The special organization that our military service is conscripted by the duty of national defense purposes to the period of military service. So couple of soldiers are think as the corresponds to college, or some knowledge layer from the operating management discarding period, lifetime value. But, now a day changed of the military life, it is when the individual soldiers can have some self-development and the lifelong education in terms of a period, and can changeing the footsteps of the new life that the function as a 'bridge' to activate production of barracks life. So that it can be supported themselves need to strive for human resource development. This study is being discussed on the correlation of military human resources and qualified operating and sustainable and promising future eligibility for qualified by taking advantage of the Boston Consulting Group Matrix(Boston Consulting Group Matrix).

In this paper, we propose recurrent CNN(Convolutional Neural Networks) for detecting seizures among patients using EEG signals. In the proposed method, data were mapped by image to preserve the spectral characteristics of the EEG signal and the position of the electrode. After the spectral preprocessing, we input it into CNN and extracted the spatial and temporal features without wavelet transform. Results from the Children's Hospital of Boston Massachusetts Institute of Technology (CHB-MIT) dataset showed a sensitivity of 90% and a false positive rate (FPR) of 0.85 per hour.

This study was carried out to investigate the changes of pH, drip loss, total plate counts(TPC) and 5. coli for exportation pork during storage at 0$\pm$1$\^{C}$ far 554days. 25 pigs were slaughtered at commercial slaughtering house and 6 portions such as loin, tenderloin, boston butt, knuckle, inner ham and outer ham were separated for each carcass after 24hrs and then storage at 0$\pm$1$\^{C}$ after vacuum packaged. pH were significantly decreased as the storage time increased for all portions. Drip loss of Boston butt was significantly lower than that of the other portions(p<0.05), whereas inner ham had the highest drip loss(p<0.05). TPC and 5. coli were significantly higher than that of the other treatments in Tenderloin and Boston butt(P<0.05).

An expression for the average carry propagation delay in a ripple carry adder is obtained which is exact up to terms of the order 0(n$\^$-1/ln n). The case of several adders working in parallel is also considered.

Intracranial vascular malformations typically encountered by pediatric neurosurgeons include arteriovenous malformations, vein of Galen malformations and cavernous malformations. While these remain amongst some of the most challenging lesions faced by patients and caregivers, the past decade has produced marked advances in the understanding of the pathophysiology of these conditions, with concomitant innovations in treatment. This article will highlight present and future perspectives relevant to these diseases, with a focus on an emerging approach utilizing disease-specific mutations to develop a novel taxonomy for these conditions.

We introduce a new architecture of TSK-based fuzzy inference system. The proposed model used fuzzy c-means clustering method(FCM) for efficient disposal of data. The premise part of fuzzy rules don't assume any membership function such as triangular, gaussian, ellipsoidal because we construct the premise part of fuzzy rules using FCM. As a result, we can reduce to architecture of model. In this paper, we are able to use four types of polynomials as consequence part of fuzzy rules such as simplified, linear, quadratic, modified quadratic. Weighed Least Square Estimator are used to estimates the coefficients of polynomial. The proposed model is evaluated with the use of Boston housing data called Machine Learning dataset.

Purpose: Rigid gas permeable (RGP) contact lenses, based on fluorosilicone acrylate, were treated with plasma in air. Methods: The chemical compositions were analyzed by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), the surface morphology and roughness of RGP contact lenses were observed by using atomic force microscopy (AFM), and the wettability changes were estimated by wetting angle measurement. Results: As the contact lenses were treated by the plasma, the F contents decreased significantly, and the O and Si contents increased on the surface. The number of oxygen-containing hydrophilic radicals (C-O and Si-O) increased greatly, the hydrophobic surface decreased, and the wetting angle increased. But the C-O bonds created with exchange of the fluorine did not increase a wettability. The surface compositions were not remarkably changed for the 6 months after plasma treatment, but the wetting angle increased again. Conclusions: It was considered that the improved wettability of the RGP contact lenses of high fluorine content after plasma treatment was affected by the activation of surface, the increase of Si-O, and the decrease of hydrophobic surface.
