WCO TRS는 국경통관절차의 효율성을 평가하는 방법이며 간단히 무역원활화를 개선하는 관점에서 무역원활화 활동을 측정하는 도구이다. 이와 같은 TRS는 국경통과절차상의 문제점을 확인하고 확인된 문제점에 대한 개선책을 마련하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있으며 무역원활화 개선 수준을 확인시켜 주며 다른 국가와의 비교 자료로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 더 나아가 개선된 무역원활화를 통해 무역업계의 경쟁력 강화에도 기여하게 될 것이다. 이 같은 유용성을 가지고 있는 TRS를 보다 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서 한국 관세행정당국은 현재까지 추진해오고 있는 CLIS를 통한 물품반출소요시간 측정을 지속적으로 해 나가야 할 뿐만 아니라 수입에만 치중되어 있는 반출소요시간 연구를 수출 TRS까지 확대해 나가서 전체 수출입 물품 반출시간의 효율화에 힘써야 할 것이다. 또한 중국, 일본, 미국과 같은 주요 교역상대국과 공동 TRS를 추진하여 자국내 뿐만 아니라 전체 국제무역공급망의 간소화, 표준화, 조화가 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 할 것이며 아울러 한국 관세청의 최첨단 물품반출소요시간 간소화 경험을 후진국에 전수하여 전체 국제물류공급망의 원활화에 기여할 뿐만 아니라 후진국의 수출입절차상의 역량강화(Capacity Building)에 기여함으로 국제적 위상제고에도 기여할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

The objective of this study is to understand bodily extension and identity in contemporary fashion art through the analysis of 'the fashion acting on the body' among the fashion theory excluding body and the conspicuous works on the opening and covering images as a fashion art as a body-space'. This study also investigated identity problems where there are poles apart in opening and closure their bodies and body-space in which its clothing types were distorted by being de-bodilization out of the traditional and ideological expression method in contemporary fashion art from a opening and closure point of view. Image of opening and closure among body-space in fashion art can be classified into opposing structure of opening and closure. Destroying the boundary between bodily opening and closure for a primary function of clothing and dismantling the role and boundary between body and clothing, opening body-space in appearance as a reemergence of body image or the border between inner and outer are being ambiguous because of transparent material. Being representative work of this study opening body-space was expressed as an opening space image using transparency. On the contrary, closure body-space was isolated from external environment and confined in the certain space, which could limit or restraint body- action. Excluding boundary of body and clothing on the whole or in part, boundary of work becomes body-space. However, these were appeared to be a work inducing unlimited curiosity and meaning from the audience. The interpretation of artistic and body-space in fashion art are indicating the role and function of the fashion art exceeding the suggestible dimensions in the every day life of fashion. The body-space of fashion art showing similar aspect of body art today could be understood that it is substituted into an metaphorical, critical space by seeing it as a symbol system connected with social space. Therefore, contemporary fashion art should be interpreted as an equivocal space looking at the body-space with open mind.

The primary concerns of this thesis simply stems from the curiosity of how the playwright Kim Jihoon lookouts a peculiar change of our spiritual, physical world. His lately work, , deals with a tribe of mixed blood who are either not shared by, or excluded from a national system, putting the writer's emphasis on some hints that informs us his outlook on the world. And these hints summon the following doubts. What is the significance of constituting a national community in this age, particularly in the time when the end of national people is frequently being referred? In strengthening national compositions, can the national identity be a pivotal element and central mechanism? Can the identity be able to exercise the hegemonic functions containing the political rights of decisions? Does the identity still dominate the various collective bodies such as genders, races, regions, professions, generations and classes etc? Finally, as the manifests, can the national identity be a desirable alternative that may cease both confusions and disorders evoked by the collision of heterogeneity? To find the answer, the study starts from a search for the origin of the complexities immanent in the mixed blood. The terror syndrome and the ambiguous identity, both residing outside the border of normality, will characterise the origin. Then I will focus both on the tribe's desperation itself and their present hope, in order. A myth of creating a country, making history and nationalism, all these are converged in their resistant ideology. This thesis ends with no clear conclusion, and yet suggesting the three presumptions the text insinuates: nomadism, a new barbarism, and the heterogeneity that awaits for our re-reading, and hoping that the three will lead the 'being-to-come' of the tribe, as an alternative of their future.

본 연구에서는 재조사사업이 완료된 세종시 사업지구의 민원 발생 사례를 중심으로 경계 결정방법과 조정금의 전반적인 실태를 분석·평가한 후 지적재조사 조정금 개선방안을 연구하였다. 지적재조사 사업의 조정금 개선방안은 크게 경계조정과 면적허용범위에 따른 개선방안과 제도적인 개선으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 세종시의 경계조정 현황을 분석한 결과 지적재조사 경계조정은 여러 방법으로 경계를 조정하고 있었으며, 이 중에서도 조정이 간단하고 필지를 정형화하는 방법과 도로를 신설하여 맹지 해소를 중심으로 조정이 많이 되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같이 경계설정 시 현실경계나 합의경계보다는 소유자와 충분한 협의와 토지소유자의 개인적인 의사를 최대한 반영한 조정경계를 적극적으로 권장하여 효율적이고 합리적인 조정경계를 설정하는 것이 조정금에 관한 분쟁을 최소화할 것으로 판단되었다. 면적허용범위에 따른 개선방안으로는 지적재조사의 결과를 수치데이터로 정확하게 기록 보전하고, 조정금 산정시 공간정보관리법의 면적허용범위 규정 이내일 경우 조정금을 완화 또는 면제해주는 방안의 검토가 필요하다. 마지막으로 조정금과 관련하여 지적재조사 특별법에 토지 소유자에게 본인의 토지를 대상으로 저금리 장기 대출하는 방안을 마련해주어야 하며, 제삼자가 공정하고 객관적으로 가치판단에 의해 산정한 감정평가를 통한 조정금 산정이 필요할 것으로 판단되었다.

사회가 디지털화되어갈수록 시뮬라시옹의 세계는 확산한다. 시뮬라시옹의 세계는 강제되는 세계이며, 인간이 만들어 가는 세계이며, 인간이 살아가는 세계이다. 인간을 지배하는 세계는 지배 권력이며 강제하는 힘들을 발휘하는 지배 담론이다. 인간은 그 강제된 힘들에 지배받는 이 권력적 지배 현상에서 벗어나고자 스스로에게 폭력을 행사한다. 신디 셔먼(Cindy Sherman)은 시뮬라시옹의 세계 속에 인간, 욕망하는 인간, 폭력에 희생당한 인간, 스스로에게 폭력을 가하는 신체적 인간을 표현하는 작가로 주목받고 있다. 세계가 가하는, 권력이 가하는 폭력 위에서 신디 셔먼은 우리에게 질문을 던진다. 진짜와 가짜의 경계 속에서 당신은, 현재는 무엇인가라고. 그 방식은 작품 속에 등장하는 가면과 분장이라는 덧씌워진 현상, 포장 속에 드러나는 욕망과 폭력 받는 현실이라는 상징을 통해서이다. 유기적 기관들로 분리된 시선으로는 세계를 인식 불가능하고 살로서, 신체로서 세계를 만날 때 세계는, 존재는 감각되어지는 어떤 것이 된다. 그 세계는 시뮬라크르한 세계이며 동시에 폭력이 내재된 강제되는 세계이다. 그 폭력을 피하기 위해서 신디 셔먼은 자신을 폭력에 스스로 희생함으로서 거대한 폭력을 순화하거나 피하고자 하는 것이다. 더 이상 다른 이의 고통은, 꽃의 탄생과 죽음은, 타자의 것들이 아니라 나의 것이라고 우리들 앞에 던져 놓고 있다.

방사능 오염도 측정에 사용하기 위한 이중구조 고분자막이 폴리설폰과 세륨활성화된 이트륨실리케이트(CAYS)를 이용하여 제조되었다. 제조된 막은 순수 고밀도 고분자 지지층과 이에 제막된 고분자 용액의 상전환 공정에 의해 고형화된 CAYS 함침 활성층의 이중구조로 구성된다. 제막공정에서 대기방치 공정이 생략되었을 때 CAYS를 포함하는 활성층은 전형적인 비대칭 구조를 지니며, CAYS 입자들이 고분자 구조 사이에 박혀있는 형상을 지닌다. 제막공정에서 대기에 방치하는 시간이 증가할수록 막의 형상은 스폰지 구조를 띠며 CAYS는 고분자 구조로부터 분리되어 막 내부에 셀 같은 공간에 밀집되어 존재함을 보였다. 한편, 두 충 사의 계면형상은 고분자 고형화 과정에서의 상전환 속도와 밀접한 관련되었으며, 대기방치 시간의 증가에 따라 계면의 구분이 뚜렷하게 나타나지 않았다. 방사능 탐지 특성에서 스폰지 구조를 지니는 막의 고분자 구조는 방사성핵종이 통과할 수 없는 밀집된 형상을 지니면서 탐지효율의 감소를 초래하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is, to renew understanding the aesthetic value of a ruff collar and to expand the border of creation in designing as the source of inspiration being applied to an retro style by inquiring various ruff collars re-illuminated in the present-day fashion trend. The ruff collar investigated through the above historical contemplation became the source of inspirations in the current retro trend and was variously modified in modern fashion. In the 1980s, we can find a dignified and feminine image in graceful and exquisite suits or dresses. Especially, the spanish round ruff of the 2st period appeared on works by a lot of designers. From the application by designers like John Galliano in the latter half of the 80s, we can be well aware that the meaning of decoration was newly altered. In the 1990s, the ruff collar was shown in various fashion style, but it was what was reborn as a factor of modern fashion through a liberal compromise and harmony. Various style was shown from exaggeratedly swelling one to smaller one, which were more diversely applied than that of the 80s. A Medici collar and a Queen Elizabeth collar were also displayed being fitted to a modern sense by Vivienne Westwood and Louis F raud. A ruff in the 2000s was settled as a factor of modern fashion, exposing on works of designers more often than in the 1980s and 90s. The spanish round ruff appeared on garments, while a Medici collar and a Queen Elizabeth collar went out of sight. A new form of the ruff was regenerated by extreme magnification and simplification, and several designers like Issey Miyake and Alexander Mcqueen brought forward a new way in materials and technical skills. According to this research, a ruff collar developed as a fashion factor which characterizes a certain period of time, reflecting the aesthetical sense of Renaissance and turning into various and distinct forms. Afterwards, it exerted influence on modern fashion. This is offering the source of inspiration to contemporary designers.

Contemporary architecture has a tendency to concretely approach based on the concept of Deuleuze's 'fold' diversity problems creating continuously potential diversities within Post-structural paradigm. Contemporary architecture relates to human life through its relation with human being. The research investigates through case study the possible relation of the concept of Deulezue's 'fold', one of his concepts of 'unfolding' based on Monadology, with logic of creation that constructs a space in contemporary architectural space. Eight contemporary architectural spaces since 1990 with architectural embodiment of Deulezue's 'fold' concept have been selected as cases. Based on the fact that the potential possibility of a space can be embodied by the thinking of 'fold', the research draws four physical activities such as 'properties connection', 'beyond border', 'diversity of circulation' and 'potential opportunity', through which it studies on the principle of actualization of space creation. Consideration of metaphysical theory as a pre-modern and outdated one may lose a huge potentiality. Leibniz's metaphysics can be rediscovered as a model that provides diverse potentiality. The concept of 'fold' in Monadology needs be reconsidered because it possibly suggests a methodology that embodies through the actualization of space the meanings underlain in contemporary architectural space.

The paper aims to explore the factors affecting potential users of international bank cards in Vietnam. With milestones treaties being signed CPTPP and EVFTA, Vietnam is now exposing itself to the international open environment. Bank card market is at the core of this wind of change, and that is the reason for us to research the intention to use international bank cards. Given that the decision to choose international bank cards could either be the switch from domestic cards or adopting a brand new card, we develop some specific constructs to reflect that consideration, specifically PE and PD, asides from traditional constructs used in TPB and TAM frameworks. The analysis work is conducted using PLS-SEM approach. Our findings reveals that most of our proposed hypotheses are supported, in which SN plays the most important direct role to INT, while total effect of PU on INT is similar to that of SN. The newly introduced PD negatively and significantly impacts INT, and PE also has a positive impact on INT. The findings suggest that overall, it is important for bank card issuers to have a balance approach to the market, with focus on increasing usefulness and reducing potential disadvantages of international bank cards.

Purpose - Given the increasing interest in the Eurasian Initiative, government-wide studies for the construction of the Silk Road Express are currently being conducted. However, the Korean Government has no experience in operating international freight railroads and has not encountered problems in train service plans, international conventions, and customs clearance, which will arise when TKR is connected to TSR, TCR, and TMGR. Research design, data and methodology - Given these conditions, the cases of direct services in international freight railroads between China and Europe are investigated to identify the possible problems in the connection between TKR and continental railroads. This study also identifies the plans for activating Eurasian railroad logistics. Results - For the service of international freight trains, Korea needs to join international conventions, such as OJSD, as a regular member. Furthermore, any relevant international conference after the conclusion of such an agreement is needed for the agreement on train service schedules, fees, and procedures for passing border stations. Conclusions - Customs clearance and relevant documents must be standardized to address the differences in clearance systems between nations.
