1. Objectives This research is purposed to present developmental direction of traditional Korean medicine, through summarizing original medical mind of traditional Korean medicine. 2. Methods It was researched as bibliographic study with chief writings of traditional Korean medicine such as "DongEuiBoGam(東醫寶鑑)" and "Dongyi Suse Bowon(東醫壽世保元)" 3. Results and Conclusions (1) Huh Jun regarded Three Precious(三要: 精, 氣, 神) as important factors in Morpho-imaginary viewpoints. So he suggested finding out the pathological states according to the states of Three Precious. (2) As Huh Jun recognized that the essence(精) is the origin of the body, he suggested the medical mind of laying emphasis on the essence. And he suggested that circulating of the essence is important to health and longevity, which is different from previous trational medicne laying emphasis on the tonifying of five organs(五臟). (3) Dong-mu suggested diagnostic method that is to find out "Natural Principle of Organ(臟腑性理)" by observation of "Knowing-Acting(知行)" and "Morphological aspect and Temper(體形氣像)". And he suggested finding out pathological states according to states of "Good Qi of each constitution(體質正氣)". (4) Dong-mu recognized that the disease should be treated by recovering "Good Qi of each constitution" with both pharmacotherapy and non-pharmacotherapy. So he uggested the medical mind of laying emphasis on "Good Qi of each constitution", which is different from previous trational medicne laying emphasis on the tonifying of five organs. (5) To be brief, Huh Jun layed emphasis on the essence and Dong-mu layed emphasis on "Good Qi of each constitution". Emphasizing internal vitality which is applyed to treatment and prevention of disease is the original medical mind of traditional Korean medicine.

교육안전자원부에서는 학교별 자원공유와 상호대차 여건 조성, 단위 학교 데이터베이스 구축의 효율성 도모, 단위 학교 목록 데이터 입력 및 시스템 관리부담 경감 등을 목적으로 인터넷 기반 학교도서관 정보시스템을 구축 운영 중에 있다. 이 시스템은 기존의 MARC데이터는 물론 다양한 형식의 네트워크 자원을 수용하고 누구나 쉽게 적용할 수 있도록 더블린 코아(DC)를 기반으로 한 고유 메타데이터(DLS-I)를 사용하고 있다. 이는 데이터 구조의 간략화와 동시에 주제 영역의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 DC를 채택함으로써 학교도서관의 주요 서비스 중의 하나인 독서교육에 필요한 각종 데이터를 체계적으로 기술, 활용할 수 있는 여건이 조성되어 있음에도 불구하고 이를 고려하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 학교도서관 정보시스템은 서지적 요소이외에 독서 관련 정보를 체계적으로 기술해야할 필요성을 언급하고 독서 관련 데이터 요소를 추출하고 이를 인터넷 기반 학교도서관 정보시스템(DLS-I)에 추가, 확장 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

Based on recent 27 document, reported in Huang Ti Nei Ching, the following results concering the tongue and Tongue-acupuncture were obtained: 1. It was observed that the tongue has direct or indirect connection with the Heart meridian, the Liver meridian, the Spleen meridian, the Kidney meridian, the Triple energizer meridian and the Stomach meridian. 2. The Tongue-acupunccture, needlingon tongue, is one of new acupunctures treating general disorder and 31 acu-points have been found; 17 points on the upper part and 14 points on the lower part of the tongue. 3. The Tongue-acupuncture is employed by dividing the tongue into threeregions; Sangcho area(下焦穴), Jungcho area(中焦穴) and Hacho area(下焦穴). Each region cures its own corresponding symptoms. 4. The upper part of the tongue is divided into 4 regions by the sidelines along with Chuy Cheon(聚泉), So Jang Hyul(小腸穴) and Dae Jang Hyul(大腸穴). Sangcho area(上焦穴) includes Sim Hyul(心穴), Pye Hyul(肺穴), Sang Gi Hyul(上肢穴) and Jungcho area(中焦穴) includes Ui Hyul(胃穴), Bi Hyul(脾穴), Dam Hyul(膽穴) and Hacho area(下焦穴) includes Gan Hyul(肝穴), Bang Kwang Hyul(膀胱), Sin Hyul(腎穴) and the inner region includes Yim Hyul(陰穴), Ha Gi Hyul(下肢穴), on The lower part of the tongue, there are aec Hyul(額穴), Mok Hyul(目穴), Bi Hyul(鼻穴), I Hyul(耳穴), In Hu Hyul(咽喉穴) in contrast with the face above the center of the tongue as well as Gi Maek Hyul(支脈穴), Hae Chun Hyul(海泉), Gyum Gin Ok Aek(金津玉液), Seol Ha Hyul(舌下穴), Seol Gu(舌柱), Joa Chun Hyul(佐泉穴), Sin Gyun Hyul(神根穴), Jung Gu(中矩), Aek Bang Hyul(液旁穴). 5. The Tongue-acupuncture can be applied to the disease internal medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, gynecology, musculoskeletal system, symptomatology.

I reached following conclusion through a bibliographic study about the drug dependence. 1. The drug dependence is the case that taking drugs continually in order to get around discomfort and get mental drug efficacy. that is also the state of poisoning that shows compulsions that using all means to get drugs. the drug dependence is coincident with alcolism in Oriental Medicine. 2 Medicinal matters that causes the drug dependence consist of two field. one is licit drugs, including a tranquilizer, a sleeping pill, anti-anxiety drug, alcohol, caffeine, tobacco, etc. the other is illict drugs, including opium products, psychostimulant, a hallucinogen, aromatic agent(adhesives, LSD, etc.) 3. Drugs that causes dependences has the habit which causing mental dependences and the medicinal poisining which causing physical dependences. 4. A syndrome of abstain from the drug which rides on all kinds of drugs is analogous to depressive psychosis, epilepsy, insanity, depressive syndromes, disorder of internal organs, histery, dizziness, etc. 5. The drug dependence causes visceral dysfunction, that is chiefly inflammatory lesion of brain, heart lung etc. (inflammatory lesions os mainly due to infect.) and injuries liver which removes toxic agents and kidney which is an excretory organ. 6. The treatment of the drug dependence, which needs at first check the medical record and the syndrome, is consist of the expectant treatment and isolating treatment as a rule and sometimes mental therapeutics is going on at the same time. 7. The oriental medical cure of the drug dependence needs more concrete study.

Methods It was researched as bibliographic study with ${\ulcorner}$Sik Ryo Chan YO${\lrcorner}$ of the oldest Korean book concerned about a dietary treatment and ${\ulcorner}$Hyangyakjipseongbang(鄕藥集成方)${\lrcorner}$ ${\ulcorner}$Euibangyoochui(醫方類聚 )${\ulcorner}$ etc. 3. Results and Conclusions (1) ${\ulcorner}$Hae Dong Moon Hun Chong Rok(海東文獻總錄)${\lrcorner}$ misquoted ‘Five Vegetable(五菜)’ written in ${\ulcorner}$Sik Ryo Chan YO${\lrcorner}$ as 'One leaf(一葉)'. (2) The efficacy of persimmon, Mo Gwa, Oh Ga Pi(the root bark of various araliaceous shrubs), Crucian, Ju Du Kang, Watershied plant(Brassenia purpurea) in this book are the same or similar to those of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$Dongmu Yugo${\lrcorner}$. But some of them are represented as having different properities in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) and ${\ulcorner}$Sik Ryo Chan YO${\lrcorner}$. For example, dried persimmon is used for the treatment of deafness, Crucian for asthma and Song Jul(松節) for bruises in ${\ulcorner}$Sik Ryo Chan Yo${\lrcorner}$ but SCM. (3) This book doesn`t have a definite expression about Sasangin, but it contains documents of clinical cases. So it seems that this book would somewhat affect to SCM after ages.

1. 연구목적 사상의학(四象醫學)에서는 사상인(四象人)의 생리(生理), 병리(病理)의 원인이 희노애락(喜怒哀樂)으로 표현되는 성정(性情)의 작용으로 설명되어진다. 따라서 동의수세보원에 나타나 있는 희노애락(喜怒哀樂)으로서의 성정(性情)과 중국 조선철학에서의 성정(性情)에 관한 연관성을 찾아보고자 하는 것이 연구 목적이다. 2. 연구방법 먼저 중국철학에서의 성정(性情)개념의 변천과 의미를 고찰하고 그 다음 조선철학에서 성정(性情) 개념을 중심으로 한 논변(論辯)인 사단칠정론과 정제두의 양명학에서의 성정(性情)에 대해 고찰하였고 마지막으로 동의수세보원에서의 성정(性情)의 개념을 조사하였다. 3. 연구결과 이제마가 동의수세보원에 중국과 조선철학에서의 성정(性情)을 모두 포괄하면서 자신의 독특한 사심신물적(事心身物的)인 사고체계를 나타낸 것을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to apply the Trencadis images in Antony Gaudi's work to a design motive and thus provide a new concept for a knitwear design by combining double-knitted fabrics with patchwork applique, taping, stitching and quilting. This study examines the bibliographic text and precedent research related to Antony Gaudi and his works, and analyzes the historical background and formative and stylistic characteristics of Trencadis as it appeared in Gaudi's architectural works. Also this study also examines the characteristics of knitwear and knitting theory while exploring the formative elements and the combined techniques used in modern knitwear design through fashion magazines, medium images, and online sources. The results are as follows: First, Gaudi's work that applies a Trencadis technique has the characteristic of being creative, organic, and environmentally friendly. And in addition, its colorfulness inspires modern fashion design. Second, computerized knitting has been practiced in various ways and the fabrics knitted by both double-knitting jacquard and computerized knitting machines provide a new direction the creation of knitwear. A computerized knitting machine is especially effective for pictorial expression, and is suitable for showing the natural curve of the human body due to its sophistication. Third, as a result of applying a combined technique to the knitting of various fabrics, a combined or fusion design, which is a recent megatrend, is very effective for the design of knitwear while increasing its aesthetic value. Moreover, utilizing techniques that combine patchwork applique, taping, stitching and quilting will create higher value in knitwear. Lastly, with a project of applying combined techniques in the creation of knitwear, designers can become much more creative while taking their imagination much further.

이 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 어린이용 OPAC 디스플레이의 기능성 및 그에 관련된 검색 인터페이스의 특성을 분석하고, 그 개선방안을 제안하는 것이다. 청주기적의도서관, 노원어린이도서관의 OPAC과 미국 로스앤젤레스 공공도서관과 핀란드의 HelMet어린이용 OPAC을 대상으로 간략 및 상세검색 화면의 구조. 간략 디스플레이 서지레코드의 간략 및 완전 디스플레이, 다수 검색 결과와 검색 실패 시 디스플레이의 특성을 분석하였다. 이들의 특성은 IFLA의 'OPAC 디스플레이 지침(초안)'에서 제시된 38개 권장사항 및 Nielsen의 '이용자 인터페이스 디자인 원칙'을 참조하여 검토하였다. 청주기적의도서관과 노원어린이도서관 OPAC 디스플레이가 어린이들의 요구와 행태를 특별히 반영하지 않은 한편. LAPL은 매우 단순하고 시각적인 특성을 지닌 어린이용 OPAC을 제공했으며, HelMet 어린이용 OPAC도 상당히 단순하고 어린이용으로 조정된 특성을 보여주었다.

적합성 평가는 검색효율을 향상시키는데 있어서 중요한 요소이다. 또한 이미지의 검색과 이용이 인터넷과 디지털 정보기술의 발달로 인해 보편화되었음에도 불구하고 이미지 적합성 평가에 관한 연구는 미미한 상황이다. 본 연구는 이미지 검색 실패 사례에 나타난 비적합성 평가요소를 규명하고 특성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 총 135명의 대학생이 연구에 참여하였으며, 1,452건의 평가요소가 분석의 대상이 되었다. 기존의 연구에서 밝힌 평가요소를 포함하여 본 연구는 13종의 평가요소를 규명하였으며, 전체적으로 '주제적합성', '구성', '정확성', '시각적특성', '완전성', '심미적요소', '구도', '서지적요소', '인상', '자세', '얼굴특성', '새로움', '시대배경' 순의 비중으로 나타났다. 이중에서 '구성'과 '구도'는 본 연구에서 특징적으로 새롭게 규명한 평가요소이며, 기존의 연구에서 밝힌 '행동' 평가요소는 본 연구 데이터에서는 찾아볼 수 없었다. 또한 이러한 평가요소의 비중은 이용자가 지닌 이미지요구와 이용목적의 특성에 따라서 차이를 보였다.

We were trying to study the validity of Puffer fish's poison(Tetrodotoxin- TTX) to make a traditional Korean Medical treatment. The following conclusions were made after literary studies. 1. The first record of the puffer fish dates back 2000 years ago in the Chinese text Book of Mountain and Sea and other texts from the similar period. 2. Puffer fish's poison IS known as tetrodotoxin which is an amino perhydroquinazoline compound. It has a chemical formula of $C_{11}H_{17}N_3O_8$ in the hemiacetal structure and has the molecular weight of 319. 3. Tetrodotoxin (TTX) plays a role as potent neurotransmitter blocker by blocking the $Na^+$ -gate channel which hinders the influx of $Na^+$ ion into the cell. 4. Symptoms of the puffer fish poisoning ranges from blunted sense in the lips and tongue, occasional vomiting in the first degree to sudden descending of the blood pressure, apnea, and other critical conditions in the fourth degree. Intoxication of the puffer fish poison progresses at a rapid pace as death may occur after an hour and half up to eight hours in maximum. Typical death occurs after four to six hours. 5. Ways to treat the puffer fish poisoning include gastric irrigation, induce vomiting, purgation, intravenous fluid injection, and correcting electrolytic imbalance and acidosis. In cases of dyspnea, apply oxygen inhalation and conduct artificial respiration. 6. Tetrodotoxin (TTX) may be applied in treating brain disorders, ocular pain, excess pain in the large intestine and ileum, and relieving tension of the skeletal museles, neuralgia, rheumatism, arthritis, and etc. 7. In terms of Oriental medicine, the puffer fish poison has characteristics of sweet, warm, and poisonous. It's known efficacies are to tonify weakness, dispel damp, benefit the lower back, relieve hemorrhoid, kills parasites, remove edema, and so forth. And the puffer fish eggs processed with ginger are said to be effective against tuberculosis and lung cancer, thus, it's validity must be investigated and further research should be followed.
