직무스트레스 반응이 인적과오에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Job Stress Responses on Human Error)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between job stress and human error, and the moderating effect of age and maintenance type on the relationship between job stress and human error in maintenance personnel. Based on the responses from 450 maintenance personnels, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that physiological and psychological stress responses have positively related with human error. In moderating effect test, age appeared to impact on the relationship between physiological/behavioral stress and human error.

국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도와 무리행동에 관한 연구: 계획된 행동이론을 중심으로 (A Study on Participation Intention and Herd Behavior on Domestic Securities Type Crowdfunding Investors: Focusing on the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 계획된 행동이론을 바탕으로 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인들의 영향력을 확인하고, 참여 의도와 지각된 행동통제가 투자자의 무리행동에 미치는 영향을 간접효과 분석을 포함하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 연구 결과를 통해 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자들의 투자 행태를 이해하고 관계 당사자들에게 동 제도 활성화 및 투자자 보호를 위한 각종 정책 및 사업계획 수립에 도움을 주기 위함이다. 본 연구 수행을 위해 증권형 크라우드펀딩에 투자한 경험이 있거나 관심이 있는 잠재 투자자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 총 276부의 응답지를 받았다. 이 중 부적합 응답을 제외한 총 261명의 설문이 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 및 Amos 22.0 통계 패키지를 통한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 계획된 행동이론의 주요변인 중 태도와 주관적 규범은 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 간접효과 분석 결과 참여의도는 태도, 주관적 규범과 무리행동 사이에서 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 계획된 행동이론에서 행동의도의 주요 변인으로 제시된 지각된 행동통제는 참여의도에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 비유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 대신 무리행동에는 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 투자자들이 증권형 크라우드펀딩에 쉽게 참여할 수 있다고 지각하고 있더라도 증권형 크라우드펀딩은 손실위험이 큰 초기창업기업에 대한 투자행위이기 때문에 참여의도에는 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 보인다. 한편 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자는 실제 투자행동을 할 때 플랫폼에서 제공되는 펀딩 진행정보를 일종의 신호로 보고 다수의 다른 투자자를 모방하여 무리행동을 한다는 것을 실증적으로 확인하였다는 점에서 그 의미가 크다고 본다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도와 무리행동에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인들을 실증적으로 확인함으로써 향후 크라우드펀딩 감독기관의 정책 수립이나 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼 사업자의 사업계획 및 활성화 방안 수립 등에 유의미한 연구 결과로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

독신 미혼와 기혼의 세탁기 사용 형태 비교 분석 (An Analysis and Comparison of the Single and the Married: Their form of Using the Washing Machine)

  • 주5일제 근무 및 다양한 문화가 급격히 도입함에 따라 가치관이 변하고 있으며 이는 제품사용행태에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구는 독신 미혼 과 기혼을 대상으로 세탁기 사용 행태와 세탁기 구입 시 주요요인을 비교 분석하여 새로운 소비자로 급부상하고 있는 독신 미혼들을 위한 세탁기 상품개발에 있어 중요한 기초 자료로 활용 할 것을 목적으로 한다. 설문지를 조사도구로 사용하여 빈도분석과 요인분석(Factor Analysis)을 실시하였다. 독신 미혼의 세탁기 구입 시 중요요인으로는 기술 중심의 경제성, 용량, 디자인, 종류, 브랜드, 기능, 6가지가 있음을 알았으며, 기혼은 가격과 기술 중심의 경제성, 사용 편의성, 용량, 기능, 종류에 따른 색상, 광고에 따른 특별 기능, 6가지 중요요인이 있음을 알았다. 경제성 부분에서 기혼은 독신 미혼 보다 더 세탁기의 가격을 중요시하고, 전체적인 경제성의 수치도 미혼은 기혼에 비해 낮은 편이고, 독신 미혼은 세탁기의 특정한 브랜드를 기혼 보다 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 기혼의 경우는 광고 및 선전을 통해 여러 상황에 맞춰 구입하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 세탁기 상품개발에 있어 특정소비자를 위한 중요한 자료로 활용 가능하다.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect on a patient with bulimia nervosa-purging type and depression according to the oriental medical treatment and cognitive-behavioral therapy. In this case, a 28 year-old female patient had a binge eating and reward behaviors for 2 years. This patient was treated with acupunture therapy, Soyo-san for 5 months after cognitive-behavioral therapy for 12 sessions(2 times a week). The result of this research showed that bulimia nervosa with depression was improved by our treatment.

  • The purpose of this research is to improve exhibition effectiveness by implementing hands-on exhibition technique that best provides adults with cultural resting place and children with outdoor education which simply supports school curriculum. By completing this research, the museum of natural history will become defined innovative as a place that enables people actively develop creativity For this sake, some of domestic natural science museums were selected as the samples in this study, such as Seodaemun of Natural History, Incheon Standing Science Pavilion and Daejeon National Science Museum, Which all produce experience-based exhibition in relatively brisk manner. First of all, this study attempted to identify the traffic line and behavioral characteristics of spectators who used experience-oriented exhibition through follow-up and observational study Then it divided samples into adults and children group to compare and analyze the ratio of using exhibitions, the ratio of spectators and the sojourn time according to the type of experience-oriented exhibitions. In addition, this study attempted to collect available data about spectators who were in conversation with one another on the other hand, it also attempted to determine any effects on using experience-based exhibition by performing a questionnaire survey, so that it might set up an index for behavioral characteristics the spectators who visit such exhibition.

의류 브랜드 온라인 커뮤니티에 대한 몰입이 브랜드에 대한 심리적 일체감 및 행동적 반응에 미치는 영향 (Psychological and Behavioral Outcomes of Commitment to Apparel Brand Online Community)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify psychological and behavioral outcomes of commitment to apparel brand community by test structural equation model. Subjects of 317 members for 9 selected apparel communities responded the questionnaire in the home-page or in the attached file. The results were as follows: 1) The suggested structural equation mode was accepted by data from apparel brand communities with hish brand strength(${\chi}^2=97.42$, d.f.=89, p=0.25, GFI=0.92, AGFI=0.88, RMR=0.05, NFI=0.94). However, this model wasn't accepted by data kom apparel brand communities with low brand strength. 2) Three types of commitment to brand community(emotional, continuous and normative commitments) influenced brand identification positively and brand identification positively influenced three types of behavioral outcomes(favorable word-of-mouth, co-production and repurchase of brand). Therefore, managements need to develop marketing programs to promote each type of commitment to their's own brand community.

패스트푸드점에서 대학생들의 행동의도에 미치는 음식서비스 불평처리의 영향 평가 (Measuring the Effect of Foodservice Related Complaint Handling on University Students' Behavioral Intent in Fast Food Restaurant)

  • The aim of this study was to test the behavioral intent-based model of the foodservice related complaint handling. Accordingly, this study examined the effects of complaint handling on the university students' behaviort based on the word-of-mouth intent and repurchase intent. The findings from this study were as follows. KMO and Bartlett's test statistics showed the data fit factor analysis. The factor loadings, eigenvalues, % of variance, and communalities showed that the convergent validity was supported, the average variance extracted estimates and shared variance showed that the discriminant validity is supported, and composite alpha showed that the internal consistency was supported. It was found that some of main effects on the word-of-mouth intent and the repurchase intent were significant. It was found that some of interactional effects of the complaint type, the degree of correction effort, and the satisfaction with the complaint handling were significant. Overall, the results provide some insights into the types of foodservice related complaint handling strategies or the tactics that can be effectively employed by operators who manage complaint handling for customers dining at fast food restaurants.

다단식 산란계 사육시설에서의 산란계 행동변화 (Behavioral Changes of Laying Hens in an Aviary System)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the behavioral changes of laying hens in an aviary system. In this study, 500 laying hens (Hyline brown) were held in an aviary system in a open-type poultry house. The behaviors of laying hens were recorded using CCD cameras and a digital video recorder. The data were scanned every 2 min to obtain an instantaneous behavioral sample. In the behaviors of laying hens, 'Feeding' and 'Drinking' increased from 3 d placing chick and stabilized after 5 d placing chick. 'Perching' increased from 19:00 to 05:00, while 'Nest visiting' increased from 06:00 to 18:00. 'Aggressive behavior' decreased gradually after 5 d placing chick. These results suggest that the behaviors of laying hens are changed rapidly for about 5 days after placing chick and the behaviors of the laying hens are almost stabilized at 5 d placing chick.

서비스실패에 대한 회복공정성과 만족, 행동의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Recovery Justice, Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention of Service Failure)

  • The purpose of this study is to prove that the approprlate fit between service failure and recovery strategy can effciently maximize customer satisfaction and behavioral intention, by using prepared scenario through comprehensive approach concerning how the expectation level about service recovery has influences on perceived fairness, satisfaction and behavioral intention of servlce recovery based upon size in case of service failure. This study has been conducted by way of selection of filling-up type questionnaires for customers themselves who have experience in service failure out of customers who can easily visit family and hotel restaurants, that is, domestic restaurants in Seoul area, June ~ August 2004, by setting factorial design of 2(control, severeness) ${\times}$ 3(distributive fairness, procedural fairness, mutual relational fairness) ${\times}$ 2(customer satisfaction, customer behavior). The survey was performed on the customers who visited common restaurants, family restaurants, hotel restaurants, etc. mainly in Seoul, and total 600 sheets of questionnaires were distributed and 496 sheets of them were returned(82.67% of return ratio).

청소년의 이성교제에 따른 사회심리적 특성 비교 (The Comparison of Psycho-Social Environment Between Adolescents With and Without Romantic Partners)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of Psycho-social environments by the variables of sex and type of school. Subjects in this study were consisted of 1.011 adolescents drawn from 11 high schools in Cheongiu city and Choeongwon gun. For data analysis. t-test and three-way ANOVA were conducted by SPSSWIN program. This results were as following: Boys' high school students who having romantic partners had lower school adjustment and behavioral adjustment than those without romantic partners. Girls' high school students who having romantic Partners had lower peer relationships and behavioral adjustment than those without romantic partners. Also. regardless of school types. students with romantic Partners had lower school adjustment and behavioral adjustment than those without romantic partners. In an academic high school. students with romantic Partners had negative family relationships. whereas in commercial high school. students with romantic partners had Peer relationships more negatively than those without romantic Partners. This results suggest that adolescents' romantic partners be important factor of social-Psychological development. Especially. romantic partnership would be critical to induce problem behavior such as maladjustment and negative relationships in the environments of family and school.
