진행성 골화성 근염은 매우 드물게 보는 유전성 질환으로서 선천성 족무지 기형과 근막, 건막, 건, 인대 및 골격근육의 간질조직내 결체조직의 부종, 석회화를 거쳐 진행성으로 골화를 일으킴을 특징으로 하는 질환이다. 본 질환은 근본적으로 골격근 자체는 정상이나 근본 병리결함이 결체조직에 발생함으로 종래 사용하던 병명인 '진행성 골화성 근염' 대신 '진행성 골화성 섬유이형성증'이라 칭하는 것이 합당하다고 주장되고 있다. 저자는 최근 일가족 남매에 발생한 진행성 골화성 근염 2예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

We report the prenatal diagnosis of an unbalanced translocation between chromosome Y and chromosome 15 in a female fetus. Cytogenetic analysis of parental chromosomes revealed that the mother had a normal 46,XX karyotype, whereas the father exhibited a 46,XY,der(15)t(Y;15) karyotype. We performed cytogenetic analysis of the father's family as a result of the father and confirmed the same karyotype in his mother and brother. Fluorescence in situ hybridization and quantitative fluorescent-polymerase chain reaction analysis identified the breakpoint and demonstrated the absence of the SRY gene in female members. Thus, the proband inherited this translocation from the father and grandmother. This makes the prediction of the fetal phenotype possible through assessing the grandmother. Therefore, we suggest that conventional cytogenetic and molecular cytogenetic methods, in combination with family history, provide informative results for prenatal diagnosis and prenatal genetic counseling.

This paper looks into the complexity of the comparative and conflictive elements portrayed on the novel Nada. Through the interpretation of the actions of the female characters, we can classify them into two different categories: pro-Franco and anti-Franco system. Thus, for example, the character Ena is an active, intellectual and liberal woman capable to manipulate and control men who lives at her own free will. This active and liberal personality is clearly not the favored type of woman under Franco, which prefers a society where men are the dominant figures. Another female character, Gloria, places herself far from the Catholicism based morality during the Franco period as she is having an affair with her husband's brother. We also find examples of the opposite, that is, affinity with Franco ideals, such as Angustias' decision to become a member of the convent, in line with the motto "Spain, united and great, through Catholicism"; the example of Ena's mother, nurturing six sons and daughters, also resonates with Franco ideology of a woman's role in the Spanish society, being mostly a reproductive instrument. One of the topics of this novel is the confrontation between the prewar petit bourgeoisie and the new postwar bourgeoisie. We can appreciate a big difference between the lifes of Andrea's family and Pons' family. Andrea has friendly relationships with friends from the new bourgeoisie; however, these interactions are not genuine, but superficial. Because of that, we also conclude that this novel reflects the underlying conflicts between different social strata. We also observe the conflicts and confrontations between republicans and nationalists in this society, through the relationships between two brothers, Juan y $Rom{\acute{a}}n$. During the civil war, Juan collaborates with the national faction, while $Rom{\acute{a}}n$ joins the republican faction. Consequently, they separate from each other due to their different ideologies. We will conclude that this novel also reflects on the idea that the Spanish civil war destroyed fraternity and separated families.

In modern Spanish culture, there is not other cineaste who has explored the controversial topic of sexuality deeper and more reiterative ways than Pedro $Almod{\acute{o}}var$. In our opinion, $Educaci{\acute{o}}n$> fundamentally, is a metaphoric work about the corruption of the Catholicism during Francisco Franco regime in Spain. This movie is a brilliant and solid critic to the abuses suffered by a child in a religious school during the Franco regime. This movie is about the forbidden desire in Catholicism and the tragic end of a priest. Father Manolo sexually abused one of his students at the school; as a result, this student loses his sexual identity and ends up ruining his own life due to using drugs. Eventually he is revenged by his younger brother. On this movie, $Educaci{\acute{o}}n$>, Pedro $Almod{\acute{o}}var$ portrays a sentiment of anticlericalism and blasphemy against God and Jesus Christ through a story which contains homosexual scenes and direct quotations of biblical cites, such as the expulsion of the merchants and sellers out of the temple in Jerusalem in the Mathew gospel to insinuate Jesus'lack of charity and love to others. We conclude that Almodovar's description of the fallout of this priest, caused by his forbidden desire, is not only beyond anti-Catholicism but it can also be seen as an actual reflection of the cultural and sexual change in the European and, in particular, Spanish society.

본 연구는 2000년대 등장한 다수의 분단영화 중에서 간첩영화와 남성 버디무비의 성격을 띤 세 편의 영화<공동경비구역 JSA>(박찬욱, 2000), <의형제>(장훈,2010), <공작>(윤종빈, 2018)을 중심 텍스트로 하여 남북 남성주인공의 관계 변화와 주요 공간적 배경의 차이와 상징성이 갖는 의미를 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. <공동경비구역 JSA>는 2000년대 분단영화의 서막을 연 작품으로 이전과는 다른 차원의 남북관계를 제시한다. 남북한 병사들이 비무장지대에서 만나 친구가 되고 북한군 초소에서 어울리는 것이다. <의형제>는 북에서 버림받은 남파 간첩이 생계형 간첩으로 살아가며 국정원에서 버림받은 전직 남한 요원과 동업을 하는 이야기다. 친구에서 형제로 나아간 남북관계에 대한 전망은 <공작>에 이르면 동반자의 관계로 성숙한다. 10년 정도의 시차를 두고 나온 세 영화들은 지난 20년 동안 이루어진 남북관계 변화 자체도 담고 있지만 남북관계에 대한 사회적 인식의 변화를 보여준다는 의미가 있다. 각기 다른 시기 다른 감독이 연출한 작품들이지만, 궁극적으로 통일서사를 지향한 행보를 읽을 수 있다.

스마트 물관리 분야에서도 빅데이터 분석을 통해 경쟁력을 강화하려는 요구가 급증하면서 빅데이터에 대한 체계적인 관리(거버넌스)가 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 빅데이터 거버넌스는 데이터의 품질보장, 프라이버시 보호, 데이터 수명관리, 데이터 전담조직을 통한 데이터 소유 및 관리권의 명확화 등의 데이터 관리를 평가하고(Evaluation), 지시하며(Direction), 모니터링(Monitoring) 하는 체계적인 관리활동을 의미한다. 빅데이터 거버넌스가 확립되지 못하면 중요한 의사결정에 품질이 낮은 데이터를 사용함으로써 심각한 문제를 야기할 수 있으며, 개인 프라이버시 관련 데이터로 인해 빅브라더의 우려가 현실화될 수 있고, 폭증하는 데이터의 수명관리 소홀로 인해 IT 비용이 급증하기도 한다. 이러한 기술적인 문제가 완비되더라도 데이터 관련 문제를 전담하고 책임지는 조직과 인력이 없다면 빅데이터 효과는 지속되지 못할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 기반의 스마트 물관리를 위한 데이터 거버넌스 구축모델을 제시하고, 실제 물관리 업무에 적용한 사례를 소개한다.

Purpose: Eliglustat is an oral substrate reduction therapy (SRT) approved for adults with Gaucher disease type I (GD1) who are extensive, intermediate, or poor CYP2D6 metabolizers. Here we report one-year experience of eliglustat switch therapy from long-term enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) in three adult patients with GD1. Materials and Methods: Medical history, clinical (hemoglobin concentration, platelet count, and bone mineral density) and biochemical parameters (angiotensin converting enzyme, total acid phosphatase, and lyso-gb1) of the patients were collected and evaluated by retrospective review of medical records at every 3, 6, or 12 month after switch to SRT. Results: Patient 1 was a 43-year old female diagnosed GD1 and her clinical and biochemical parameters were stabilized for more than 20 years by ERT. Due to the burden of regular hospital visit, she switched to SRT. During one-year of SRT, clinical parameters and biomarkers were maintained stable. However, after suffering acute febrile illness during SRT, she decided to re-switch to ERT due to concerns about drug interaction. Patient 2 was 41-year old male, younger brother of patient 1 and Patient 3 was 31-year old male. They switched to SRT in clinically stable condition with long-term ERT. The one-year SRT was tolerable without specific safety issue and the clinical parameters were maintained stable. Conclusion: One-year eliglustat therapy in three adult patients with GDI was generally tolerable and effective for maintaining the clinical parameters and biomarkers. However, the drug compliance, concurrent drug interactions, and long-term safety of eliglustat should be carefully monitored.

Under the inhumane oppression of imperialism, the Third World's political violence has been often represented as an immediate and explosive one with an instant, concentrated visibility. Yet the ecological and psychological exploitation of the Third-World countries by empires, as Rob Nixon insists, shows the relative invisibility of slow violence. This paper is to reveal this slow violence of the marginalized areas symbolized as the lowland. Although Arne Naess' deep ecology promotes the inherent worth of living beings regardless of their instrumental utility to human needs. this paper deals with three postcolonial ecological textbooks which criticize the white-centered deep ecology: Amitav Ghosh's The Glass Palace, Jhumpa Lahiri's The Lowland, and Barbara Kingsolver's The Poisonwood Bible. Through postcolonial critical study, this paper finds out that all these three works have some themes in common. First, these postcolonial works assume a shape of family saga which is parallel to the slow violence of ecological and psychological plundering of empires in the postcolonial countries. Second, like the mangroves which have a tenacious hold on life, these postcolonial people rather overcome the heterogenic challenge with the sturdy and tough mind than defeated. Third, the native people's ethics of earth functions as the stronghold for their respectable lifestyle in their indigenous historicity. Finally, as a big fat brother, the Americanized globalization or neoliberalism is warned as the neocolonialism which is often shown as the disguised pattern of greenwashing. Namely, the people's self-enhancement is always prior to the imperialistic development or neoliberalism in the postcolonial ecological texts which sharply contrast the native's life consciousness and the empire's development theory.

본 연구는 국내에서 출간된 상상친구가 등장하는 30권의 그림책에서 상상친구가 있는 인물의 특성이 어떻게 나타나는지 알아보기 위해 상상친구를 가진 인물의 성별, 형제 관계, 인물의 성격을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 전체 30권의 책 중 상상친구를 가진 인물은 총 35명이었으며 이중 여성이 24명, 남성이 11명으로 상상친구를 가진 인물의 성별은 남자에 비해 여자가 두 배 이상 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상상친구를 가진 등장인물의 형제관계는 외동인 경우가 가장 많았고 형제가 있는 경우, 남매, 자매 순으로 나타났으며 형제가 나타난 경우는 없었다. 서열을 보면 맏이, 동생, 나타나지 않음 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상상친구를 가진 인물의 성격특성을 살펴본 결과 상상친구를 가진 인물의 외향과 내향이 두드러진 차이를 보이고 있지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 그림책이 상상친구를 가진 아동의 현실을 잘 반영하고 있었으며 상상친구를 가진 아동의 다양한 상황을 균형감있게 나타내 주고 있어 현실에서 상상친구를 가진 아동들을 이해하는 기초자료로서 의미가 있다.

The article purpose is 'Reading Chinese translation text as a Korean integrated education for Chinese students'. Although number of foreign students has increased rapidly to the economic growth of Korea, the influence of Korean Wave, and the popularity of Korean popular culture like K-pop at domestic universities but the problems of their curriculum have been found in many places. Korean literary education through novel text has an important place in Korean studies, but literary education is often excluded in Korean language education as a foreign language education. Chinese students already have background knowledge of Korean translation novels through Chinese novels. They can get the learning effect as the Korean language study. Second, they can compared with Korean national violence and Chinese national violence through 'Red Revolution' and understand about Korean-Chinese understanding of the times, social and cultural phenomena, Third, they are able to study the theory of literature itself. also It was the educational purpose pursued by the humanities. Chinese students develop their Korean language skills by studying the Brothers which are translated into Korean, and we can see the similarities and differences of national violence by comparing Korea's '4.19' with China's 'Cultural Revolution' After comparing people, background, dynamics of the space where they are located, we can raise awareness of the historical and social problems of both countries. It is possible to study subjects' memories of space, change of local meaning, the formation of urban space or individual space in the text in the specific space where national violence occurs. In this way, the method of learning Korean integrated education through Brothers of the Chinese translation novels makes an opportunity to look at national violence in the Korean-Chinese space of the 1960s and 1970s. It has a subjective perspective from subordination to the nationality of the modern nation-state. This is an educational effect that can be obtained through reading a Chinese translation novel as a Korean language integrated education.
