It is fair to say that there are many ethical issues concerning the publication of medical papers. To define the best practice in the ethics of scientific publishing and a proper understanding of appropriate reporting in medical papers, this review should be useful for authors dealing with ethical issues which involve the protection of human and animal rights, the protection of confidentiality and informed consent, fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, author and authorship, copy right transfer, duplicate publication, conflict of interest, and dealing with misconduct cases.

Although the estimate of regression function is important, some have focused the variance estimation of error term in regression model. Different variance estimators perform well under different conditions. In many practical situations, it is rather hard to assess which conditions are approximately satisfied so as to identify the best variance estimator for the given data. In this article, we suggest SHM estimator compared to LS estimator, which is common estimator using in parametric multiple regression analysis. Moreover, a combined estimator of variance, VEM, is suggested. In the simulation study it is shown that VEM performs well in practice.

By examining the development process of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), there is a chance to optimize the organization and find measures to improve the company competitiveness. It seems examining task process, and studying the influence of ERP introduction to management performance by considering whether the excessive maintenance cost or repetitive investment toward ERP is quiet significant. The companies which instituted ERP uses "business process model" provided by "Best Practice" compare own task to choose much efficient method. This allows simultaneous realization of ERP institution and Business Reengineering (BR).

컴퓨터 포렌식은 사고와 관련된 시스템을 조사해 범죄에 이용된 증거를 수집해 입증하는 분야이다. 국내에서는 아직 증거수집에 대한 프로세스가 공개되지 않고 있는데, 그 이유는 일반기업에서 해당 업무를 수행할 권한이 없기 때문이다. 이에 반해 해외의 경우, 해당 프로세스에 대한 'Rfc3227(http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3227.txt)' 지침이 마련돼 있으며, 이것은 IETF(The Internet Engineering Task Force)의 BCP(Best Current Practice)로 등록돼 있는 표준화 절차다. 이는 증거수집 및 보관이라는 업무가 반드시 사법적인 권한을 가지고 수행해야 하는 업무가 아니라, 사고가 발생한 시스템에 대한 원인을 파악하고 재발 방지를 위한 목적을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 위와 같은 목적으로 국내에서는 딱딱한 컴퓨터 포렌식이 아닌 현업에게 활용 가능한 컴퓨터 포렌식에 대해 정리해 보고자 한다.

Chonggang Kim Younghoon is a person who cannot be dropped out in speaking of contemporary Korean history. "Susehyunsuh" is very meaningful since it's his early work. It was written in winter of 1904, and it was written to adjust all his medical knowledge so far, before he started lectures after appointment to a professor at Dongje medical school. In general, it's chaptersd are in form of poetry and a characteristic of the edition is that it's in the best use of searching the text for clinical practice. The content is basically sorted from "Euihakyipmun" and "Donguibogam", but prescriptions are mostly referred from Chosun medical books of those days.

Loin pain haematuria syndrome (LPHS) is an uncommon clinical entity that has divided renal physicians, pain practitioners, and even psychiatrists since its initial description. A relative paucity of data exists regarding the condition, with best practice guidelines lacking amid the existing threads of anecdotal experiences and variable follow-up observations. The aim of this article was to review the cumulative published experience of pain relief strategies for LPHS.

The global metal injection moulding industry is getting mature. The technology is on its way to grow from a niche technology to a widely accepted manufacturing process. This paper addresses the latest technological trends in MIM. Challenges in materials development as well as the current limits of the technology are discussed. Trends in processing like 2-component injection moulding and micro injection moulding are presented. The basis of modem risk-based safety management is to focus on what might happen and ensure it is designed out of the system by robust hazard identification and risk analysis. However, in the real world things go wrong and it is essential to be prepared for the worst so that the response can minimise harm and loss of property and damage to the environment. Whilst some hazard mitigation measures are aimed at preventing incidents, others are venting escalation. The results of the tests concluded that the most effective means by the control room, both with and without, local station staff assistance using directive public address announcements and CCTV surveillance.
