  • This study proposed to adopt consortium blockchain for the database in the research support system of national R&D projects in order to increase efficiency, to reduce administrative burden, and to promote transparent research environment focusing on servicing researchers. Specifically, storage methods were classified according to data characteristics. First, data that requires integrity and transparency is stored in the blockchain, Second, confidentiality and data that require modification and deletion are stored in the database, Third, data that requires confidentiality, integrity, and transparency at the same time stores the original in the database, and the hash value of the data is separately stored in the blockchain. If research support system adopts blockchain, it is possible to operate the system stably, to share quick exchange of information between research institutes, to reduce administrative burden, to improve transparency of process, to resolve asymmetry of information, and to secure integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data.

  • A project to establish an information system with a project cost of more than 500 million won at a local public firm is subject to the Information System Audit (hereinafter referred to as IS Audit), and the IS Auditor shall conduct audit according to the audit criteria. Recently, as blockchain technology has been applied to various fields such as manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, and public sectors beyond the financial industry, the development of systems that apply blockchain technology is increasing. The use of Hyperledger Fabric, a private blockchain, is on the rise to utilize blockchain technology in public firms and private firms. However, the newly emerging blockchain-based system is not sufficient to carry out auditing with existing audit check items, so it has no choice but to make and use audit items individually. Therefore, a need for verified audit items for systems that base on blockchain technology has emerged. In this study, we customized the Delphi process to derive audit items suitable for the system development project using the blockchain technology, and verified the completeness and accuracy of the audit items derived through a survey by the IS Auditor. This research will be of direct help to the IS Auditor, and it is expected that operators and organizers who provide services through the blockchain-based system will also contribute to improving the quality of the system.

  • Efforts to incorporate blockchain into various fields are continuing as cryptocurrency transactions become more active. Blockchain has the characteristic that once recorded facts cannot be modified or deleted. Due to these characteristics, the use in the field of recording and proving certain facts, such as voting or proof of ownership, is attracting attention. In this paper, users who want to participate in the transaction process using private blockchain, one of the types of blockchain, are divided into real estate brokers, building owners, and purchasers (lessors), and roles are assigned to each user. In addition, we would like to propose a system to increase reliability through the participation of institutions. Through this, we intend to not only present a real estate transaction system that prevents damage from real estate fraud related to false sales and fraudulent contracts, but also enhances reliability and contributes to finding ways to utilize blockchain in the future.

  • PGP is an encryption software designed to provide information protection, security and authentication services for online communication systems. The characteristic of behavior done on the Internet is that you don't know the other person. It is very important to protect information from someone you cannot trust. So identification of the other person is an important task. PGP uses an digital signature algorithm to verify the identity of the other party. However, it is not accurate to check the other party's credibility. PGP increases trust as other users sign more on public keys of user. In other words, credibility is not perfect. In this paper, PGP certification system that key management in Ethereum blockchain, one of the blockchain platforms, is proposed. Key management in blockchain ensures data integrity, transparency and reliability.
