Some properties of filters are studied with respect to a congru-ence of BE-algebras. The notion of θ-filters is introduced and these classes of filters are then characterized in terms of congruence classes. A bijection is obtained between the set of all θ-filters of a BE-algebra and the set of all filters of the respective BE-algebra of congruences classes.

The concept of weak implicative filters is introduced in BE-algebras. Some characterizations of weak implicative filters are derived in terms of filters of a BE-algebra. Fuzzification is applied to the class of weak implicative filters. Some properties of fuzzy weak implicative filters are studied with respect to fuzzy relations and homomorphisms. The notion of triangular normed fuzzy weak implicative filters is introduced in BE-algebras and their properties are studied.

Valence or core electron excitations induced by Synchrotron radiation (SR) irradiation and ensuing chemical reactions can be applied for semiconductor processes i, e, deposition etching and modifications of thin film materials. Unique selectivity can be achieved by this photochemical reactions in deposition and etching. Some materials can be ecvaporated by SR irradiation which can be utilized for low temperature surface cleaning of thin films. Also SR irradiation significantly lowers the reaction temperature and photon activated surface reactions can be utilized for direct writing or projection lithography of electronic materials. This technique is especially effective in making nanoscale feature size with abrupt and well defined interfaces for next generation electronic devices.

"In summary, the freezing facilitty manufacturing industry has a bright prospects for further development. So followings are recommended: 1) The import restriction policy should be continued to expand the demand for the 10callT manufactured facilities, 2) Training of local people and import of advanced technologies should be encouraged 3) The capacities of the local manufacturing industry should be expanded to meet the: increasing demand for the facilities, 4) Further incentives should be affered to the freezing & cold storage sector for the repla¬cement of the worm-out facilities 5) The marketing channel of marine products should be reorganized into ""cold-chain system"" by providing a legislative supports."

In this paper, we introduce the notions of Smarandache weak BE-algebra, Q-Smarandache filters and Q-Smarandache ideals. We show that a nonempty subset F of a BE-algebra X is a Q-Smarandache filter if and only if $A(x,y){\subseteq}F$, which A($x,y$) is a Q-Smarandache upper set The relationship between these notions are stated and proved.

This paper describes an efficient optimization algorithm by calculating sensitivity function for power system stabilization. In power system, the dynamic performance of exciter, governor etc. following a disturbance can be presented by a nonlinear differential equation. Since a nonlinear equation can be linearized for small disturbances, the state equation is expressed by a system matrix with system parameters. The objective function for power system operation will be related to the system parameter and the initial state at the optimal control condition for control or stabilization. The object function sensitivity to the system parameter can be considered to be effective in selecting the optimal parameter of the system.

Let D be an integral domain, X be an indeterminate over D, D[X] be the polynomial ring over D, and D(X) be the Nagata ring of D. Let [d] be the star operation on D[X], which is an extension of the d-operation on D as in [5, Theorem 2.3]. In this paper, we show that D is a sharp domain if and only if D[X] is a [d]-sharp domain, if and only if D(X) is a sharp domain.

In this paper we study properties of commutative BE-algebras and we give the construction of quotient (X/I; *, I) of a commutative BE-algebra X via an obstinate ideal I of X. We construct upper semilattice and prove that is a nearlattice. Finally we define and study commutative ideals in BE-algebras.

This paper deals with how system dynamics can be used as a methodology for policy critics. First of all, I discuess conditions that is required as a methodoogy of policy critics. A methodology for policy critics should be ease to be uderstood by lay people. It can be produced within limited time and have high relevancy to the policy reality. By reviewing some examples and literatures, I propose that system dynamics can meet these requirements and thus can be a promising tool for policy critics.
