  • Nowaday, many people study about Black-Out. In this paper, I introduce how to calculate the Dangerous Index against Black-Out, and prediction of Distance relay error action on Zone 3. we consider the real data by I-PIU which will be set on the system. The dangerous Index is calculated three index about Cascading. The prediction of Distance relay is considered by other facilities of power system. This two algorithm can be used on the center system, when the system is on danger, also on the normal states for security.

  • Withdrawal time of erythromycin in the cultured black rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) was investigated to provide regulatory authority and fishery industry with full information needed to secure food safety of the fish treated with erythromycin. Medication was carried out using the experimental diet containing erythromycin of which concentration was 200 mg/kg diet and its daily dose was about 40 mg/kg body weight. The withdrawal time needed to reduce antibiotic contents around 10.0 mg/kg accumulated during 9 days medication below 0.2 mg/kg was identified about 10 days. The antibiotic with 13.7 mg/kg of fish on the $9^{th}$ days of medication was completely depleted after 30 days from stop of medication.

  • Due to a typhoon named MAEMI on Sep12, 2004, 7 transmission towers collapsed and 3 were damaged in the Gyeongnam and Busan areas. These caused long-term black-outs in Goeje-do. When a transmission tower collapses or is damaged, Construction will take more than 2 months and this will be accompanied by long-term black-outs. Therefore a temporary iron pole is used in such emergencies. Current temporary rehabilitation angle steel iron Pole consistes of around 800 members, 2,800 bolts and it takes about 5 days to construct a temporary transmission line. Consiquently wide black-outs occur during the construction of the temporary transmission line. To reduce black-out time, the construction period must be reduced as much as possible. This paper presents new methods to reduce temporary transmission line construction time to within 48 hours by applying a self-reliance assembling method instead of the current man power assembling method and by modulizing each angle steel with duralumin.

케네디의 "니그로의 요술집": 흑인여성 자아의 양상 (Kennedy's Funnyhouse of a Negro: The features of a black woman's self-identity)

  • This paper argues how Adrienne Kennedy embodies the features of a black woman's self-identity in Funnyhouse of a Negro. An educated young black woman, Sarah lives in a funnyhouse which is surrounded by mirrors. The reflections in the funnyhouse's mirrors are a metaphor of a black woman's life in America. Sarah's narrative is played out by four "selves," differing by sex and race. These selves imply her mixed cultural heritage. Two white women symbolize white European royalty, Jesus expresses christianity which is the basis of western culture and Lumumba represents Africa. Sarah's desire for whiteness is concentrated on skin color and hair. She longs for pallid skin and straight hair of the white race. Sarah wanted to be white, but her "tainted blood" by her black father made that impossible. Sarah is always obsessed by the fear of her father and the unhappy destiny of her mother. Ceaseless knocking, paralyzed images of lifelessness and surreal dreams effectively show her fear. Sarah's selves remain fragmented in the funnyhouse. Sarah exposures the black woman's anger and frustration through her death. Her death is a gesture of denial and refusal of the dominant society. At the same time, it was her last choice and struggle not to completely lose her own identity.

재래종과 개량종 세절 돼지고기의 저장 중 품질 특성 비교 (Quality Comparison between Korean Native Black Ground Pork and Modern Genotype Ground Pork during Refrigerated Storage)

  • 본 연구는 재래종 세절 돼지고기의 저장 중 품질 특성을 구명하기 위하여 개량종과 비교하여 실시하였다. 시험용 돼지고기로 240일간 사육된 평균체중 75 kg의 재래돼지와 210일간 사육된 평균체중 105 kg의 개량돼지를 이용하였다. 도축 후 세절돈육을 4℃에서 9일간 저장하며 실시하였다. 일반성분의 조성을 보면 재래종 돼지고기가 개량종에 비해 조지방과 조단백질 함량이 높고, 수분과 조회분 함량은 낮았다. 재래종 돼지고기의 pH가 개량종에 비해 저장 5일부터는 낮았고, 보수력은 저장기간 내내 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). 재래종 돼지고기는 명도가 낮고 적색도가 높아 개량종에 비해 검붉은 색깔을 지니고 있다. 저장기간이 늘어날수록 CIE L/sup */, a/sup */, b/sup */와 h/sup O/값들은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. TBARS, POV, FOX값 모두 저장기간이 증가할수록 유의적으로 증가하였으며 특히 재래종이 저장기간이 길어질수록 현저한 증가현상을 나타내었다. 재래종 돼지고기의 지방산 조성비율을 보면 총 포화지방산과 stearic acid 함량이 개량종에 비해 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05).

국내 흑염소에서의 소결핵, 브루셀라, Q fever 유병률 연구 (Prevalence of bovine tuberculosis, brucellosis and Q fever in Korean black goats)

  • As the meat of black goats has become popular as a healthy food, domestic goat meat-related industries are steadily growing. However, previous studies are scarce of informations about the zoonotic disease originated from the black goat in Korea. In this study, we investigated Korean black goat's infectious diseases representing bovine tuberculosis, brucellosis, and Q fever. One hundred and eighty samples were collected from a local slaughter house located in Jeollanam-do. Three typical zoonotic diseases were separately examined by carrying out enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Histopathological test was additionally performed in tuberculosis. In case of tuberculosis, results of the PCR and histopathological test were negative but the ELISA results were positive in eight samples. In case of brucellosis, one out of the total samples was shown to be positive in the ELISA and none in the PCR. In case of Q fever, there were forty one positive in the ELISA and twenty positive in the real-time PCR. Those results indicate that the Korean black goat could be a natural reservoir in the possible chain-infections among human, cows and goats. Thus, further study needs in order to improve productivity as well as to prevent the zoonosis spreading and circulation of other livestock with the black goat in this country.

카본 블랙 촉매를 이용하는 에탄 분해에 관한 연구 (Catalytic decomposition of ethane over carbon blacks)

  • Catalytic activities of color and conductive carbon blacks in ethane decomposition for $CO_2-free$ hydrogen production were investigated. The ethane decomposition was carried out in a conventional fixed bed reactor under atmospheric pressure at 973-1173 K for 2 hours. When the decomposition in the presence of carbon black was compared with the non-catalytic thermal decomposition, the former exhibited significantly higher ethane conversion, higher C(s) selectivity and lower ethylene selectivity with small increase of the methane selectivity, which resulted in higher hydrogen yield. This indicates that carbon black is catalytically effective for dehydrogenation of ethane as well as subsequent decomposition of ethylene. All the carbon blacks exhibited stable catalytic activity with time. In durability tests, fluffy N-330 and BP2000 maintained their activities for 36 hours.

캐소드 루테늄 촉매의 전기화학적 환원 처리가 고분자 전해질 연료전지 성능에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Electrochemical Reduction of Ruthenium Black Cathode Catalyst on the Performance of Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells)

  • Ru black을 고분자 전해질 연료전지용 cathode 촉매로 사용했을 때 초기에는 연료전지 성능이 낮게 나타났으나, 일련의 실험을 거치는 동안 연료전지 성능이 점차 증가되는 것이 관찰되었다. 이는 Ru black의 전기화학적 환원으로 인한 것으로 판단되는대, Ru black 촉매에 외부에서 가해지는 전압과 그 전압을 가하는 시간을 변화시켜 본 결과 0.1V를 30분 이상 가하게 되면 Ru black의 성능 향상이 극대화 되었다. 성능 향상 원인을 확인해 보기 위해 수소 분위기 하에서 환원된 Ru black과 XRD patterns을 비교한 결과, Ru black 촉매가 전기화학적 환원처리를 통해 완전히 metallic Ru으로 전환되었다고 판단하기는 어려웠다. 또한 Ru black을 이용해 전기화학적 환원 처리 전후의 CO stripping voltammetry를 비교해 본 결과, Ru black 중에 일부는 metallic Ru으로 환원되었지만, 일부의 Ru이 반대편 전극으로 제거됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 과정 중에 제거된 Ru이 연료전지 성능에 나쁜 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것이라 생각된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 제시된 Ru black의 전기화학적 처리 과정을 통해서 일부의 Ru은 반대쪽 전극으로 제거되고, 산화된 상태로 존재하는 일부의 Ru이 metallic Ru으로 변화됨으로서 연료전지 성능이 향상된 것으로 사료된다.

차량용 블랙박스를 위한 임베디드 차선감지 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Embedded Lane Detection Image Processing Algorithm for Car Black Box)

  • 차량용 블랙박스는 사고 순간의 영상, 위치, 시간, 그리고 충격량등의 정보를 기록함으로써 사고원인을 규명하기 위한 용도로 사용되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기능과 더불어 운전자의 안전운전을 유도하여 사고를 미연에 방지하기 위한 기능이 보다 필요하다. 사고방지 기능의 대표적인 것이 차선이탈경보 기능이다. 차선이탈 경보기능을 구현하기 위해서는 차선인식을 위한 영상처리 과정이 선행되어야 하며 일반적으로 영상처리 알고리즘은 매우 많은 데이터량과 복잡한 알고리즘 구조 때문에 많은 계산량을 요구한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비교적 적은 계산으로 차량용 블랙박스의 실시간 도로영상으로부터 차선을 인식하는 효율적인 임베디드 영상처리 알고리즘에 관해 기술한다.
