Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the technologies powered by AI fuel the fourth industrial revolution. Being the primary adopter of such innovations, banking has recently started using the most common AI-based technology, i.e., conversational agents. Although research extensively focuses on this niche area and provides bibliometric understanding for such agents in other industries, a similar review with scientometric insights of the banking literature concerning AI conversational agents is absent till date. Furthermore, in the era following the pandemic, banks are faced with the imperative to provide solutions that align with the changing landscape of remote consumer behavior. As a result, banks are proactively integrating technology-driven solutions, such as automated agents, to effectively address the growing demand for remote customer support. Hence more research is needed to perfect such agents. In order to bridge these existing gaps, the present study undertook a comprehensive examination of two decades' worth of banking literature. A meticulous review was conducted, analyzing approximately 116 papers published from 2003 to 2023. The aim was to provide a scientometric overview of the topic, catering to the research needs of both academic and industrial professionals. Holistically, the study seeks to present a macro-view about the existing trends in AI based banking conversational agents' literature while focusing on quantity, qualitative and structural indicators that are effectively necessary to offer new directions for the AI-based banking solutions. Our study, therefore, presents insights surrounding the literature, using selected techniques related to performance analysis and science mapping.

Text data mining ('big data methods') is one of the most widely used approaches during the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, text data mining on Scopus databases or Web of Science (WoS). Text data mining is widely used to collect literature for later bibliometric analysis, and in the end, it becomes a literature review article. Therefore, in this article, we reveal the trend of publication of literature reviews in Scopus journals from Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. This article describes two essential parts, namely 1) a comparison of international publication trends and subject area of literature review publications, and 2) a comparison of Top 5 for Authors, Affiliation, Source Title, and Collaboration Country.

Purpose: As the need to transition into the distribution of cleaner energy has garnered corporate and scholarly interests, this study aims to track the research trends in sustainable energy supply chains for five years before 2021. Research methodology: This study was conducted by a bibliometric literature review and analysis to map the field's evolution between 2016 and 2020. Out of an initial title search result of 2,484 papers from the Scopus engine, filtering led to 180 documents obtained. The data was exported in excel format (CSV) to VOSviewer software to generate and analyze network visualization of sustainable energy supply chain trends. Results: The results revealed China's the highest publishing country, with 36 research papers. The Journal of Cleaner Production was the top publishing source, with 22 papers per year. These findings showed five clusters formed in the bibliographic coupling of countries. Circular Economy and Green Supply Chain Management represent the current hot topics. Research gaps identified in the field included limited cross-industry testing and modifying sustainable supply chain models. Conclusion: This paper contributes to the sustainability literature on supply chains by providing an overview of trends and research directions for scholars' and practitioners' consideration in future research.

Methods: This study is to investigate service quality in supply chain research using a systematic literature review methodology. In order to extract influential journals and papers, we used the SJR impact factor provided by the SCOPUS database. The collected 169 papers were analyzed using bibliometric analysis, citation analysis as well as keywords network. Results: We conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify top authors contributing to service quality in supply chain and their issues, and further examined important keywords and new emerging keywords. In addition, we extracted five influential papers by PageRank to clarify critical issues and divided into five clusters to identify topics of service quality in supply chain by using network-based approach. In order to examine comprehensive issues and topics of service quality in supply chain, we constructed a keyword network to observe difference in the classification of important keywords across network centrality measures. Conclusion: Our study reviewed literature on service quality in supply chain and explored the future directions and trends of service quality in supply chain.

However, there is a need to investigate the role of data visualization in human resource management. This review aims to highlight the power of data visualization in the field of human resources. In addition, visualize the latest trends in the research area of human resource and data visualization by conducting a bibliometric analysis. The study adopted a literature review on recent publications from 2017 to 2022 to address research questions.

This study examined the relationship between corporate governance and risk disclosure via a systematic literature review and bibliometric visualization analysis. The study aimed to present evidence of risk disclosure intellectual structure, volume, and development knowledge trends. Data was extracted from Scopus and analyzed with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines and RTools. In turn, 64 articles were extracted from the Scopus database. The results demonstrated that the number of corporate governance and risk disclosure publications increased significantly from 2015 to 2019 compared to before 2015. RTools revealed the most prominent journals, authors, and interests in the field. The co-occurrences map was constructed based on 208 keywords from 64 articles, where the keywords were required to appear once in the research. Interestingly, the keyword search yielded new concepts relatively unexplored in the risk disclosure field. The 13 clusters were generated, which contained 1987 total links and 1567 direct citations. Based on the scientific analysis discussion, corporate governance and risk disclosure is an interesting topic that has produced many publications. Applying research keywords arguably aided in producing and publishing papers in top journals. Despite the number of publications decreasing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the pandemic also presented new opportunities for future research.

1990년대 이후 인터넷 등 정보화기기의 급속한 발전 및 보급으로 디지털 디바이드(Digital Divide : 정보격차)는 정보화 사회의 주요 정치, 경제, 사회적 이슈로 떠올랐다. 또 정보격차 문제를 규명하고 이를 해결하기 위한 많은 정책적 노력과 학문적 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 지난 2000년부터 2011년까지 약 10년간 진행된 정보격차와 관련된 다양한 연구들을 체계적으로 정리하고자 했다. 이를 위해 Engineering Village 2(EV2) 데이터베이스를 활용, 정보격차와 관련된 기존 연구들에 대한 자료를 수집했으며 연구자가 설정한 기준에 따라 이를 분석하고 분석결과를 정리했다. 20여년 간의 관심과 지속적인 노력에도 불구하고 정보격차는 여전히 현재진행형인 이슈로 기존의 연구경향을 분석 정리한 본 연구는 향후 정보격차에 대한 후속연구에도 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As the activities of global enterprises have become more globalized and the labor movement among nations has increased, many studies have been carried out on the effective adjustment of expatriate managers. By examining the literature over the past 30 years on the adjustment of expatriate managers, this study identified major research trends and presented future research directions. While prior studies have often been cumbersome, time-consuming, and dependent on the researchers' subjective judgments, this study performs a bibliometric analysis using quantitative and visualized reference materials to provide a map showing the evolution process of existing research on the adjustment of expatriates. Using the CiteSpace program, this study conducted a bibliometric analysis of 517 papers focusing on major research trends, research countries, research institutions, authors, and journals. Study results found that the study of international adjustment was mainly focused on self-directed senders, attribution adaptations, and personal characteristics. The United States, Britain, and Australia were the most represented countries, while the most influential institutions included Aarhus University, the University of Wisconsin, and Hong Kong Baptist University. As one of the leading researchers, Selmer of Orhuss University published 19 papers, followed by Luring of Orhuss University. The Journal of International Business Studies (JIBs) most frequently featured studies of overseas expatriate adjustment.

The new AI based conversational chatbot, ChatGPT, launched in November 2022, is causing a stir. There are many opinions about this being a 'threat or a promise,' and thus it is important to understand what has been said about this tool and, based on the growing literature that has emerged on the subject, demystify its effective impact on society. To analyse this impact, a systematic literature review with the support of the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis protocol was used. The data, scientific documents, were collected using the main scientific databases - SCOPUS and Web of Science - and the results were presented based on a bibliometric and thematic exploration of content. The main findings indicate that people are increasingly using this chatbot in more diverse areas. Therefore, this study contributes at the practical level, aiming to enlighten people in general - both in professional and personal life - about this tool and its impacts. Also, it contributes at the theoretical level, which involves expanding understanding and elucidation of the impacts of ChatGPT in different areas of study.
