Kano모형을 이용한 물류서비스품질의 분류 (The Classification of Logistics Service Quality through the utilization of Kano Model)

  • The importance of quality logistics service has kept growing in fierce competitions. Accordingly, many have tried to assess the logistics service quality and attempted to propose the strategic ways to manage it. However, it has been known that service quality is a multi-dimensional construct and not all quality attributed are viewed as equally important to customers. In other words, each quality attribute has different implications for customer satisfaction. To this respect, the current study attempted to identify the satisfying/dissatisfying quality factor through the Kana approach. In so doing, several satisfying and dissatisfying quality factors in logistics service quality were identified. Further, several academic and practical implications for logistics service quality were proposed.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the service quality activity itself by using the DEA Model, in contrast to previous quality evaluation methods, as an attempt to evaluate the service quality activities of the distribution industry. Furthermore, by complementing the shortfalls of the weighted value of the DEA Model, it recommends a DEA/PS Model that is appropriate in the evaluation of service quality activities. Based on this model, the study proposes the SQAE Model, an evaluation tool to complement the traditional measuring method. According to the results of the analysis of 18 sample distribution businesses, there was a discrepancy by business in the results of the Traditional Scoring System and the Evaluation Measuring System. Therefore, it is most desirable to not only be active in service quality activities but also increase efficiency at the same time.

  • Recommendation is a personalized information filtering technology to help customers find which products they would like to purchase. Collaborative filtering works by matching customer preferences to other customers in making recommendations. But collaborative filtering based recommendations have two major limitations, sparsity and scalability. To overcome these problems we suggest using adjusted product hierarchy, grain. This methodology focuses on dimensionality reduction and uses a marketer's specific knowledge or experience to improve recommendation quality. The qualify of recommendations using each grain is compared with others by several experimentations. Experiments present that the usage of a grain holds the promise of allowing CF-based recommendations to scale to large data sets and at the same time produces better recommendations. In addition. our methodology is proved to save the computation time by 3∼4 times compared with collaborative filtering.

  • We analyze the systemic risk based on the information flows using the variance decomposition, DebtRank methods, and the Industry Sector Indices during 2001. 01 to 2015. 08. Using the KOSPI stock market as our setting, we find that (i) the systemic risk calculated by information flows of variance decompositions method shows strong positive relations with the market volatility, (ii) the magnitude of systemic risk measured from the information flows network by DebtRank method increases after the subprime financial crisis.

  • The introduction of the wholesalers system is being considered from various aspects in order to improve the problems of the listed auction system of wholesale corporations. The wholesalers system is a corporation that receives designation from the creator and purchases or consigns agricultural and fishery products to wholesale or broker sales, and has the advantage of reducing the distribution stage and distribution costs. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the wholesalers system introduced to improve the problems of the listed auction system of wholesale corporations through a case study of market wholesalers handling fishery products.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of Mongolian entrepreneurs. Design/methodology/approach This study collected data from a survey on 236 entrepreneurs in Mongolia and investigate research hypotheses by empirical analysis. Findings It was found that entrepreneurial motivation (independence, opportunity-driven, achievement motivation) had a positive effect on the startups' performances, and necessity-driven motivation did not have a significant effect on the startups' performances. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation had a positive effect on performance of startups. There are differences by gender on the relationships between entrepreneurial motivations and startup performances. Research implications or Originality This paper investigates the effects of entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of startups in Mongolian.

Predicting Continuance Intention of Personal Preventive Behavior after COVID-19: A Framework of Health Belief Model

  • This study aims to investigate the factors influencing preventive behavior among foreigners residing in Korea. Drawing upon the Health Belief Model (HBM), this study seeks to gain insights into the decisionmaking processes underlying preventive behavior within this specific population. A comprehensive online survey was conducted among 364 foreigners. An analysis revealed that perceived barriers and perceived benefits played crucial roles as mediators, mediating the relationship between the examined factors and preventive behavior. The insights gained from this study have implications for public health interventions and self-preventive product businesses aiming to promote and sustain self-preventive behavior practices among foreigners residing in Korea, even after all COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze cases of big data-driven business in the financial industry, focusing on organizational structure and business processes using big data in banking industry. Design/methodology/approach - This study used a case study approach. To this end, cases of two banks implementing big data-driven business were collected and analyzed. Findings - There are two things in common between the two cases. One is that the central tasks for big data-driven business are performed by a centralized organization. The other is that the role distribution and work collaboration between the headquarters and business departments are well established. On the other hand, there are two differences between the two banks. One marketing campaign is led by the headquarters and the other marketing campaign is led by the business departments. The two banks differ in how they carry out marketing campaigns and how they carry out big data-related tasks. Research implications or Originality - When banks plan and implement big data-driven business, the common aspects of the two banks analyzed through this case study can be fully referenced when creating an organization and process. In addition, it will be necessary to create an organizational structure and work process that best fit the special situation considering the company's environment or capabilities.
