In our country, which imports 97% of the energy consumed, an energy saving policy is required. The price inflation of utility bills is caused by a steep rise in the prices of imported oil. This study aims to solve the difficulties that cause poor environmental conditions for workers in the energy services sector, and especially, to systematize energy consumption reports to manage energy goals by suggesting an example of written energy-saving reports. To this end, this research focuses on energy consumption of target facilities including office spaces in a main building and multi-use facilities of an office building. A system where all employees can participate is structured through the analysis of energy usage in the target buildings.

Since CM policies established in 1996, contracts of CM services are continuously increasing over the past years. As constant improvement of positive awareness about public/private owners and CM capabilities of domestic construction companies, a number of efforts were being made to acquire competitiveness of domestic and overseas CM market. However, there has been lack of quantitative and comprehensive research to investigate CM firms. The purpose of this research is to statistically analyze total of 2,983 CM service contracts over the past 16 years published in KISCON (Knowledge Information System of Construction Industry) in order to examine CM owner type.

In this paper, blast-induced vibration effects on buildings located in rural areas were investigated. Damages to reinforced concrete, adobe and masonry buildings were evaluated in Çatakk$\ddot{o}pr\ddot{u}$ and Susuz villages in Silvan district of Diyarbakir, Turkey. Blasting of stiff rocks to construct highway at vicinity of the villages damaged the buildings seriously. The most important reason of the damages is lack of engineering services and improper constructed buildings according to the current building design codes. Also, it is determined that, inappropriate blast method and soft soil class increased the damages to the buildings. The study focuses on four points: Blast effect on buildings, soil conditions in villages, building damages and evaluation of damage reasons according to the current Turkish Earthquake Code (TEC).

In order to improve their hospital services in unlimited competitive situations, the general hospitals, particularly, have since the 1990s been concentrating more on hospital information processing systems and the automation of the patients' convenience. They also give priority to the advance of integrated hospital information systems centred around the patients. Introducing more progressive information technology to already established hospitals, the OPD has been most affected by HIS because there are a lot of patients and doctors. On this background, this study analyse the change of OPD and some related departments around the 1990s with the general hospitals as it's object. It investigates the way of building hospitals and presents some information about the planning of building hospitals.

The global Covid-19 pandemic has been accelerating the transition to the digital environment that enables providing consistent services without being affected by physical location or various circumstances. The Metaverse might be the representative realization reflecting this trend. In this paper, we introduce the potential core stacks consisting of the Metaverse framework in brief and explain why the open Metaverse framework is an adequate and reasonable design choice to support diverse platforms and multiple instances of the virtual world. Since the development of the open Metaverse framework is indeed in a very early stage, achieving technical completeness in each building block of the open Metaverse is crucial. Considering the expansion and spread of the Metaverse in the future, intensive standardization studies on the open Metaverse framework are exigent and indispensable.

Real-time information on the construction project required by the owner make the project's transparency and overall productivity will be improved. This study analyzes domestic and foreign patents for construction project management to identify trends in technology development, construct cloud-based construction project management system solution UI, and proposes functions and services for each module. Trend research is conducted through patent search, and the analysis is divided into quantitative analysis which means quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis which means the technical contents of each patent. The construction project management system solution is based on smart devices at small and medium-sized sites, allowing both the owner and the construction personnel to share information.

Currently, most companies have security solutions such as firewalls or WAF (Web Application Firewall) for web services, cloud systems, and data centers. It is important to utilize an efficient quality management platform because the management of deadlines at construction sites requires rapid and accurate processing of numerous defect data in a short time. In this study, 30 domestic patents for defect management and image analysis were analyzed to examine the development status of quality management platforms using mobile devices. As a result of the analysis, research on automatically detecting defects using artificial intelligence has been actively underway in recent years, and advanced IT technologies have been converging in various ways into linked services.

Global warming is accelerating as greenhouse gas emissions increase owing to the increase in population and urbanization rates worldwide. As an alternative to this solution, smart cities are being promoted. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a plan for developing energy service modules for the Sejong 5-1 living area, which has been selected as a test-bed for smart cities in Korea. Based on the smart city plans announced by the government for this study, a survey questionnaire on 12 energy services was composed by collecting the opinions of experts. The survey was conducted with 1,000 citizens, the degree of necessity of energy service that citizens think of was identified. Principal Component Analysis and Association Rule Mining were conducted to describe 12 energy service items in a reduced manner and analyze the correlation and relationship of each energy service. Finally, three modules were suggested using the analyzed results so that 12 energy services could be implemented in an efficient platform. These results are expected to contribute to the realization of a smart city to make them easily accessible for those who want to promote platform services in the energy field and envision energy service items.

Seoul city provided u-tourism services for inbound tourists' convenience. These services began in April, 2010 and were completed in advanced way by the end of 2011. Seoul city developed a brand fit to the new services simultaneously for communicating it. Recently, there are so many cities in the world that steadily try to give favorable impression and images to people. In the study, we analyze the process of brand building to present a guideline for city brand and tourism service brand building. The study includes a series of brand making process such as environment of brand, customer analysis, design of brand platform, brand hierarchy, visualization of various brand factors, strategies of operation and performances of brand awareness and draw a conclusion and suggest an advice. As for implication, the study shows the necessity of service brand launching plus Seoul official brand(Hi, Seoul), the service brand including ubiquitous concept, development of brand factors with complementarity and observation of systematical methodology.
