efficiency, automation, and further. On the other hand co-work among each part including knowledge sharing has been inattentive for many reasons. The purpose of this research is to show how practicians and professionals in the air transportation area perceive the issue of knowledge sharing and to recall the necessity of knowledge sharing in the area. And we try to find ways to activate the knowledge sharing in the area. Research design, data, methodology - For the research, we inquired into whether practicians and professionals think knowledge sharing can effect safe aviation positively or not and what steps are necessary to activate knowledge sharing in the area. We adopted survey method using questionnaires for current practicians and interview for specialists. The survey and interview results were analyzed using regression analysis and AHP method. The interview for specialists and analyzing the results using AHP was to investigate what are the precedence factors to activate the knowledge sharing. Results - First, practicians perceive that knowledge sharing will affect aviation safe positively. Second objective knowledges such as, tower air traffic control procedure of aviation control area, flight principle and structure of aircraft control area, instrument landing system of navigation area, for knowledge sharing of each area were identified. Also the precedence factors such as, knowledge absorbability of personal factor, personal expectation of result of expectation factor, leadership of management of Structure factor, method of knowledge spread of application factor for knowledge sharing were found. Conclusions - Knowledge sharing for practicians and professionals in the aviation area is very important especially from the perspective of safety. However, for various many reasons including the environment of each special area that focusing on their own area, knowledge sharing has not been emphasized. We found that practicians in the area feel that knowledge sharing is necessary and helpful. For it, each practician's active participation is the most important and many ways such as chatting room to share knowledge are to be developed. And the organization culture should be changed to encourage knowledge sharing.

BIM 도구는 설계프로세스에서 기술의 사용이 증가하면서 그에 따른 정보표준체계가 필요하게 되었다. 건설이 완료된 결과(Result) 분류는 25종 단위시설에 327종의 유형, 결과를 구성하는 객체는 174종의 Part와 207종의 Component로 분류하고 있다. 선행연구에서는 도로와 하천 분야 대상으로 속성분류체계를 대분류 4종, 중분류 13종, 소분류 58종, 속성정보 333종으로 분류하였고, 객체분류에 따른 대량의 속성정보를 입력하는 것의 소요 시간을 줄이는 것이 관건이었다. 따라서, Revit 플러그인과 같은 외부 응용 프로그램 개발을 통해 구체적이고 반복적인 작업에 자동화가 필요하다. BIM 속성분류체계를 따르면서 사용자의 생산성과 편의성을 강화할 수 있는 BIM 속성입력 프로그램을 구현하였다.

정보기술의 발전은 비즈니스 환경의 변화는 물론 대형 산업 시설의 자동화에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 전력, 수자원, 에너지, 교통, 통신, 등은 국가의 안보와 국민 생활의 안정 그리고 국가 경제발전의 기반을 형성하는 국가의 주요 기반시설이며 이들 모두 산업제어 시스템에 의해 통제되고 있다. 또 비즈니스 환경의 변화는 조직의 모든 시스템을 통합하고 있어 경영정보시스템과 산업제어 시스템의 통합이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 산업제어 시스템의 표준화와 개방형 시스템으로 전환이 이루어지고 있어 더욱 보안의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 제어시스템 보안에 대한 연구가 기술, 관리, 환경 등 다양한 분야에서 추진되고 있다. 그럼에도 제어시스템 감사에 대한 연구는 아직 미약하다. 정부는 최근 정부 및 주요 공공 시스템에 대한 정보시스템 감리를 의무화하여 안정성, 효율성, 효과성을 평가하고 있다. 또 주요정보통신기반시설에 대해서는 취약점 분석을 하고 그 개선 작업을 하도록 의무화하고 있다. 그럼에도 제어시스템에 대한 감리를 하지 않고 있고 제어시스템에 대한 보안 아키텍처나 감리 프레임워크도 준비되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 제어시스템 감리를 위한 정보보안 아키텍처와 정보보안 감리 프레임워크를 제시하여 감리의 기반을 마련하였다.

본 논문에서는 SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture)를 기반으로 서비스간에 상호 작용하는 데이터의 품질 관리를 위한 오류 정제 서비스를 대상으로 데이터 제약조건 설정 시 인간 개입을 최소화하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. 단, 실세계에서 통용되는 일반적인 데이터를 모두 다루는 것은 불가능하므로 비즈니스 도메인에서 자주 사용되는 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)과 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 서비스와 같이 고객 주문 정보 및 처리에 관련된 데이터를 대상으로 한다. 이를 위해, 컴포지션 되는 서비스간의 상호 작용하는 데이터를 의미적으로 확장하여 확장-엘리먼트 벡터를 생성하고 이를 기반으로 의사결정 트리(decision tree) 학습 방법을 적용하여 제약조건 설정을 자동화하기 위한 규칙 기반 시스템을 구축한다. 이 시스템을 오류정제 서비스에 삽입한 결과, 비즈니스 분야의 공개된 서비스로부터 데이터 학습을 통해 제약조건 설정을 41% 넘게 자동화 할 수 있음을 보였다.

도요타 자동차는 2005년도 결산 보고서에서 영업이익은 6년 연속, 순이익은 4년 연속 사상 최고치를 경신한 것으로 나타났다. 순이익은 전년도 보다 11% 증가한 1조 3000억 엔(약 11조 500억 원)에 달하는 것으로 보고 있다. 최고의 이익을 계속 갱신하면서 세계의 주목을 받고 있는 도요타 자동차는 낭비제거와 개선(改善)을 골자로 하는 생산방식의 강점을 보유하고 있다. 도요타 생산방식의 기본 사상은 낭비를 철저히 제거하여 생산성을 향상시킴으로 부가가치를 통한 이익을 창출하는 것으로, 이를 뒷받침 해주는 것이 "Just-in time" 과 " 사람 인(人)변의 자동화(自動化)라는 두 가지 기둥이다. 최근 한국의 제조기업 뿐만 아니라 서비스업종까지 도요타 생산 시스템을 재조명하여 자사에 적용하기 위한 많은 시도가 이어지고 있다. 도요타 생산방식의 이론의 고찰을 통하여 도요타 생산방식을 재정립하고, 실제로 도요타 생산방식이 적용되어진 사례연구를 통하여 우리의 기업환경에 적합하도록 활용할 수 있는지를 검토하고 연구 발전시켜야 한다.
