임시수복 재료와 본딩제의 화학적 호환성이 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향 (Chemical compatibility of interim material and bonding agent on shear bond strength)

  • 목적: 중합방식과 화학적 조성이 다른 본딩제들이 자가중합형 비스아크릴 임시수복 재료의 결합에 미치는 영향을 알아 보고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 원반 형태의 비스아크릴 임시수복 재료 시편 40개를 준비한 후 본딩제의 중합특성에 따라 대조군을 포함 4개의 군으로 나누었다. 본딩제 도포 후 직경 4 mm의 원형 구멍을 가진 4 mm 두께의 테플론 몰드를 이용하여 동일한 비스아크릴 임시수복 재료을 첨상하였다. 전단결합강도시험을 시행하였으며 파절면을 현미경으로 관찰하였다. 일원배치 분산분석과 Tukey 사후분석을 사용하여 유의수준 0.05로 검증하였다. 결과: 화학중합형 본딩제를 사용한 군에서 통계적으로 유의한 가장 높은 전단결합강도를 보였으며($27.36{\pm}4.30 MPa$, P < 0.05) 모든 시편에서 비스아크릴 임시수복 재료 내에서 파절이 일어나는 응집성 파절 양상을 보였다(100%). 실험군중 가장 낮은 값은 광중합형 본딩제를 사용한 군에서 기록되었으며($13.29{\pm}2.56 MPa$) 이는 대조군과 거의 유사한 값을 보였다. 동일한 광중합 방식 이지만 화학중합 레진과의 호환성을 높인 본딩제를 사용한 군에서는 광중합형 본딩제를 사용한 군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 값을 보였다(P = 0.043). 결론: 본딩제의 종류가 수리된 비스아크릴 임시수복 재료의 전단결합 강도에 영향을 주며, 비스아크릴 임시수복 재료의 수리 시 적절한 본딩제 선택이 중요하다.

알루미늄/CFRP 복합재의 접착강도 향상을 위한 경화방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Curing Method to Improve Bonding Strength of Aluminum/CFRP Composites)

  • This study investigates the effect of curing method on the bonding strength of aluminum/CFRP composites. The surface of aluminum panel was treated by DC plasma. Lap shear tests and T-peel tests were performed based on the procedure of ASTM 906-94a and ASTMD1876-95, respectively. Test samples were fabricated by using the co-curing method and the secondary curing method. The results showed that the shear strength of test samples made by the co-curing method was 2.5 times greater than that of test samples made by the secondary curing method. The T-peel strength of the co-curing method case was almost 2 times greater than that of the secondary curing method case.

  • In reinforced concrete adhesion studies, the demolition of the specimen is inevitably involved, and the studies conducted are limited to the macro load-displacement analysis. In order to establish an elaborate model for concrete bonding reinforced rebars, it is necessary to observe the rebar bonding behavior in the in-situ state. In this study, specially manufactured reinforcing bars, micro-UTM and 𝝁-computer tomography (𝝁CT) are used to observe reinforcing bars in the in-situ state. As a result of the monotonic pullout test of the processed reinforcing bar, maximum bond stress were shown to be 16.7MPa, which is slightly higher than the existing 10 to 12 MPa, and then the empty space inside the specimen in which the pullout test was conducted using 𝝁CT was confirmed. Through additional research, the fracture phenomenon of concrete excluding voids will be studied.

자가부식형 상아질 접착제와 상아질과의 전단결합강도 비교 (Comparison of the shear bond strength of self-etching dentin bonding agents to dentin)

  • The purpose of this study was to ascertain the bonding durability of self-etching dentin bonding agents to dentin by means of shear bonding strength. Several acid-etching dentin bonding system (ESPE Z100) and self-etching dentin bonding systems (DEN-FIL, GRADIA DIRET) were used. The occlusion surface of human molars were ground flat to expose dentin and treated with the etch bonding system according to manufactures instruction and followed by composite resin application. After 24hours of storage at 37$^{\circ}C$, the shear bonding strength of the specimens was measured in a universal testing machine with a 1mm/min crosshead speed. An one-way analysis of variance and the scheffe test were performed to identify significant differences (p<0.05). The bonded interfacial surfaces and treated dentin surfaces were examined using a SEM. Through the analysis of shear bond strength data and micro-structures of dentin-resin interfaces, following results are obtained. In dentin group, the shear bond strength of DEN-FIL showed statistical superiority in comparison to the other groups and followed by ESPE Z100 and GRADIA DIRECT (p<0.05).

  • In this paper, we report a fluxless eutectic die bonding process which uses 80Au-20Sn eutectic alloy. The chip LEDs are picked and placed on silicon substrate wafers. The bonding process temperatures and force are $305\sim345^{\circ}C$ and 10$\sim$100gf, respectively. The bonding process was performed on graphite heater with nitrogen atmosphere. The quality of bonding are evaluated by shear test and thermal resistance. Results of fluxless eutectic die bonding show that shear strength is Max. 3.85kgf at 345$^{\circ}C$ /100gf and thermal resistance of junction to die bonding is Min. 3.09K/W at 325$^{\circ}C$/100gf.

An analysis of the Wi-Ni Carbide Alloy Diffusion Bonding technique in its application for DME Engine Fuel Pump

  • Dimethyl Ether(DME) engine use a highly efficient alternative fuel having a great quantity of oxygen and has a advantage no polluting PM gas. The existing DME fuel cam material is a highly expensive carbide alloy, and it is difficult to take a price advantage. Therefore the study of replacing body area with inexpensive steel material excluding piston shoe and contact area which demands high characteristics is needed. The development of WC-Ni base carbide alloy optimal bonding composition technique was accomplished in this study. To check out the influence of bonding temperature and time, bonding characteristics of sintering temperature was experimented. The hardness of specimen and bonding rate were measured using ultrasound equipment. The bonding state of each condition was excellent, and the thickness of mid-layer, temperature and maintaining time were measured. The mid-layer thickness according to bonding temperature and maintaining time were observed with optical microscope. We analyzed the micro-structural analysis, formation of bonding specimen, wafer fabrication and fuel cam abrasion test. Throughout this study, we confirmed that the fuel cam for DME engine which demands high durability against velocity and pressure is excellent.

비정질 PEEK 필름의 Self-Bonding에 따르는 결정화도 변화 (Crystallinity Measurements of Self-Bonded Amorphous PEEK Films)

  • 비정질 PEEK필름의 self-bonding공정시 조건 변화에 따르는 결정화도(crystallinlty)변화가 self-bonding강도에 미치는 영향을 고찰하기 위하여, 비정질 PEEK필름을 그 2차천이온도(Tg=143$^{\circ}C$)와 용융점(Tm=335$^{\circ}C$) 사이의 여러 온도에서 일정 압력 하에서 접합 시간을 달리하여 self-bonding시킨 후, 각 조건에서 개발된 self-bonding강도를 측정하고, 이에 따르는 결정화도 변화를 DSC를 이용하여 비교 분석하였다. 결정화도는 접합공정변수(시간과 온도)의 함수로서 증가하였고, 동일한 값의 결정화도를 보이는 시편들의 경우에도 접합공정의 조건에 따라 결과적인 self-bonding강도는 큰 차이가 있음을 보였다. 또한 접합후 시편을 상온으로 노냉시키는 동안에는 더 이상의 결정화 현상이 일어나지 않음이 DSC분석을 통하여 판명되었다.

  • The clad sheet material is produced by a roll-bonding process of one or more materials with different properties. Good formability of clad sheet material is an essential property in to deform a clad metal sheet into a part or component. Performance of the clad sheet material largely depends on interfacial bond strength between different materials. In this study, interfacial bond strength of STS/Al clad sheet was analyzed by varying experimental parameters using a blanking process. Experimental parameters are the punching speed, clearance, and stacking order of plate materials. In addition, blanking test results were compared with bond strengths measured by the T-peel test, that analyzes interface bonding strength of the standard clad sheet. The blanking process was analyzed by the finite element method under the sticking condition of interface of different materials, and experimental results and analysis results were compared.

  • There is a strong industrial demand for the development of light-weight vehicle to improve fuel efficiency and dynamic performance. The effective method of achieving the weight reduction is to use low-density materials such as aluminum and magnesium. In applying these materials to the vehicle, it is often required to join dissimilar materials such as aluminum and steel. However, conventional joining method, namely resistance spot welding cannot be used in joining dissimilar materials. Self·piercing rivet(SPR) and adhesive bonding is a good alternative to resistance spot welding. In this study, the impact test of double hat-shaped member made by resistance spot welding, SPR and adhesive bonding was performed. As a result, various parameters of crashworthiness were analyzed and evaluated. Also, the applicability of SPR and adhesive bonding as an alternative to resistance spot welding was suggested.

섬유보강 아스팔트 포장 부착 전단강도 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Bonding Shear Strength of Geogrid-Reinforced Asphalt Pavements)

  • 본 연구에서는 반사균열 및 러팅을 저감시키는 것으로 알려진 섬유보강 아스팔트 포장의 성능을 극대화하기 위한 방안을 찾기 위하여 3곳의 구간에서 현장 시험시공을 실시하였다. 섬유보강 아스팔트의 부착 전단강도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 시공 도중 발생 가능한 문제점을 정의하고 시험시공 시 이에 맞는 시공조건을 의도적으로 만들어 주었다. 시험시공 직후와 약 1년이 지난 후 시공 상태가 양호한 위치와 불량한 위치에서 각각 코어를 채취하고 부착 전단강도 실험을 수행하여 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 섬유보강 아스팔트의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 현장에서 지켜야 할 만한 규정을 제안하였다.
