Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the barriers and solution of providing long-term care (LTC) services at home for the beneficiaries with mild dementia. Methods: The data were collected by interviewing three focus groups consisting of 10 home-visit nurses and analyzed through the analytic process by Morgan and Krueger. Results: The barriers of providing LTC services for clients were identified as follows: inadequateness of the current LTC model for elderly individuals with mild dementia and inappropriateness of the personal environment for home care. The solutions for these barriers were suggested as follows: building up a safe environment for home care and maintaining an appropriate standard utilization plan of LTC service. Conclusion: The current service model for the beneficiaries with mild dementia should be modified in order to provide comprehensive long-term care services based on their complex needs.

The era of IoT in which all objects are intelligent and are connected to the internet has been started. In order to establish and activate an IoT eco system, open IoT services platform is very important. In this paper, we develop an open IoT services platform and verified the function by building a testbed. Our platform based on the open source hardware and commercial cloud services such as AWS which is a component of an open service IoT platform.

The poor maintenance and management of HVAC systems finally lead to the shortening of the life expectancy and result in the increase of operating costs and energy consumptions due to low efficiencies. Also, it is essential to try to develop ways to adequately maintain and to use the building facilities efficiently in order to preserve earth environment and the limited resource. In this study, an analysis on the maintenance and management cost for HVAC systems was carried out with the capacity of equipment. Besides, the LCC(Life Cycle Cost) based analysis was carried out to verify the effect of the doing maintenance and management. As the results, the case of the good maintenance and management is able to save LCC to 11 % than the case of the poor method.

In this paper, we propose the controllability function and service design to efficiently implement the control of the disaster communication network, using Internet of Things(IoT) Technology. In accordance with the spread of Information Communication Technology(ICT), the era for building a disaster communications system without exclusion over the entire areas has emerged. National wireless mesh networks for public safety and disaster relief have been evolving to strengthen the pre-disaster response system using the latest technologies through the convergence of various technologies and services from the viewpoint of the command and control between disaster response agencies. In line with such a technological paradigm shift, the controllability of the objects in the IoT has been emerging as a key quality requirement of a disaster communications system. In this study, the objects are classified by the subject of control according to the IoT component, such as data, network resources and services in order to effectively implement their controllability. In addition, based on the destination of this controllability, technologies and services have been designed that can reduce the damage caused by disasters. Technologies and services that were derived from this study must be implemented in the current disaster safety network systems together with the establishment of an infrastructure for the networks in order that all persons are able to effectively utilize the disaster communications system for their safety.

This study aimed to suggest the way to support flood disaster older survivors with analysing how relief services and their human resources are used. For this study, the data was collected from 184 elderly aged over 65 years from Inje and Pyungchang in Gangwon province where lots of flood damages were done. The results of the study was elderly used human resources of public servant/military soldiers, volunteers as public or official services than as private resources. These results provide the evidence that public or official human resources are very helpful to control their emergency situations because there is hardly any use of their private human resources except for assistance from their family. And it shows that older people are willing to use services of life rescue and information services of their family members safety rather than basic supplies, medical care or medicine providing. With this findings we suggest informing the news of family safety including basic necessaries are highly signigicant. Thus, it is useful for disaster planners to understand building immediate life rescue and accurate information delivery systems. These are relevant to older adults' psychological well-being, thus, providing news of family safety including offering material resources are highly needed for older disaster survivors.

The port BIM technology has many problems such as lack of relevant system, high cost of BIM infrastructure construction, and process difference of existing domestic inter-industry. Since the port facilities as national key industries are managed and operated by public organizations, it is necessary to integrate IT resources and have a system that needs collective construction and joint utilization management. In this paper, we proposed the convergence of cloud computing technology and BIM as a way to reduce the infrastructure cost required for port BIM operation and to provide various BIM services for domestic process. To do this, we collected system requirements based on demand surveys of port staff and designed a BIM browser that provides IFC-based BIM server and customized services to reduce infrastructure cost in cloud computing environment. In terms of infrastructure, we designed cloud-based IaaS to support cost reduction, which is an essential component, and designed SaaS to support customized services in terms of services. We will perform performance verification with focus on whether port BIM servers and browsers have reached a level where they can manage four BIM models with different types and capacities.

Cloud BIM, which incorporates cloud computing technology and BIM technology, is increasingly used in construction. In particular, the recent trend of cloud services in IT field is to provide customized cloud services according to the characteristics of users. These changes are also linked to the cloud BIM, which is emerging in the construction industry. However, cloud BIM researches and commercial technologies that are currently underway do not reflect these trends, and they provide services through generalized management functions in construction projects. In order to solve these problems, a new type of customized cloud BIM service is needed that can provide cloud services by reflecting the characteristics of the project, customization based on the user's work, and providing the knowledge service. Therefore, this study aims to derive the system requirement function that should be preceded for implementing the customized cloud BIM service, and the target project is selected as the medical facility.

The service industry has been acknowledged as a critical part of mobile banking services in recent years. This study examines the impact of e-service quality and loyalty on the intention to use and use behavior of mobile banking services in Mongolia, a Central Asian country. As a result, based on past research, a conceptual model was suggested. This study comprises 209 completed questionnaires from young Mongolians who own a bank account and a smartphone. The data was collected based on convenience sampling, and it was analyzed with SmartPLS software using a partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The findings indicate that system quality, interface design, and security assurance have a significant positive impact on service quality; service quality has a positive impact on loyalty. Moreover, the results reveal that service quality and loyalty have a significant influence on the intention to use mobile banking services. The findings of this study suggest that local or international banks and financial institutions in Mongolia should consider system quality, interface design, and security concerns as key successors to building perceived security quality to retain current mobile banking users and attract new customers.

Recently, semantic web technology, represented by ontology building, is being combined with web services technology, creating 'Semantic Web Services' as a new promising field in information retrieval research. Accordingly, many brokering and matchmaking agents are being developed and used in the field. However, literature review revealed that most models do not take QoS(Quality of Services) into consideration. In this study, a QoS-augmented matchmaking algorithm is developed based on service availability, response time, maximum transaction amount, reliability, accessibility and price as critical QoS items. A prototype for Intelligent Semantic Web Services System is developed using publicly available data. Performance test was conducted and reported at the end.

Trust affects marketing practices and purchasing performance in the context of buying and selling business services. Despite the importance the previous studies on business services have not fully investigated the role of trust and the effects of trust on buying and selling strategies. Additionally in-depth studies exploring the links between trust-strategies-performance have not systematically performed both in domestic and international markets. This study, in the context of purchasing business services, investigates the effect on trust of suppliers' characteristics and relational characteristics between sellers and buyers. This study also explores the effect of trust toward sellers and buyers on purchasing performance. The results of this study should contribute the understanding on the role of trust in purchasing and selling business services. Building and maintaining trust must be one of the major key success factors in the relationship between sellers and buyers of business servies.
