현장타설말뚝에 의한 교량기초의 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of Bridge Foundation by Cast in Place Pile)

  • The spot where bottom foundation of a marine bridge is constructed is deep in depth of water and a bedrock, bearing stratum, is very deeply distributed. So, I analyzed material of soil profile and then evaluate bearing capacity and safety of settlement when a stake of site construction is designed using a projection cast in place concrete pile and a sacrifice steel cast in place pile. Also, I analyzed and researched pratical affairs like a slime processing and plumbing maintenance in supervision of execution.

  • The Yang Pyeong bridge is high the occurred possibility of temperature crack by means of hydration Heat when the foundation of is constructed. Therefore, a pipe-cooling method was applied for reducing the temperature crack. Using the measured temperature curve when construction was carried out, the measured value and different facts were analyzed. In this paper, cause and analysis with respect to a mentioned above is to discuss firstly, and thermal characteristics of concrete and construction method hereafter is also discussed.

Study on safety early-warning model of bridge underwater pile foundations

  • The health condition of of deep water high pile foundation is vital to the safe operation of bridges. However, pier foundations are vulnerable to damage in deep water due to exposure to sea torrents and corrosive environments over an extended period. In this paper, combined with aninvestigation and analysis of the typical damage characteristics of main pier group pile foundations, we study the safety monitoring and real-time early warning technology of the deep water high pile foundations, we propose an early warning index item and early warning threshold of deep water high pile foundation by utilizing a numerical simulation analysis and referring to domestic and foreign standards and literature. First, we combine the characteristics of structures and draw on more mature evaluation theories and experience in civil engineering-related fields such as dam and bridge engineering. Then, we establish a scheme consisting of a Early Warning Index Systemand evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process and constant weight evaluation method and apply the research results to a project based on the Jiashao bridge in Zhejiang province, China. Finally, we verify the rationality and reliability of the Early Warning Index Systemof the Deep Water High Pile Foundations.

한국연구재단과 한국환경산업기술원 간 Eco-Bridge 구축방안에 관한 연구 - 우수 연구성과 연계 활용으로 부처간 벽 허물기 - (The Cornerstone Project: Establishing the Interministerial Collaborative R&D Support Framework between NRF and KEITI, Korea)

  • 국가연구개발 투자가 선진국 수준으로 증가함에 따라 투자 대비 성과 제고를 위해, 부처별 역할과 기능에 따라 상이한 소속부처(연구개발지원기관)간 협업의 필요성이 점차 부각되고 있다. 올해 출범한 신정부에서도 부처간 칸막이를 제거하고, 협업을 통한 국가연구개발사업 투자의 효율성 극대화를 정책목표로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 한국연구재단과 한국환경산업기술원 간 우수한 연구성과의 선순환적 활용을 위한 협력사업 추진과 Eco-Bridge 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 양 기관은 2012년 환경융합분야 관련 연구개발사업의 성과제고를 골자로 하는 양해각서(MOU)를 체결하였다. 이후 미래창조과학부와 환경부 간 기초연구성과의 실용화를 위해 한국연구재단 지원으로 기 수행된 기초연구과제를 대상으로 한국환경산업기술원에서 응용연구과제를 공모하는 방식의 협력체제를 국내 최초로 구축하고 환경부 공모 '2013년 환경융합신기술개발사업'으로 향후 3년 동안 약 20억원을 지원하게 된다. 또한 부처간 상설 협의기구인 '환경융합 Bridge 협의회' 설립 및 기초 R&D분야 연구자와 산업체 수요자를 상호 연계하는 Matching Program을 추진할 계획이다. 이와 같은 양 기관 협력체제는 기초 R&D가 시장 예측 및 수요를 기반으로 하는 R&BD의 형태로 발전하는 새로운 모델을 제시하고 나아가 부처별 연구지원 특성을 반영한 범부처 협력체계의 구축으로 국가연구개발사업의 효율성을 제고할 것으로 기대된다.

Structural health monitoring data reconstruction of a concrete cable-stayed bridge based on wavelet multi-resolution analysis and support vector machine

  • The accuracy and integrity of stress data acquired by bridge heath monitoring system is of significant importance for bridge safety assessment. However, the missing and abnormal data are inevitably existed in a realistic monitoring system. This paper presents a data reconstruction approach for bridge heath monitoring based on the wavelet multi-resolution analysis and support vector machine (SVM). The proposed method has been applied for data imputation based on the recorded data by the structural health monitoring (SHM) system instrumented on a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge. The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed wavelet-based SVM prediction method is examined by comparing with the traditional autoregression moving average (ARMA) method and SVM prediction method without wavelet multi-resolution analysis in accordance with the prediction errors. The data reconstruction analysis based on 5-day and 1-day continuous stress history data with obvious preternatural signals is performed to examine the effect of sample size on the accuracy of data reconstruction. The results indicate that the proposed data reconstruction approach based on wavelet multi-resolution analysis and SVM is an effective tool for missing data imputation or preternatural signal replacement, which can serve as a solid foundation for the purpose of accurately evaluating the safety of bridge structures.

부산~거제간 연결도로 해상교량기초 그라우팅 시공사례 연구 (Application of Grouting of the Sea-Crossing Bridge Foundation in Busan-Geoje Fixed Link)

  • It was applied the grouting method to fill densely the space between the bottom of the caisson and the ground with the grout mixture mixed with anti-washout admixture after locating accurately the precast caisson on three concrete landing pads but it is far different from a costly conventional method, which place concrete to build the foundation of reinforcement concrete on the spot after excavating inside of the temporary coffering wall for the bridge foundation in the sea. To verify the grouting method in advance, the full-scale trial test was performed twice on the land. After confirming the fluidity of material for the injection and some possible problems during construction and then enhancing the original design, the main process is ongoing and it has been finished 12 spots until now. The purpose of this study is to introduces for the first time in Korea the grouting method including the automatic and the manual monitoring process applied to, based on the main process of the caisson foundation finished already in the site. In a similar construction it is sincerely expected to be referred to in the future.

측량 데이터를 이용한 현수교의 형상오차 원인 추정 (Estimation of Geometric Error Sources of Suspension Bridge using Survey Data)

  • 본 연구에서는 공용 중인 현수교에서 측량된 데이터를 이용하여 현수교의 형상오차 원인을 추정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 주케이블의 여러 점에서 측량된 데이터와 설계시의 형상과의 차이를 형상오차로 정의하고, 현수교의 형상오차 원인으로 보강형 자중의 변동과 지반의 크리프로 인한 앵커리지 기초의 변형으로 가정하였다. 보강형 자중의 변동 및 앵커리지 기초의 변형에 대한 현수교 구조계의 영향행렬을 이용하여 주케이블의 형상오차를 유발한 자중의 변동량 및 기초의 변형량을 추정하였다. 공용 중인 광안대교를 대상으로 본 기법의 타당성을 검토한 후 실제 측량 데이터를 이용하여 동 교량의 형상오차 원인 분석에 적용하였다.
