Courier and logistics services such as customer contact employees (customer-contact employee) of the attitudes and behavior of the customer satisfaction level of service quality evaluation and a very big impact. In this study, using a typical customer contact employees, and to target the delivery service industry employees the organization's service orientation and customer orientation by examining the impact on the quality of companies within the organization for growth and development needs and the importance of service orientation will be trying out for. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the chief executive of the organization to configure a service orientation and a detailed understanding of the factors that determine this by managing the organization to effectively come up with a way to make and ultimately the organization's service orientation, organizational culture can be positioned as effort should be taken. Second, service companies through regular training and education to maintain a certain level of service quality should be. Third, the service organization's service orientation is not a fad or a means of sustain and develop the company's survival strategy is to get out. To do this, good communication between the field and management can be achieved by a variety of channels to be established, and management's willingness to provoke sympathy for the employees should be provided.

The world views the sea newly for the supplementation of the limited land resources and extension of the national territory especially the sea is changing from the period of the free availability to that of the sea control y the coastal nations in step with the announcement of the marine laws in November 16.1994. Therefore Korea is changing strang fisheries nation the fact is that korea cannot effectively cope with changing fisheries situation and various fisheries difficulties because the fisheries policy system is dispersed to each parts of the government. Therefore I tried to present a theoretical basis by studying in the fisheries administration organization. As facing the challenges from many competitors, the Office of Korea Postal Service has issued the fundamental plan of business renovation which includes the master plan of the information systems. In this paper we discuss the design of a to-be information system for postal service, which will be provided for the completion of the master plan. After briefly discussing the issues on developing information system and the current situation, we provide the design concept and the framework of the to-be system based on the bench marking and gap analysis with advanced systems. The to-be system consists of eight subsystems which can be grouped into three categories; intelligent systems, operational systems, and platforms. We develop detailed specification of each subsystem and provide an operational scenario. We also explain how the to-be system compatibly fits into an integrated information system, which will include the postal, banking, and management functions, to perform its ultimate role for the efficient postal service.

Custom-tailored products always vary their sizes and shapes to satisfy the customers' tastes and requirements but they have to be fabricated as fast as possible when ordered. One way to solve this problem is to prepare several representative products in advance and each custom-tailored product is generated by machining the closest representative product. To realize this approach, it would be necessary to be able to group the products into several groups each of which has a representative product. Once the similar products are identified to be grouped, the representative shape can be generated such that all the products in the group can be made by machining the representative product. The custom-tailored products considered in this work have similar shapes but different sizes. Since these products have free surfaces, that are hard to be compared, their convex hulls are used for the grouping. Among all the products to be grouped, one product is chosen as a base shape. The shape and overall similarity values between the base shape and the remaining shapes are calculated as their convex hulls are rotated virtually. By calculating these similarity values at each rotation, the optimal alignment of the reference shape with respect to the base shape is determined. Overall similarity value at this optimal alignment is used as a measure for grouping. A prototype system based on the proposed methodology has been implemented and used to group the shoe-lasts for custom-tailored shoes.

A transitional trend of architectural elements which would happen naturally in a building may be a cue to the changes of the times. In this respect, this study is to investigate the transformation of types of windows and doors with the full-openable bay size in Korean Buddhist Temples and search for transitional process on types of windows and doors according to the flow of the times. As the results of this study, the following conclusion could be obtained. 1. The type of bunhap(connected door frame) Deul E-Yul-Gae doors + Deul E-Yul-Gas (life up) single windows would be changed from windows of a bay just beside a on the transition that the whole would be altered into the same type. 2. The type of Bunhap (connected door frame)Deul E-Yul-Gae doors + Bunhap (connected door frame) Deul E-Yul-Gae doors would be changed into Bunhap swinging doors that the whole of windows and doors could be opend very easily. 3. The type of Bunhap swinging doors + Bunhap swinging doors would be seen in the transition that windows and doors would be altered separately due to the exchange from window and doors of one of a middle bay or a bay just beside a middle bay to swinging doors and etc.

Representing all the parts of human body visible to fit into the script, it can be told that real make-up has been done. Based on the point of view. it will be different from others. To become the beautiful, beauty make-up has to be done, however, to be someone described in the script or any other factions after analyzing characters of being represented, special make-up fits into that category. In the special make-up, there are two different pins: one is 2 dimension make-up which is describing images using dots, lines and colors and other is 3 dimension which will include necessary shapes to figure. Even though there seems to be different between modern technologies and handy work, since accurate measures and graphics have to be used to make perfect character describes in the script, more investments and studies than before have to be made. Real attraction of 3 dimension make-up is building up the images and shapes using unseen abstract images having analyzing characters. It will be decided in the working process called modeling. As having distinguished this part from other make-ups as named prosthetics make-up, proposing means and measures of prosthetics make-up will actually help the others who are studying make-up.

Futurism can be defined as a movement in the early 20th century founded by Italian writer Marinetti apposing to traditional and conservative art. Though its life as a movement seemed to be fairly short, it can be said that the very essence of futurism can be seen whenever there is radical change in our society such as the information revolution. Even though the information revolution has brought us many positive improvements our life including art and design, lately there are also discussions about the defects in our life. Ron Arad may be considered as a designer and artist whose intentions and expressions are very similar to those of futurism. This study investigates concepts, meanings, and expressions of futurism in art history and then those of Ron Arad's shown in interior design projects. By examining selected project examples the author defined that rather than optimistic viewpoints, avant-garde and technological aspects were found to be strong in symbolic qualities. As for expressive qualities, dynamism and continuity appeared to be Ron Arad's unique expressions, very similar to those of futurism on the other hand, purity and temporarily were found less. It is hoped that the study may be a help in better understanding futuristic qualities of Ron Arad, one of the radical and experimental designers of our age.

In Korea, the importance of keeping the see transportation facilities and well-trained maritime officers cannot be overemphasized, because of her geographical location and the national security in terms of both political and economical situations. In this paper, some points are suggested for the development of the nautical education in Korea Maritime University: (1) the strict regimental training should be kept as a vital important part of students life and its program should be designed to provide students with leadership training and experience, and to develope in the qualities of responsibilities for good citizenship and self-discipline to overcome hardwork for careers as leaders in Korea maritime industry. And therefore the dormitory and training vessel as essential parts of the educational facilities should be improved both in quality and quantity, (2) the undergraduate course should be extended to more than 5 years so that accredited baccalaureate curriculum and licensing professional education might be well conducted to meet the requirements to cope with the international competition in the facet of seafarers quality, (3) more enlarging the opportunities of incentive payments for students is required so that better qualified applicants can be admitted, (4) finally, a conjugal maritime officer service system should be put into practice in the foresseable furture so that seafarers might live normal family lives while staying at sea.

Objective : The objective of this study is to enlarge the range of treating which understanding taech'u acupoint(GVl4) can be applied to by inspecting and analyzing documentary records about taech'u acupoint(GVl4). Method : Various contents about taech'u acupoint(GVl4) can be inquired into through investing and analyzing 41 kinds of documentary records ranging from old books to contemporary materials. Results : 1. The spot of taech'u acupoint(GVl4) is under the process of the 7th cervical vertebral. 2. Taech'u acupoint(GVl4) can be found in two positions which can be posturized by a patient. One is a position in which a patient lies on his/her face. The other is a position in which a patient sits up straight with his/her head bent. 3. The depth of acupuncturing can be varied from 3 puns to 2 chons. 4. The amount of moxa can be varied from 3 jangs to 60 jangs. 5. To treat throush taech'u acupoint(GVl4) can lower fever, relieve a state of oversensitiveness, and let vitality flown. Conclusions : The range of treating through taech'u acupoint(GVl4) can be chronic wasting diseases, neuropsychotic diseases, feverish diseases, respiratory diseases, and diseases which can be around taech'u acupoint(GVl4).

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of BeHaS exercise program on the upper body function(muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility) in middle-aged women. Method: Middle-aged women were recruited in the community the study was conducted from August 2005 to December 2005. Twenty-two experimental subjects were selected from P area, eighteen control subjects were selected from A area. The experimental group carried out the program two times a week for 12 weeks. Muscle strength(grip strength, pinch strength), muscle endurance (push-up), flexibility were measured. Data were analyzed with $x^2$-test, t-test, and ANCOVA using SPSS WIN 11.5. Results: 1) Left grip strength and right pinch strength of the experimental group were significant differences after the BeHaS exercise program. 2)Muscle endurance of the experimental group(t=3.14, p=0.015) was significant difference after the BeHaS exercise program. 3) Left and right flexibility showed no significant differences after the BeHaS exercise program. Conclusion: The results suggest that BeHaS exercise program would partially improve upper body function of middle-aged women. Further studies are necessary in order to determine the effects of flexibility after BeHaS exercise program.
