According to the 2013 statistics, the small/medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) accounted for 99.9% of the Korean economy with 87.8% of employment. This simple figures also indicate SMEs export extension is a key task for the national economy stimulation and job creation. The SMEs export plunge has been affected by the European financial turbulence, US financial instability, developing countries like China entering foreign markets, a weak yen, etc. EXIM Bank, in this context, will need to take a more proactive attitude to provide trade finance by, for example, reviewing the business feasibility for SMEs with a lower credit rank or investigating importers' credit status, etc. Moreover EXIM Bank provides factoring service mostly to large companies and should lower its threshold for service provision to SMEs. Finally EXIM Bank should play more than a primary forfeiting market entity. It also needs to facilitate the secondary forfeiting market.

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of late credit card bill payers. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 621 credit card users residing in five metropolitan cities including Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The results indicated that credit card delinquents showed irrational behavior in managing the use of credit cards. That is, they unnecessarily subscribed for credit cards, used their credit cards without signature, or excessively used the credit cards regardless of their payment capability. From these study results, two recommendations were made : 1) consumer education on credit card use and credit management and 2) law revision on regulating credit card use.

The recent trend has been consistently raised by the media of educational environment issues such as deteriorated existing school facilities, water-leaks due to the lack of proper maintenance and poor toilet facilities. For the efficient use of the budget to be used for maintenance of school facilities, an effort to extend the life of the facility to the max is needed. However, current maintenance system of school facilities is to deal with the defects after discovered, and consequently the durable period is shortened due to early deterioration of facilities and efficient budget execution cannot be realized. For this reason, the result emphasizes the need to improve maintenance management system of school facilities, and proposes a systematic bill of school facilities maintenance according to expert investigation and correlation analysis through school facilities maintenance-related information that is distributed to a number of laws.

In this study, we propose an integrated CAD(Computer Aided Design) library database in a heterogeneous commercial ECAD(Electronic CAD) environment. To effectively solve engineering problems focused on BOM data extraction we use a software system called schematic capture and company-wide standard electronic part information loaded on different commercial ECADs. We unify many commercial ECADs into one schematic capture and a variety of PCB(Printed Circuit Board) design tools. For this purpose we develope a model for linking CAD symbol library with company-wide standard part information. We also develope a schematic design data conversion scheme and show how to extract PBA level BOM data using our customized schematic capture. This system is being operated in an X-Window based engineering work station and commercial RDBMS base.

This article provides integrated neural network models for the interest rate forecasting using change-point detection. The model is composed of three phases. The first phase is to detect successive structural changes in interest rate dataset. The second phase is to forecast change-point group with data mining classifiers. The final phase is to forecast the interest rate with BPN. Based on this structure, we propose three integrated neural network models in terms of data mining classifier: (1) multivariate discriminant analysis (MDA)-supported neural network model, (2) case based reasoning (CBR)-supported neural network model and (3) backpropagation neural networks (BPN)-supported neural network model. Subsequently, we compare these models with a neural network model alone and, in addition, determine which of three classifiers (MDA, CBR and BPN) can perform better. For interest rate forecasting, this study then examines the predictability of integrated neural network models to represent the structural change.

Information technology has been transforming the relationship between shippers and carriers, but an unresolved question remains: what is the relative importance to shippers of service versus cost benefits of e-logistics solutions? This research develops and empirically tests a model to determine how Internet-based logistical operations in international shipping impact on the relative importance of cost versus service benefits to shippers. Contrary to expectations, results show that shippers perceived cost benefits from well-designed web sites, undoubtedly a consequence of perceptions that multi-function portals with ease of access contributed to savings in time and money. Another result was the confirmation of the positive effects of cargo tracing and bill of lading issuance on service-related factors. Finally, this study draws attention to the need for improvements in on-line booking capabilities and development of a comprehensive common portal; issues that must be addressed for shipping lines to succeed in an increasingly competitive e-logistics market.

A modeling program was developed in Part I which represents the 3-D geometry, produces bill of material, automatically draws drawings and produces input data for structural analysis of Very High-rise Steel Artificial Reefs(VEHSAR). Model tests were carried out to measure drag forces acted on VEHSAR in the Ocean Engineering Wide Tank, the University of Ulsan and structural analyses were made to simulate structural behaviors of VEHSAR. The integrated package system is suggested to design VEHSAR with different geometries.

A web-based program life-cycle management(PLM) system is introduced to implement the system engineering processes and to provide the development teaceability online. This information system aims for the realization of essential system engineering management techniques currently applied to the space launch system development program including management of configuration and data based on the work breakdown structure(WBS), WBS, bill of materials and properties. The system enhances communication and gives access to the development data with relevant information such as data-to-data relation and approval status/history through the web, and preserve all of the development data throughout the program life-cycle. Further improvement of the system is planned to implement the program managrment pricesses and to provide integrated information useful for the programmatic decision making.

Health behavior of the people is not satisfactory and it is recommended that proper health education methods be utilized for health promotion of the people. In order to accomplished health promotion objectives. it is necessary to assign teachers specialized in health education to schools and health educators to communities. Health promotion bill is prepared by members of national assembly and the government has to develope a sound policy for the health promotion of the people. In developed countries. health educator are serving communities and help people for health promotion. It is recommended that health educators be assigned to local health departments and local health centers throughout Korea, and to general hospitals. It is recommended that public health related associations, health education association and professors of health care departments in colleges work together for better health services through health education. The most important variable to affecting KAP level of people on environmental health was education level.

Recently our government operates earned value management system (EVMS) for improving work management system of the construction projects over specific scale. The EVMS is based on the integrated management between construction cost and schedule, the existing systems, however, are focused on the cost management by using wort quantity. This study suggests a work management mode1 to integrate construction cost with activity information. The model introduces a work task concept as a tool that can connect construction cost to activity information. The suggested model in this study is verified by using actual data for the applicability to practical construction projects.
