모델기반 시스템 엔지니어링 S/W를 이용한 통신 기반 열차 제어 시스템의 기능 분석에 관한 연구

  • AGT 시스템은 복잡한 대규모 시스템이며 이 시스템에 도입된 무인운전의 운영 개념은 한국 철도 기술의 환경에서는 처음 시도되는 기술이다. 게다가 신호시스템을 무선 기술을 이용하여 구현해 한다는 요구사항이 추가되어 신호시스템 개발은 더욱 도전적인 문제가 되었다. 이와 같이 실천하기 어려운 요구사항이 많은 무선열차 제어시스템 개발의 위험을 줄이기 위해 시스템공학팀은 전산지원 시스템공학 도구를 사용한 재공학의 개발공정을 수행하도록 하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 정적인 데이터모텔에 추가하여 시나리오 기반으로 동적거동 분석을 수행하여 기능 모델을 구축하였고 기능 모델을 토대로 한 시스템 아키텍처를 구성하였다. 특히 기능 요구사항의 취약성을 보완하기 위해 CORE의 FFBD(Functional Flow Block Diagram)기능을 활용하여 열차 운행 중 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 시나리오를 분석함으로써 기능 모델의 완전성의 기여하였다. 이는 정적인 데이터 흐름 다이아그램(DFD:Data Flow Diagram)이 가지는 한계를 모델 기반 시스템공학 도구에서 지원하는 동적인 기능 분석을 수행하여 보완함으로써 모델의 충실도를 높였음을 의미한다. 이를 통해 기능의 오류를 개념단계에서 최소화함으로써 기술 위험이 높은 제품을 개발할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 제어 시스템에 사용되는 흐름 제어 언어로는 IL(Instruction List), ST(Structured Text), FBD(Function Block Diagram), SFC(Sequential Function Chart), LD (Ladder Diagram)가 있다. 일반적으로 제어 시스템에 탑재하여 사용하는 언어는 상기 언어 중 두 종류 이하의 특정 언어로 제한되어 있다. 이러한 제약을 보완하기 위해, 모든 흐름 제어 언어를 통합 분석할 수 있는 통합 분석기가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 흐름 제어 언어의 통합 분석 처리가 가능하도록 그래픽 표현의 FBD 를 문자 표현의 EST(Extended Structured Text)로 변형하는 규칙과 문자 표현의 EST 를 IL 로 변형하는 규칙을 제시한다. 언어간의 변형 과정에서 FBD 를 ST 로 표현할 수 없는 부분을 EST 로 정의한다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안된 EST 를 기반으로 통합 분석기의 구조를 제시한다.

  • Compression stress block used to concrete structure design substitutes equivalent triangle, rectangle, trapezoid and parabola-rectangle stress block for actual concrete stress distribution. Its shape is different in design code of the major advanced countries. It reflects the material feature of each of country. Presently, compression stress block of korea concrete design code is equal to it of ACI code that doesn't reflect the material feature of the high strength concrete. So, many research conclusions showed that it is not reasonable. The study compares concrete stress blocks of the major advanced countries and does an experiment on concrete compression stress block to know the material feature of the concrete in korea. It obtains the operating load and the concrete strain in experiment and draw stress block parameters. It compares stress block parameters applied to design code with those by the experiment conclusion. In addition, It compares and analyses nominal axial force-moment diagram by the stress block of the major advanced countries.

  • As environmental regulations have been strengthened and high fuel efficiency has been in demand in recent years, the number of ships using natural gas as a fuel is increasing. The demand for ships using LPG or methanol, which are emerging as eco-friendly vessel fuels, is also increasing. In this perspective, ME-LGI engines using LPG or methanol as a fuel have attracted considerable attention. Ships equipped with an ME-LGI engine are required to check the reliability of the fuel injection valve during shipping. This means that the development of a fuel injection valve tester is essential for the commercialization of ME-LGI engine. This study conducted the conceptual design of a fuel injection valve tester for ME-LGI engines using a system engineering process in the order of requirements analysis, functional analysis, and design synthesis. In the requirement analysis stage, the operating process of fuel injection valve was analyzed, and the necessity of checking the sealing oil leakage was then derived. In the functional analysis stage, the functions and flow of them were defined at each functional level. In the design synthesis stage, the equipment for each function was set and the process block diagram based on it was derived. In addition, preliminary risk analysis was performed as a part of system analysis and control, and safety measures were added to the conceptual design. This study is expected to be a good reference material for the concept design of other systems in the future because it shows the application process of a system engineering process to the conceptual design in detail.

  • The existing construction industry is classified into industries with low productivity compared to other industries. In order to solve the decline in productivity in the construction industry, the world is focusing on off-site construction (OSC), which is about 40% more productive than existing construction methods. This high productivity is possible because the three stages of production, transport to the site, and site assembly are consistently maintained in a continuous flow. This study conducted a functional survey through literature review, preliminary field survey, questionnaire, and expert interview. The surveyed function were classified into five categories: convenience, flexibility, manageability, communication, and safety, and the functional characteristics of flexibility, manageability, and communication were high. Because of the change according to the construction progress, the production schedule of the factory, and the variety of transportation time required. Finally, A functional block diagram was developed based on the 15 functions corresponding with an average score of 4 or more in the surveyed function score result. If the OSC transport system is established through this study, It can contribute to a successful construction OSC project and increase productivity.

  • This paper proposes a image compression algorithm which stores and transmites image data efficiently. The proposed compression algorithm modify enhances compression rate by modified ZIG-ZAG Scanning in JPEG standard algorithm which is based on 2D-DCT. And the up-compatible method of proposed algorithm can solve compatible problem with JPEG that is cased by modified ZIG-ZAG Scanning. And this paper presentes a block diagram of hardware for real-time processing.

  • This paper presents, step-by-step, the capabilities that a general-purpose simulation environment, such as Simulab/Matlab,provides for an intuitive and sfficient modelling of grinding processes. Starting from a revision of the different approaches which can go found in the technical literature the paper begins with the well-known block-diagram forst presented by Snoyes and how the different parameters for the simulation are introduced in the model(machine,grinding wheel and process parameters).   • The input-output relation for nonlinear systems can be explicitly represented by the Volterra functional series and it is characterized by the Volterra kernels. A block diagram reduction method is proposed to determine the Volterra kernels and is compared with the direct substitution technique. The former method can significantly reduce the computational complexity.

  • The basic circuit block diagram of CMOS current mode sum and subtract circuit is present in this paper. The purpose circuit consists of the invert current circuit and the basic current mirror. The outputs of the circuit are the summing of the both input current [lx+ly] and also the subtract of the both input current [lx+(-ly)]. The SPICE simulation results of the electrical characteristics with level 7 (BSIM3 model version 3.1) MOSFET transistor model of the circuit such as the input dynamic range, the frequency response and some system application have been shown and analyzed.

  • In this paper, a two ports machine(TPM) model for discrete event dynamic systems(DEDS) is proposed. The proposed model is a finite state machine which has two inputs and two outputs. Inputs and outputs have two components, events and informations. TPM is different from other state machine models, since TPM has symmetric input and output. This symmetry enables the block diagram representation of the DEDS with TPM blocks, summing points, multiplying points, branch points, and connections. The graphical representation of DEDS is analogous to that of control system theory. TPM has a matrix representation of its transition and information map. This matrix representation simplifies the analysis of the DEDS.
