FRBR, as is new conceptual model of bibliography based on entity-relation model, direct to revision of AACR. OCLC and other bibliographic utility develop algorithm that cluster relative bibliographic records automatically, which were derived from one original work, and web-based prototype for FRBR browsing. But the state of domestic research level stay at conceptual reconsideration of FRBR model.7his study focused on analyzing FRBR algorithm and application of KORMARC database.

Information filtering for internet search, in which new information retrieval environment is given, is different from traditional methods such as bibliography information filtering, news-group and E-mail filtering. Therefore, we cannot expect high performance from the traditional information filtering models when they are applied to the new environment. To solve this problem, we inspect the characteristics of the new filtering environment, and propose a semantic-based filtering model which includes a new filtering method using WordNet. For extracting keywords from documents, this model uses the SDCC(Semantic Distance for Common Category) algorithm instead of the TF/IDF method usually used by traditional methods. The world sense ambiguation problem, which is one of causes dropping efficiency of internet search, is solved by this method. The semantic-based filtering model can filter web pages selectively with considering a user level and we show in this paper that it is more convenient for users to search information in internet by the proposed method than by traditional filtering methods.

Objective : Yayaoyuanfang(御藥院方) is a prescription book, compiled by Xu Guozhen(許國楨) in 1267. Yayaoyuanfang was published in Chosun dynasty as named as Singan Hyemin Eoyakwonbang. Therefore, we have interests in what are the differences in those two books. Method : We try to analyze two texts' differences by physical bibliography and comparing contents only in DamEum. Result : Those differences are the name, order, matria medica, effects, medicine dose, how to use and medicine processing of prescriptions. Conclusion : There are several differences between Yayaoyuanfang and Singan Hyemin Eoyakwonbang. However, Singan Hyemin Eoyakwonbang is not a full text so far, we need continuous studies on Yayaoyuanfang and Singan Hyemin Eoyakwonbang.

[Sinpyon-jejong-kyojang-chonglok] is a bibliography and subject catalog, called [Sokjangkyoung-catalog], which was introduced in Coryo dynasty. It was developed by [Degakguksa Yuichun] in 11th century(1090) and holds an important feature in Korean cataloging history as well as in the world cataloging history as the first [Sokjangkyoung-catalog]. This study investigates the entry description of [Kyojang-chonglok] and analyzes it in the contemporary perspective of Cataloging Rules. The study has found that the [Kyojang-chonglok] Follows the 'title main entry method'. Since the modern a n.0, pproach a n.0, pplies direct method which utilizes title, rather than indirect method which utilizes author name, we could safely assume that [Kyojang-chonglok] follows the modern principles such as standardization of cataloging and unification of bibliographical description. We could also extend our findings to conclude that [Sinpyon-jejong-kyojang-chonglok] created a foundation for modern 'title main entry system' such as ISBD and KCR3. Industrial design aiming the mutual benefit of both user and manufacturer demands grasping and analyzing the needa and wants of consumer for the establishrment of the optimum plan and production by attribute oriented approach. Inspite of its usefulness, however, it might be impossible to help industrial designers to develop a new product effectively without full understanding of industrial design activity in attributes of products and using the appropriate methodology for grasping the main attributes. This thesis is purposed for developing the guideline of research models of consumer for industrial design by studying characteristics of industrial design activity in attributes of products through bibliography and defining the clear limit of design research focused on consumer selection through comparison with real purchase decision making procedure at every phase. Through the observation and analysis of the real purchase decision making procedure following the proposed guideline, the possibility of difference between the two cases has been shown in both theoretical and practical aspects.

According to John Newman's Bibliography of Imaginative Works about American Fighting in Vietnam, there are 1370 entries up to 1996 which deal with the theme of Vietnam War in literature. Among various themes such as war and gender/race and ethnicity/class, this study makes an issue of the contiguity between femininity and death in Vietnam War novels written by Americans to investigate one of the bedrocks upon which the western civilization is founded. Female figures, especially Oriental females are seen as an emblem of death in the novels such as The Thirteenth Valley, Close Quarters, Body Count, and Bamboo Bed. It has been found out that this kind of death obsessive mode of thinking is deeply embedded in Western mentality and argued that its habitual mode needs to be changed.

Comprehensive bibliographic sources of Plecoptera systematics in Korea and Far East Russia were provided. Systematic status and distributional features of stoneflies in those areas were also discussed. Based on comprehensive type and non-type material examinations in those areas, new synonymies of Sweltsa colorata Zhiltzova and Levanidova, 1978 〔＝ Sweltsa nikkoensis (Okamoto), 1912〕 and Capnia KUa (Yoon and Aw, 1986)〔＝Paracapnia recta Zhiltzova, 1984〕 were established; and the following species were newly recorded from Korea: Taenionema aponicum (Okamoto), Paraleuctra cercia (Okamoto), Leuctra fusca (Linnaeus), Eucapnopsis stigmatica Okamoto, Paracapniarecta Zhiltzova, Nemoura jezoensis (Okamoto), Stavsolus japonicus (Okamoto), Isoperla flavescens Zhiltzova and Potikha, Alloperla joosti Zwick, A. rostellata (Klapalek) Sweltsa nikkoensis (Okamoto), and S. lepnevae Zhiltzova.

This paper proposes a refined electro-mechanical beam formulation. Lagrange-type polynomials are used to interpolate the unknowns over the beam cross section. Three- (L3), four- (L4), and nine-point(L9) polynomials are considered which lead to linear, bi-linear, and quadratic displacement field approximations over the beam cross-section. Finite elements are obtained by employing the principle of virtual displacements in conjunction with the Carrera Unified Formulation (CUF). The finite element matrices and vectors are expressed in terms of fundamental nuclei whose forms do not depend on the assumptions made. Additional refined beam models are implemented by introducing further discretizations, over the beam cross-section. Some assessments from bibliography have been solved in order to validate the electro-mechanical formulation. The investigations conducted show that the present formulation is able to detect the electro-mechanical interaction.

This report includes an extensive bibliography of research articles investigating various facets of rearing neonatal piglets using liquid diets, and includes historical publications dating back to the 1940's. However, in order to provide concise and timely focus for application in modem swine production, only a selected number of recent findings are reviewed in detail. Collectively, the data presented illustrate that growth of piglets fed liquid diets can greatly exceed that of littermates fed dry diets and can even exceed growth rates of sow-reared controls (by up to 160%). The central questions that remain unanswered are: 1) Can this improved performance be obtained routinely and economically under applied farm conditions? and if so, 2) Does improved growth during the early-weaning period translate into improved net economic returns overall? Unfortunately, due to the current practical management constraints related to liquid-diet feeding (i.e., lack of an easy-to-manage feed delivery system), limited data are available which examine the efficacy of liquid-diet feeding under practical, commercial farm conditions.
