In wireless sensor network, to provide the proper responses quickly for diverse events, wireless sensor nodes have to cooperate with each other. For successful cooperation, the time synchronization among sensor nodes is an important requirement for application execution. In the wireless sensor network, the message packets including time information are used for the time synchronization. However, the transmission of many message packets will exhaust the battery of wireless sensor nodes. Since wireless sensor nodes works on the limited battery capacity, the excessive transmission of message packets has an negative impact upon their lifetime. In this paper, the Reference Interpolation Protocol (RIP) is proposed to reduce the number of message packets for the time synchronization. The proposed method performs the time interpolation between the reference packet's time and the global time of the base station. The proposed method completes the synchronization operation with only 2 message packets when compared to the previous Reference Broadcast Synchronization (RBS) technique. Due to the simple synchronization procedure, our method greatly reduces the number of synchronization messages and showed the 12.7 times less power consumption than the RBS method. From the decrease in the transmission of message packets, the convergence time among wireless sensor nodes is shortened and the lifetime of wireless sensor nodes is also prolonged as much as the amount of saved battery energy.

The Internet-based multimedia services such as IPTV is being expanded with the development of technology to support the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunications technology for the control seems to be growing larger. Especially for the real-time TV broadcast multicast control technology to support the authentication and resource control, in addition to the technology services that enhance the value of technology for a variety of services in both directions seems to be developed. And, Internet-based transmission system transmit the video content for the video content delivery using RTP(Real Time Transport Protocol). Standardization body, IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) within the RTP, according to a variety of audio and video formats only transmission format(RTP Payload Format) Establish a separate standard and scalable video content "RTP Payload Format for SVC(Switched Virtual Connection) Video" the standardization is currently processing. In this paper we are improving the quality of broadcasting and telecommunication systems, so that the upper layer by the application can react adaptively to the existing MPEG2-TS and RTP who are provided by a variety of content applied to a variety of devices consumers ETE(End- to-End) QoS(Quality of Service) for enhance the system who was designed and implemented.

The underlay protocol is a cognitive radio method in which secondary or cognitive users use the same frequency without affecting the quality of service (QoS) for the primary users. In addition, because of the broadcast characteristics of the wireless environment, some nodes, which are called eavesdropper nodes, want to illegally receive information that is intended for other communication links. Hence, Physical Layer Security is applied considering the achievable secrecy rate (ASR) to prevent this from happening. In this paper, a performance analysis of the amplify-and-forward scheme under an interference constraint and Physical Layer Security is investigated in the cooperative communication mode. In this model, the relays use an amplify-and- forward method to help transmit signals from a source to a destination. The best relay is chosen using an opportunistic relay selection method, which is based on the end-to-end ASR. The system performance is evaluated in terms of the outage probability of the ASR. The lower and upper bounds of this probability, based on the global statistical channel state information (CSI), are derived in closed form. Our simulation results show that the system performance improves when the distances from the relays to the eavesdropper are larger than the distances from the relays to the destination, and the cognitive network is far enough from the primary user.
The contemporary age is a period of PR for the self. Regardless of how good the quality of goods or services offered is, if it is not made known to the buyers, a sell is impossible. As a result, the contemporary man is flooded with advertisements and is living in a time of over-saturated information. This is not much different in the medical services sector, as it too is experiencing an overflow of information due to the expansion of advertisement approaches to include not only the previous positive-method, but also the negative-method. In tandem, recent advancements in electronics and information technology has made possible a rapid increase in then number of internet advertisements. However, outmoded medical law, which was created to regulate newspapers and billboards, is still being applied to regulate today's modem medical advertisements. At the same time, collateral ordinances such as "corrective statutes for signs and advertisements" are not sufficient in providing the necessary regulatory countermeasures. In the midst of all this, as IPTV is scheduled to be broadcast nationwide starting next year, and with the market for search advertisements and internet advertisements annually growing at a rapid pace, it has become evermore urgent to come up with an adequate regulatory measure. Consequently, it is necessary to look into the possibility of restricting the medium and content of internet medical advertisements as well as realistic schemes for its realization. In particular, regulatory measures that take into consideration the special characteristics of internet advertisements should be found, and the necessity of an prior deliberation procedure and the likelihood of introducing a certification system should be examined.

SDN (Software Defined Network) technology, hardware and network control functions should be separated independently of existing switches or routers and data transfer functions and are also refers to a separate network architecture that can develop and run. When planning a network and designed to reflect the network control function by applying the SDN may reflect the resources efficiently. In this study, one people suggest Applications SDN, which offer an absolutely necessary part of a coded program that combines the benefits of the existing IOS (Combined Benefits) applying the model to complete the Controller part through the MPLS IOS. The OpenFlow Controller is a command to the router LER(Label Edge Router), and transmits the packet in accordance with the command to the destination according to the EXP bit. To configure TCP / IP to the IOS through the optimized coding. Using the OpenFlow protocol controller transmits an encapsulation header as defined in the MPLS packet.

It has able to be possible that expression and store visual image from analog to digital without picture quality damaged via improvement of video compression technology. And also, It is possible to broadcasting digital image via transmission of digital image on MPEG-2 standardization. for this reason, the broadcasting business owners have converted broadcasting service from analog to digital. But, local SO(System Operator) has a difficult point which secure HD(High Definition) broadcasting program. In this paper, we designed and implemented Scheduling System for MPEG-2 Digital broadcasting which gather HD broadcasting program from major broadcasting business owners(as like MBC, KBS, SBS, etc) and broadcast them.

In this paper, we propose a inband/outband broadcast method for hidden incumbent system detection of medium access control layer for wireless regional area network systems using cognitive radio technology. Through some extra channels that are not currently used, a short message is broadcasted. The message allows CPE detecting an appearance of incumbent system to send sensing report to CR BS. For the hidden incumbent system report message, the BS needs a process or method for allocation of upstream resource to CPEs. And transmitting multiple out-band signals has a possibility to collide with out-band signals of other co-located WRAN BSs. To avoid out-band signal collision, BSs randomly select it out-band signal broadcasting time within the pre-defined explicit out-band signaling, period. And fractional Bandwidth Usage allows WRAN BSs to efficiently use bandwidth.

360 Virtual Reality(VR) service is getting attention in the domestic streaming market as 5G era is upcoming. However, existing IPTV-based 360 VR video services use upto 4K 360 VR video which is not enough to satisfy customers. It is generally required that over 8K resolution is necessary to meet users' satisfaction level. The bit rate of 8K resolution video exceeds the bandwidth of single QAM channel(38.817mbps), which means that it is impossible to provide 8K resolution video via the IPTV broadcast network environment. Therefore, we suggest and implement the edge streaming system for low-latency streaming to the display devices in the local network. We conducted experiments and confirmed that 360 VR streaming with a viewport switching delay less than 500ms can be achieved while using less than 100mbps of the network bandwidth.

The H.264/AVC is increasingly used in broadcast video applications such as Internet Protocol television (IPTV), digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB) because of high compression performance. But the H.264/AVC coded video can be delivered to the widespread end-user equipment for MPEG-2 after transcoding between this video standards. This paper suggests a new transcoding algorithm for H.264/AVC to MPEG-2 transcoder that uses motion vector clustering in order to reduce the complexity without loss of video quality. The proposed method is exploiting the motion information gathered during h.264 decoding stage. To reduce the search space for the MPEG-2 motion estimation, the predictive motion vector is selected with a least distortion of the candidated motion vectors. These candidate motion vectors are considering the correlation of direction and distance of motion vectors of variable blocks in H.264/AVC. And then the best predictive motion vector is refined with full-search in ${\pm}2$ pixel search area. Compared with a cascaded decoder-encoder, the proposed transcoder achieves computational complexity savings up to 64% with a similar PSNR at the constant bitrate(CBR).

Network coding has recently emerged as an effective solution for multicast and broadcast communications in wireless ad hoc networks. In this paper, we propose a throughput performance model for IEEE 802.11 wireless networks with network coding. Specifically, we consider IEEE 802.11 DCF protocol and linear topology in which traffic sources are located at both ends and intermediate nodes act as relays performing network coding. The proposed analytic model has the form of nonlinear equations in terms of throughput of each node. The solution of the nonliear equations thus correspond to the end-to-end throughput. Extensive simulation experiments have been performed to validate accuracy of the proposed model. Numerical results show that the results of the proposed analytic model agree fairly well with the corresponding simulation results.
