Results: First, relationship marketing had a positive influence on relationship quality. Second, relationship marketing had a positive influence on behavioral intention. Third, relationship quality had a positive influence on behavioral intention. Conclusions: Results showed that relationship marketing had a positive influence on relationship quality and behavioral intention. Moreover, relationship quality had a positive influence on behavioral intention. These findings indicate a positive function of relationship marketing in building psychological and behavioral outcomes in the context of children sport industry. • Purpose: Consumers can experience better service for distribution of products with payment technology such as QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) compared to conventional purchase methods. This research aims to determine the experience of QRIS service users in Indonesia. Perceived Usefulness, Ease of Use, and Perceived Security were independent factors. Behavioral Intention to Use is the dependent variable. Furthermore, Word of Mouth Attitude is an intervening variable. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Involving active QRIS users in a survey-based quantitative study in Indonesia. A survey sample of 400 people was taken from data records of 30.87 million QRIS users in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results: Show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use significantly impact Attitudes Word of Mouth, and Behavioral Intention to Use. This research also found that Behavioral Intention to Use does not significantly impact Perceived Security. Conclusion: QRIS, as a revolutionary innovation, offers faster payments than previous methods, with a payment time of no more than one minute. QRIS is seen as valuable, simple, and safe, disseminating information to the public and continuing to use QRIS. The implications of this research are very significant in accelerating the flow of distribution of goods and services and facilitating transactions.

  • It is appropriate and useful to interpret some product classification schemes as buyer behavior models; such classifications permit investigations of discrepancies between classification predictions and actual buyer behavior. We review existing product classifications and identify underlying behavioral assumptions of various classification schemes that have been used in the marketing discipline for more than nine decades. Recognizing the irrelevance of existing product classifications for current products, we propose a new reclassification framework by incorporating transparency concepts. Based on this extended product classification, we highlight the potential roles of product classification study as an important link between consumer research and marketing strategy, emphasizing behavioral implications.

  • Purpose - We seek feasible strategies to draw customers into a state of attitudinal/behavioral loyalty through perceived quality and perceived risk in the experienced food industry. Research design, data, and methodology - We utilize the LISREL model to examine the cause and effect relationships between customer loyalty, perceived quality, perceived risk, and three marketing proposals (brand image, store image, and promotion). We employed the quota sampling method to conduct the survey questionnaires, collecting365 effective customer samples in coffee shops/stores in Taipei City. Results - We find that store image substantially benefits consumer loyalty through perceived quality. Marketing managers can enhance store environment and atmosphere to elicit both attitudinal and behavioral aspects of customer-perceived quality and loyalty. Conclusions - This is the first paper to investigate simultaneously customer loyalty across brand image, store image, and promotion/marketing proposals in the food industry. Managers can promote brand image and store image at the same time to enhance customer-perceived quality.

  • Despite the well-known predictive power of Dirichlet model on customer loyalty, deviations of share of category requirement (SCR) predicted by Dirichlet model from actual SCR have been repeatedly reported. It has been shown that these deviations can be systematically explained by some factors such as brand's market share, product positioning strategy, purchase volume and retail marketing mix strategies. Presuming that brand equity would be additional sources of these deviations, current study assesses the incremental predictive power of brand equity by using over 4,000 brand-level observations for the consumer packaged goods industry in the U.S. Our model estimations indicate that brands that exhibit higher brand equity enjoy excess loyalty, with the primary driver being volume premium, rather than price premium. Overall, our findings support the notion that idiosyncratic brand properties can explain excess behavioral loyalty, a notion that is in stark contrast with the Dirichlet view of the world: brand equity does not exist.

  • This study assessed the effect of color marketing in the RTD coffee industry in Korea. In order to investigate the effect of color marketing, this study measured the characteristics of color marketing as well as brand image and attitude in accordance with behavioral intention to purchase. Data were collected using questionnaires, and a total of 310 questionnaires were distributed with 298 entered for data analysis. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation, and multiple regression analysis were tested using SPSS. A total of seven factors were extracted, including brand attitude, purchase intention, association, identification, brand awareness, symbolism, and attention. Significances were found between brand awareness and identification (p<0.001) and attention (p<0.001). In the relationship between characteristics of colors and brand attitude, significances were found in identification (p<0.001), attention (p<0.001), and association (p<0.001). Further, brand attitude and brand awareness had a significant positive effect on purchasing intention of RTD coffee. Results of this study suggested that color marketing is a good marketing tool to persuade potential consumers to purchase RTD coffee based on brand attitude and brand awareness.

  • Purpose: This study used the SORmodel (or cue utilization theory) to examine the impact of expanded quality factorsincluding product quality on customer satisfaction, attitude, and behavioral loyalty. This study examined the moderating effect of gender on the customer satisfaction-attitudinal and behavioral loyalty relationship. Research design, data, and methodology: 364 respondents were collected through an online survey and analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program. Results: The findings show that product quality, along with system quality and service quality, are key determinants of customer satisfaction. In addition, this study shows that the relationship between customer satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty (repurchase and word-of-mouth intention) does not differ depending on gender, but the relationship between customer satisfaction and behavioral loyalty (share-of-visit and share-of-wallet) is stronger for women than for men. Conclusions: This research integrates concepts from environmental psychology and marketing focusing on website quality (information, system, service, and product), as well as satisfaction, attitudinal and behavioral loyalty. Online shopping mall practitioners must systematically analyze and assess the quality of online shopping, a pivotal factor driving customer satisfaction, attitude, and behavioral loyalty. Acknowledging the influence of gender on consumers' online purchasing behavior can aid online retailers in devising tailored e-commerce marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining customers.

  • This study confirms how brand experiences perceived by consumers in the metaverse affect their pleasure and behavioral intentions (intention to use the platform, and purchase the virtual product). The results of this study are as follows. First, consumers have sensory, affective, behavioral, and intellectual experiences while interacting with fashion brands in the virtual space of the metaverse. Second, in the metaverse, consumers experience pleasure when they have various brand experiences including those mentioned above. Third, the pleasure gained through consumers' brand experiences has a positive effect on their behavioral intentions, including their intentions to use the platform and purchase the virtual product in the metaverse. This study is academically meaningful in strengthening brand experience-related research and expanding into the metaverse context through empirically verifying the influence of consumers' brand experiences on pleasure in the metaverse. Also, related fashion companies will be able to use the results of this study to strategically create consumers' sensory, affective, behavioral, and intellectual experiences to elicit pleasant emotions from consumers in the virtual space of the metaverse.
