Today freeway is experiencing a severe congestion with incoming or outgoing traffic through freeway ramps during the peak periods. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify the traffic characteristics, analyze the relationships between the traffic characteristics and finally construct the delay predictive models on the rap junctions of freeway with 70mph speed limit. From the traffic analyses, and model construction and verification for delay prediction on the ramp junctions of freeway, the following results were obtained : ⅰ) Traffic flow showed a big difference depending on the time periods. Especially, more traffic flows were concentrated on the freeway junctions in the morning peak period. ⅱ) The occupancy also showed a big difference depending on the time periods, and the downstream occupancy(Od) was especially shown to have a higher explanatory power for the delay predictive model construction on the ramp junctions of freeway. ⅲ) The delay-occupancy curve showed a remarkable shift based on the occupancies observed : O$\_$d/〈9% and O$\_$d/$\geq$9%. Especially, volume and occupancy were shown to be highly explanatory for delay prediction on the ramp junctions of freeway under O$\_$d/$\geq$9%, but lowly for delay prediction on the ramp junctions of freeway under O$\_$d/〈9%. Rather, the driver characteristics or transportation conditions around the freeway were thought to be a little higher explanatory for the delay prediction under O$\_$d/〈9%. ⅳ) Integrated delay predictive models showed a higher explanatory power in the morning peak period, but a lower explanatory power in the non-peak periods.

HOOCl-H2O cluster에 대하여 안정한 구조와 결합에너지를 MP2/6-311G(d,p), MP2/6-311G(2d,2p)의 방법으로 계산하였고 vibrational frequency계산을 하여 HOOCl의 vibrational frequency와 비교하였다. Skew HOOCl-H2O cluster가 가장 안정한 cluster로 나타났고 결합에너지는 46~48 kJ/mol 정도이며 trans HOOCl-H2O cluster의 경우도 이보다 불안정하나 비교적 큰 결합에너지를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

The calix[4]arene molecule adopting the 1,3-alternate conformation forms a square cavity, and two pair phenyl rings lying above and below a least-square plane defined by the four bridging methylene groups in the calix[4]arene are widened upwards and downwards, respectively, from central axis, which leads to O1-O4=4.064 and O2-O3=3.864 . Two propyloxy groups are stabilized with all trans conformations, but the rather short azacrown ether chain with two oxygen atoms includes cis/trans conformations with O1-C35=2.906 . Therefore the cavity does not seem to be big enough to form a host-guest complex.

ZnO thin films were deposited on p-type 4H-SiC substrate by pulsed laser deposition. ZnO nanowires were formed on p-type 4H-SiC substrate by furnace. Ti/Au electrodes were deposited on ZnO thin film/SiC and ZnO nanowire/SiC structures, respectively. Structural and crystallographical properties of the fabricated ZnO thin film/SiC and ZnO nanowire/SiC structures were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. In this work, resistance and sensitivity of ZnO thin film/SiC gas sensor and ZnO nanowire/SiC gas sensor were measured at $300^{\circ}C$ with various CO gas concentrations (0%, 90%, 70%, and 50%). Resistance of gas sensor decreases at CO gas atmosphere. Sensitivity of ZnO nanowire/SiC gas sensor is twice as big as sensitivity of ZnO thin film/SiC gas sensor.

ZnO is a promising material to make high efficiency violet or blue light emitting diodes (LEDs) for its large binding energy (60meV) and big bandgap. But the high quality p-type conduction of ZnO is a dilemma to achieve LEDs with it. In present study, we presented a reliable method to prepare ZnO thin films on (100)silicon substrates by RF magnetron sputtering in the mixture ambient of $N_2$ and $O_2$, accompanying with low pressure annealing in the sputtering chamber in $O_2$ at $600^{\circ}C$ and $800^{\circ}C$ respectively. X-ray diffraction and Hail effect with Van der Paul method were performed to test ZnO films. Seeback effect was also carried out to identify carrier types in ZnO films and showed the N-doped ZnO film annealed at $800^{\circ}C$ had achieved p-type conduction.

행복한 삶의 질을 목적으로 하는 의료소비자가 증가하면서 웹에 분산되어 있는 블로그의 의료 정보를 바탕으로 신뢰성 있는 의료 시설을 선택하고 고품질의 의료 서비스를 받음으로서, 시간과 비용을 절약할 수 있는 O2O 의료 마케팅 시장이 활성화 되고 있다. 인터넷, 모바일, SNS 등에서 증가하는 비정형 텍스트 데이터는 전문 의료 지식 이외에 작성자의 관심, 선호, 예상 등을 직간접적으로 반영하고 있기 때문에 의료정보의 신뢰성을 담보하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 및 MLP를 사용하여 의료정보 블로그를 분류 (의료블로그, 광고블로그)함으로서 사용자에게 보다 고품질의 의료정보 서비스를 제공하는 블로그 판단 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 빅데이터 및 머신러닝 기술을 통해 인터넷상에 존재하는 국내의 다수 의료정보 블로그를 종합, 분석한 후 질환별 개인 맞춤형 건강정보 추천 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 통하여 사용자는 자신의 건강문제를 지속적으로 점검하고 가장 적절한 조치를 취함으로서 자신의 건강 상태를 유지하는 것이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 대규모의 작업을 고성능으로 처리하기 위한 Many-Task Computing(MTC) 기술을 기존의 빅데이터 처리 플랫폼인 Hadoop에 적용하기 위한 MOHA(Many-Task Computing on Hadoop) 프레임워크에 대해 기술한다. 세부적으로는 MOHA의 기본 개념과 개발 동기, 분산 작업 큐에 기반한 PoC(Proof-of-Concept) 수행 결과를 제시하고 향후 연구 방향에 대해서 논의하고자 한다. MTC 응용은 각각의 태스크들이 요구하는 I/O 처리량은 상대적으로 많지 않지만, 동시에 대량의 태스크들을 고성능으로 처리해야하고 이들이 파일을 통해서 통신한다는 특징을 가지고 있다. 따라서 기존의 상대적으로 큰 데이터 블록 사이즈에 기반한 Hadoop 응용과는 또 다른 패턴의 데이터 집약형 워크로드라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 MTC 기술과 빅데이터 기술의 융합을 통해 멀티 응용 플랫폼으로 진화하고 있는 Hadoop 생태계에 신규 프레임워크로서 대규모 계산과학 응용을 실행할 수 있는 MOHA를 추가하여 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, it is to development of brake system with ABS function for aircraft. The test of brake system is required before applying on aircraft. The real-time dynamic simulator with 5-D.O.F. aircraft dynamic model is developed for braking performance test of ABS (Anti-skid Brake System) control h/w with anti-skid brake functions. The dynamic simulator is real-time interface system that is composed of dynamic simulation parts, master control parts, digital and analog in/out interface parts, and user interface parts. The 5-D.O.F. aircraft dynamic model is composed of a big contour and a little contour by simulation s/w. The big contour represents the interactions of forces in airframe, nose and main landing gear, and engines on the center of gravity. The little contour represents interactions of wheel, braking units, hydraulic units and a control unit. ABS control h/w unit with ABS control algorithm is also developed and is tested with simulator under the some conditions of gripping coefficient. We have known that ABS control h/w unit on wet or snowy runway as well as dry runway very well protects wheel skid.

최근 대량의 SNS(Social Network Service) 데이터로부터 유용한 정보를 추출하고 사용자의 진의 정보를 평가하기 위한 오피니언 마이닝(opinion mning)이 소개되고 있다. 오피니언 마이닝은 대량의 SNS 데이터로부터 빠른 기간 내에 데이터를 수집하고 분석하여 목적에 적합한 정보를 추출하는 효율적인 기법이 필요하다. SNS에서 발생되는 다양한 비정형 데이터로부터 감성정보를 추출하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 하둡(Hadoop) 시스템 기반의 병렬적 HDFS(Hadoop Distributed File System)와 맵리듀스(MapReduce) 기반 감성분석 함수를 제안한다. 실험결과로 제안한 시스템과 함수는 데이터 수집과 적재시간에 대해 O(n)보다 빠르게 처리하며, 메모리와 CPU 자원에 대해 안정적인 부하분산이 이루어지는 것을 확인하였다.
