  • In this study, we want to verify the factors that affect the intention to switch to a supply chain management information system applied with blockchain. To this end, variable selection and research model were constructed through the review of previous studies, and empirical analysis was conducted using the TOE framework and PPM model. The effects of Push and Pull factors on the intention to switch to the block chain system and the moderating effect through the switching cost which is a Mooring factor, were verified. The hypothesis was verified using a structural equation model using a sample of 320 response data by conducting a questionnaire survey on small and medium-sized enterprises located in Korea. As a result of the study, social influence, which is a push factor, and management's will to innovate, which is a Pull factor, had a significant effect on switching intention. And the moderating effect between the groups with high and low switching cost recognition was confirmed. This study is significant in that it presents the concept and research direction of SCBM (supply chain & blockchain management) that can enhance the competitiveness of a company through the implementation of a blockchain-based supply chain management information system.

  • Bitcoin, which can be classified as a cryptocurrency, has attracted attention from various industries because it is an innovative digital currency and the beginning of a Blockchain system. However, as the research on Bitcoin progressed, several security vulnerabilities and possible attacks were analyzed. Among them, the security problem caused by the transparency of the Blockchain database prevents the Blockchain system from being applied to various fields. This vulnerability is further classified as the weak anonymity of participating nodes and privacy problem due to disclosure of transaction details. In recent years, several countermeasures have been developed against these vulnerabilities. In this paper, we first describe the main features of the public and private Blockchain, and explain privacy, unlinkability and anonymity. And, three public Blockchain platforms, Dash, Zcash and Monero which are derived from Bitcoin, and Hyperledger Fabric which is a private Blockchain platform, are examined. And we analyze the operating principles of the protocols applied on each platform. In addition, we classify the applied technologies into anonymity and privacy protection in detail, analyze the advantages and disadvantages, and compare the features and relative performance of the platforms based on the computational speed of the applied cryptographic mechanisms.

  • Existing real estate markets are monopolized because they are capital intensive and have information asymmetry. However, with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, technology is converging in various industries based on information technology (IT), and the real estate market is also developing a new field called "PropTech". According to this trend, new PropTech technologies are emerging in various real estate services sectors in Korea, but the electronic contract system, which accounts for the largest portion of the real estate industry, is still cited as a complex identification process and long processing time. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an improvement plan for the current electronic contract system through the introduction of blockchain technology, which is drawing attention with the development of PropTech, and explore the possibility of introduction by producing an experimental model of blockchain-applied electronic contract system in a programming language.

  • Since the birth of the Ethereum in 2015, various decentralized applications (DApp) based on blockchain smart contract technology have appeared. However, CryptoKitty's case showed instability in terms of performance and scalability in real-world service environments. To solve this, a blockchain platform that developed a high transaction per second (TPS) has appeared, but there have been no environments and services to test it. Therefore, this paper intends to design and develop a game that can record the contents of all games on the chain and verify the performance and scalability of the blockchain platform through oversized transactions. The developed game generated a total of 6.3 million blocks and 8.9 million transactions through by 682 and verified the improved performance and scalability of the existing platform. Additionally, the maximum TPS was measured at 1,309 during the test period. In the future, it is expected that performance and scalability can be compared in a realistic environment through the method presented in this paper.

  • IoT(Internet of Things) security is becoming increasingly important because IoT potentially has a variety of security threats, including limited hardware specifications and physical attacks. This paper is a study on the certification technology suitable for the lightened IoT environment, and we propose a system in which many gateways share authentication information and issue authentication tokens for mutual authentication using blockchain. The IoT node can be issued an authentication token from one gateway to continuously perform authentication with a gateway in the block-chain network using an existing issued token without performing re-authentication from another gateway participating in the block-chain network. Since we do not perform re-authentication for other devices in a blockchain network with only one authentication, we proposed multi phase authentication consisting of device authentication and message authentication in order to enhance the authentication function. By sharing the authentication information on the blockchain network, it is possible to guarantee the integrity and reliability of the authentication token.

  • In recent years, importance of blockchain systems has been grown after success of bitcoin. Distributed consensus algorithm is used to achieve an agreement, which means the same information is recorded in all nodes participating in blockchain network. Various algorithms were suggested to resolve blockchain trilemma, which refers conflict between decentralization, scalability, security. An algorithm based on Byzantine Agreement among Decentralized Agents (BADA) were designed for the same manner, and it used limited committee that enables an efficient consensus among considerable number of nodes. In addition, election of committee based on Proof-of-Nonce guarantees decentralization and security. In spite of such prominence, application of BADA in actual blockchain system requires further researches about performance and essential features affecting on the performance. However, performance assessment committed in real systems takes a long time and costs a great deal of budget. Based on this motivation, we designed and implemented a simulator for measuring performance of BADA. Specifically, we defined a simulation framework including three components named simulator Command Line Interface, transaction generator, BADA nodes. Furthermore, we carried out response surface analysis for revealing latent relationship between performance measure and design parameters. By using obtained response surface models, we could find an optimal configuration of design parameters for achieving a given desirable performance level.

  • This study analyzes the limitations of the insider threat datasets used for insider threat detection research and compares and analyzes the solution-based insider threat data with public insider threat data using a security solution to overcome this. Through this, we design a data format suitable for insider threat detection and implement a system that can safely share insider threat information between different institutions and companies using blockchain technology. Currently, there is no dataset collected based on actual events in the insider threat dataset that is revealed to researchers. Public datasets are virtual synthetic data randomly created for research, and when used as a learning model, there are many limitations in the real environment. In this study, to improve these limitations, a private blockchain was designed to secure information sharing between institutions of different affiliations, and a method was derived to increase reliability and maintain information integrity and consistency through agreement and verification among participants. The proposed method is expected to collect data through an outflow threat collector and collect quality data sets that posed a threat, not synthetic data, through a blockchain-based sharing system, to solve the current outflow threat dataset problem and contribute to the insider threat detection model in the future.
