미국 세포병리사가 되는 길은 최소 학사학위와 Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs에서 인증 받은 세포병리사 양성 교육 과정 이수가 필요하다. 이를 기본으로 American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification에서 주관하는 자격시험을 통과함으로써 세포병리사로 인정받는다. 현재 미국 세포병리사 양성 교육과정은 18개의 대학교와 병원에서 제공하며 그중 6개 대학교에서 석사 교육과정을 제공하는데 이는 병리의사의 부족과 의료체계의 발달에 따른 세포병리사 업무 영역 확장으로 기존의 프로그램을 석사학위 교육 수준으로 전환하는 추세다. 미국 세포병리사 전문성 향상을 위해 교육과정의 개선과 단일화, 자격 갱신제도, cytologist로의 명칭 전환 노력 등은 빠르게 변해가는 의료 체계에 발맞출 뿐 아니라 세포병리사의 역량 강화로 보인다. 본 연구는 미국 세포병리사 양성교육제도와 전문성 강화 노력을 보고함으로써 대학 교수와 해외 취업을 준비하는 학생들에게 정보를 제공하고 우리나라 세포병리사의 전문성 향상을 위한 연구에 도움을 줄 것이라 사료된다.

Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the education, certification system, and extent of duty of dental hygienist between Korea and five developed countries including United States, Canada, England, Australia, and Japan. Methods : Internet based access to five developed countries was made and the analysis was done for the definition of occupation, main duties, similar occupations, education policy, job descriptions, license certification system, standards of duty, Q & A management, current status of obtaining certification, and scope of work. Results : United States has a two-year associate degree(AS) and a four-year bachelor degree(BS). Canada has two to three years degree and a two-year course is accepted in england and Australia. In the meanwhile, Korea and Japan have two-year and four-year educational courses. The duty of dental hygienists includes the prevention education for dental health and continuing dental health care. Most of the dental hygienists in Korea and Japan play the assistant roles for the dental surgeons. United States has national board examinations including written examinations, practical examinations, and computer assisted examination. Written and practical examinations are also conducted in Korea. England and Australia have the recognized educational organizations for qualification. Conclusions : Problem based and problem solving skills are the most important in dental hygienist education in Korea. The training of highly competent dental hygienists must be done for the improvement of dental hygiene in Korea in the near future.

In order to occupy educational furniture market that grows by the day and to meet demands for alternative product for the current market, this study took business features and productivity of Sinil Furniture Co into consideration, and developed computer desk for education by group, which is new among educational furniture. The scope of the study ranges from data research based on design process into creation of prototype. By improving the condition where, despite that electrically-powered computer desk for anti-theft system is high priced, it sees frequent malfunction, the study suggested low-priced, non- electrically-powered anti-theft system which has more solid structure. Furthermore, in order for the user to be more free and comfortable while studying on it, it differentiates from other products by locating PC main body to the back of the monitor and lowering it below the altitude of monitor to prevent it from interfering with studies. We've made the higher board of the desk in a soft curved-shape in order to lessen the stress from studying. And as space for the monitor's lower mount was decreased, we've put the lower mount below the higher board; so that lacking space can be recovered while functioning as anti-theft system. Moreover, we've covered the PC main body with steel cover so that it would add color and formal luxuriousness to the appearance of the desk. Considering ease of mobility and productivity, knock-down system was introduced.

웹 기반 독서토론 학습은 웹이라는 가상의 공간에서 독서토론에 참여한 학습자간의 의견 교환을 통해 도서의 내용이해와 사고의 확장을 도모할 수 있는 교수 방법으로 토론의 장소를 웹이라는 새로운 공간에 적용한 수업형태이다. 웹 기반 토론 학습은 다른 사람의 의견을 존중하는 태도와 합리적인 사고와 의사표현 능력이 성패를 좌우할 수 있으므로 학습자들의 활발한 상호작용이 가능하도록 학습 환경을 제공해 주는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위키 프로그램을 적용하여 보다 나은 학습자간의 상호작용을 위한 웹 기반 독서토론시스템을 개발하고 유용성을 검증해 보았다. 이를 통해 기존의 댓글 방식의 수직적인 토론이 아닌 다차원적인 토론이 가능하게 될 것이다.

국내에서는 해양오염을 예방하기 위하여 해양오염방지관리인 제도를 운영하고 있다. 국적 선박의 증가와 해양환경관리법의 시행으로 인하여 선박 오염방지관리인 교육 제도에 변화가 예상된다. 2011년부터는 해양오염방지관리인 교육과정을 해양환경관리공단에서 운영하기 때문에 교육 수요에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 교육계획을 수립하여야 한다. 선박 해양오염방지관리인의 교육 현황을 알아보고 교육수요에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 주요요인을 분석하였다. 현재 한국해양수산연수원에서 시행하고 있는 선박 해양오염방지관리인 교육과정은 정규과정의 경우 3일간 21시간, 재교육의 경우 2일간 18시간, 유해액체물질 교육의 경우 2일간 17시간 교육하고 있다. 2008년의 연간 교육생 숫자는 정규과정의 경우 516명, 재교육과정의 경우 1085명, 유해액체물질 교육과정의 경우 135명이었다. 선박의 증가율이 선박의 해양오염방지관리인수에 영향을 미치는 주요변수로 나타남에 따라 연도별 예상선박발주량을 근거로 선박의 오염방지관리인수를 전망하였으나, 해운시황 변화, 조선 산업 변동 등의 주요요인에 따라 크게 변할 수 있다.

This study is purposed to research the present status and outcomes of adaption of science teacher system in elementary school. The subjects of this study are science teachers, schoolmasters, science supervisors, and 3rd$\~$6th grade students in western office of board of education, Gwangju Metropolitan city. It was found that there are 264 teachers who teach one subject and only two of them were science teachers. In elementary schools, most classroom teachers didn't want to be science teachers and schoolmasters or science supervisors could not afford to adapt science teacher system. After applying science teacher system to 3$\~$6th grade students during one school year, many students were improved in academic achievement and inquiring ability, and they have increased of interest and participation in science activities. This means that science class by science teacher is more effective than that by classroom teacher. Therefore, science teacher system should enlarge to science class in elementary school.

The education system in this paper is used to demonstrate and educate the effects of electromagnetic induction. Placing an aluminum ring over the core and switching on AC source causes the ring to jump in the air due to induced currents in the ring producing a magnetic field opposed to that produced in the core. To control the position of the ring by only the current, it is to require nonlinear control algorithm and control board that is composed of photo sensors, decode circuit, computer communication, and power electronics circuit. This paper provides the development for education system in detail and the effects of dynamic neural networks for nonlinear control with on line is studied.

국토해양부의 정책 개발의 일환으로 해사고 졸업생의 승선율을 놀이기 위하여 해사고 2+1 승선실습 제도가 도입되었다. 이 제도는 학교에서 2년간 좌학을 하고 1년간은 연수원 실습선에서 승선 실습을 수료한 자에 대하여 해기사 면허시험의 필기 시험을 면제해 주고 면접시험으로만 해기사 면허를 취득하는 제도이다. 이 제도는 갈수록 승선생활을 기피하는 해사고 졸업생들에 대해 좀 더 장기간 승선을 유도하기 위한 목적으로 개발된 프로그램이다. 본 연구는 이 제도 시행 4년이 지난 시점에서 학생들의 승선 실습에 대한 문제점을 설문으로 조사하여 앞으로 좀 더 내실 있는 실습으로 실습생들의 장기 승선을 유도하기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

인터넷이 교육에 사용됨으로써 학습자의 자기주도학습, 개별학습, 완전학습, 그리고 탐구형 학습 등이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있다. 특히 이러한 장점을 취하기 위하여 게시판 시스템이 웹 기반 학습에 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 게시판의 활용은 인터넷이 가지는 익명성으로 인해 자유로운 의견의 교환이라는 장점 외에, 부정적이거나 폭력적인 언어 사용이 쉽게 일어난다는 단점을 가진다. 본 연구는 인터넷을 활용한 학습에서 커뮤니케이션 도구로 널리 사용되고 있는 게시판이 유해단어 관리 기능을 가지도록 함으로써, 유해한 내용을 포함하는 내용의 게시를 제재하고 학생들의 언어 습관을 교정 할 수 있게 하였다.

2000년대 초반에 e-러닝 산업이 크게 발전하면서 초 중 고 및 대학교에 이르기까지 전자칠판시스템이 널리 보급되어 스마트 교육 환경이 구축 활용되고 있다. 전자칠판(IWB, Interactive White Board) 시스템은 자체적으로 판서 소프트웨어를 포함하고 있으며, 강사는 이러한 판서 기능을 이용해 전자칠판 상에 필기를 함으로써 교육 효과를 더 높일 수가 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 활용 빈도가 높은 메뉴 버튼들만 화면상에 표출되고, 사용자의 판서 위치에 따라 이들 메뉴 배치가 동적으로 이동하는 판서 소프트웨어의 동적 메뉴 배치 기술에 대해 연구 하였다. 이러한 기술을 적용한 판서 소프트웨어 구현 결과 불필요한 사용자의 이동이나 화면 가림 없이 편리하게 판서 메뉴를 이용할 수 있어 향후 스마트 교육의 발전에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
