방송관리시스템은 이미 가동되고 있는 '개방형 글로벌 IPTV 방송 센터'에서 접속자들에게 방송 신호를 순조로이 배송하는 일을 담당하는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문은 방송관리시스템을 원격으로 접속할 수 있는 웹 시스템의 요구사항을 작성하여 운영자가 센터에 상주하지 않아도 인터넷을 통하여 언제 어디서나 방송을 관리할 수 있는 환경을 제공하기위한 기반을 마련한다.

Cloud computing has rapidly become a new infrastructure for organizations to reduce their capital cost in IT investment and to develop planetary-scale distributed applications. One of the fundamental challenges in geographically distributed clouds is to provide efficient algorithms for supporting inter-cloud data management and dissemination. In this paper, we propose a geographic group quorum system (GGQS)-based hybrid algorithm for improving the interoperability of inter-cloud in time-critical event dissemination service, such as computing policy updating, message sharing, event notification and so forth. The proposed algorithm first organizes these distributed clouds into a geographic group quorum overlay to support a constant event dissemination latency. Then it uses a hybrid protocol that combines geographic group-based broad-cast with quorum-based multicast. Our numerical results show that the GGQS-based hybrid algorithm improves the efficiency as compared with Chord-based, Plume an GQS-based algorithms.

ln this study, the questionnaire survey was performed to obtain the basic data on current situations and challengeable aspects of vermicomposting industries. The questionnaire contained the four main categories such as vermicomposting facilities, feeling marerials, earthworm breeding and cast handling. The results was summarized as followings: 1. Vermicomposting facilities area was becoming larger, and earthworm feed was also expending to various organic sludges. These trends showed that Vermicomposting is being enlightened to treat and recycle the organic wastes in Korea. 2. Present Vermicomposting technology needs the broad land. Because of the high cost of land in Korea, the land saving technology such as multistage must be needed. And present operation practices are mostly based on human power, mechanization and automation is needed. Also, present control practices are based on individual experience need the scientific base control system. 3. Considering situations of organic wastes management in Korea, the technical development and the practical improvement of Vermicomposting as the waste recycling will be needed.
