Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify factors related to unmet dental care needs among Korean youth, enhance the utilization of dental services by adolescents, furnish basic data for youth-oriented dental projects, and improve access to medical care. Methods: The analysis utilized combined data from the basic and oral databases from the 6th (2013-2015), 7th (2016-2018), and 1st year of the 8th (2019) National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Results: The factors influencing unmet dental care needs were gender, age, household income level, and health insurance. Statistically significant results were observed in relation to the type of dental clinic, recent visits to a dental hospital, experiences of toothache within the past year, subjective oral health status, occurrences of permanent dental caries, and engagement in orthodontic treatment. Conclusions: When formulating future national policies and projects, it is imperative to consider the factors and underlying reasons for the unmet dental care needs of adolescents. It is also necessary to establish oral health policies and institutional measures tailored to the dental care of adolescents.

라이프스타일은 사회전체 또는 사회의 일부 구성원들이 공통으로 가지고 있는 생활양식이므로 소비자 행동을 이해하는 중요한 변수이다. 이에 본 연구는 모바일게임 이용자의 라이프스타일과 게임 지속사용의도 간의 관계를 파악하고자 한국과 중국의 20세 이상 성인 모바일게임 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며 수집된 데이터는 통계패키지 프로그램인 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 설문에 참석한 인원은 총 212명으로 성별의 비율은 남성과 여성이 50 대 50이고 국적은 대한민국 107명, 중국 105명이다. 연구결과 첫째, 라이프스타일을 고려하지 않는다면, 남자일수록, 대한민국 국적이 아닐수록(중국 국적일수록) 지속사용의도가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 모바일게임 사용자의 라이프스타일 중 도전추구, 유행추구, 보수 및 과시형은 게임의 지속사용의도에 중요한 원인변수가 될 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 라이프스타일의 영향력은 개인의 성별이나 국적에 따라 다르다는 것과 연관 지어 설명할 수는 없다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 중국 모바일게임 시장에 진출하고자 하는 기업과 정부 정책의 전략적 방안 수립을 위한 기초 자료로 제공하고자 한다.

본 논문은 지방에 소재하고 있는 지역 공과대학의 공학소양교육에 대해 개선 방안을 연구한 것이다. 교수, 재학생 및 졸업생을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과와 기업의 요구사항을 분석하여 설정한 공학소양교육 개선 방안으로는 실용적 공학 인재 육성이라는 기본 개념 아래, 수요자 중심 교육, 산업 현장 적응력 제고, 문제 해결 능력 강화 및 공학 설계 능력 배양을 기본 방향으로 정립하였다. 이를 달성하기 위한 구체적인 실천 방안으로 수학, 과학, 전산 등 공학 기초교육 강화, 영어, 의사소통기술 등의 공학 실무교육 강화, 일반 교양과목 축소, 학생들의 능동적 수업 참여 및 학습 효율 제고 방안 제시, 논리적 사고력 및 창의력 배양을 위한 교육 강화 등 엔지니어 기본 자질 강화를 최우선 목표로 설정하였다. 이러한 교육 목표를 실현하기 위한 운영 방안으로, 저학년 학생들에 대한 학습 부담 경감, 선수과목 제도 도입, 계절학기 활용 강화, 강의 내용 및 방법 개선, 그리고 교육과정 운영에 대한 지원 방안을 모색하였다.

Euglena gracilis abruptly changes its swimming direction after a sudden increase or decrease in incident light intensity, that is, step-up or step-down photophobic responses, resulting in photoavoidance or photoaccumulation, respectively. To identify the photoreceptor molecules for these UV-A/blue-light type photobehaviors, we purified a flavoprotein from isolated putative photosencory organelles (PFBs) of Euglena. The purified flavoprotein, which noncovalently bound flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD), seemed to be a heterotetramer of alpha- and beta-subunits. Predicted amino acid sequences of each of the subunits were similar to each other and contained two FAD-binding domains each followed by an adenylyl cyclase catalytic domain. The purified flavoprotein actually showed adenylyl cyclase activity, being drastically elevated by blue-light irradiation. Suppression of gene expression of the flavoprotein (Photoactivated Adenylyl Cyclase, PAC) by RNA interference (RNAi) caused loss of the step-up photophobic response, demonstrating that PAC actually mediates photoavoidance of Euglena.

We have developed a whole-head MEG system for basic brain research and clinical application. The sensor system consists of a 152 SQUID gradiometer array oriented and located in a suitable way to cover a whole head of the human. The system measures magnetic fields generated by neuronal currents in the brain to get information on the brain activities. For this purpose, the field sensitivity determined by the position, orientation and geometry of the pickup coil as well as amplification factor of the electronic circuits should be known precisely. However, the position and orientation of the pickup coil might be changed from the designed specifications during cool down of the dewar and it is necessary to characterize the field sensitivity. In this study, we made calibration systems to determine the actual position and orientation of the 152 pickup coils and compared the localization results of the N100m source in the auditory cortex.

본 연구는 목표 지향적 의사결정 이론의 수업 분석틀을 적용하여 우리나라의 과학영재학교에서 수학 수업을 수행하는 한 교사의 의사결정 행동을 이해하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 수도권의 과학영재학교에서 미적분학 수업을 담당하는 한 수학교사를 연구 참여자로 선정하여 수업을 관찰하였고, 선행연구로부터 도출한 설문지를 토대로 참여교사의 수학수업에 대한 목표, 지향, 자원 및 수업에서 반복적으로 나타나는 교사의 행동 패턴을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 교사의 수업 행동에서 일정한 지도 루틴이 있음을 파악하였으며, 수학 수업에 관한 교사의 목표, 지향, 자원을 통해 교사의 지도 루틴을 적절하게 설명할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 Schoenfeld의 연구에서 제시된 교사의 지도 루틴과 유사하면서도 부분적으로 다른 루틴이 있음이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과로부터 목표 지향적 의사결정 이론이 학생들과의 생산적인 상호작용을 추구하는 우리나라 교사의 수학 수업에서 교사의 의사결정 행동을 이해하기 위한 분석 도구로서 적절하게 사용될 수 있다는 시사점을 제시하였다.

This article was intended as fundamental materials to recognize the current status of furniture hard ware in Korean market and to fix the identity of Korean furniture, by investigating and comparing the furniture hard ware used in the Joseon era and in modern times by type, function, shape and material. The analysis of furniture hard ware of the Joseon era and modern times from the view of functional aspects was oriented to the hard ware necessary to open and close the door & drawer on one side, and to that being attached to the main body of furniture not to scratch the wood by another wood on the other side, and from this the following conclusion was drawn. First of all, "Gwangdoojung" - a kind of spike- and metal decoration on the edge of the furniture disappeared, while the function-oriented hard wares have been diversified in modern times, from the perspective of the change of kinds. Second, the functional aspect of the furniture hard ware was emphasized in modern times than the Joseon era. In other words, the hard wares of the Joseon era came into view due to their strong appeal to decoration, whereas those of modern times were mostly hidden or moderated, keeping the function substantially. Third, the hard wares from the Joseon era were shown in concrete and detailed shape motivated by natural objects and furthermore even gloriously, but the modern hard wares are simple & basic geometry, from a formative point of view. Fourth, the material aspects present that the Joseon era's hard ware was mainly cast iron, whereas that of modern times shows the diversification from metal to even plastic. Finally, the recent trend in naming of the hard wares is the words of foreign origin. This resulted from that the foreign names of hard wares are valid also after import process in Korean market, so the domestic development of hard ware as the essential factor for the furniture design is urgently necessary to establish the identity of Korean modern furniture.

아파트시장의 환경변화와 소비자 특성의 변화로 인해 아파트 선택시 소비자의 구매의사결정도 과거와는 매우 다른 양상을 보이고 있다. 아파트 건설업체들은 고객만족도를 높이기 위해서는 주거환경을 이해하고, 차별화된 주거가치를 고객들에게 제공하여야 한다. 그러나 지금까지의 선행연구에서는 주거환경이 주거가치, 주거만족, 재구매의도간의 관계에 대한 통합적 연구가 거의 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부동산뿐만 아니라 마케팅 분야의 관련 선행연구들을 토대로 주거환경이 주거가치, 주거만족, 재구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 이러한 주거가치와 주거만족은 재구매의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 향후 아파트 건설업체의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 유용한 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

Generally data loading is a laborous job to develop models. Meteorological data is basic input data for hydrological models, it is provided through websites of Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA). The website of KMA provides daily meteorological observation data with tabular format classified by years, items, stations. It is cumbersome to manipulate tabular format for model inputs such as time series and multi-item or multi-station data. The provider oriented services which broadcast restricted formed information have caused inconvenient processes. Tim O'Reilly introduces "Web 2.0" which focuses on providing a service based on data. The top ranked IT companies such as google, yahoo, daum, and naver provide customer oriented services with Open API (Application Programming Interface). A RESTful web service, typical implementation for Open API, consists URI request and HTTP response which are simple and light weight protocol than SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol). The aim of this study is to develop a web-based service that helps loading data for human use instead of machine use. In this study, the developed RESTful web service provides Open API for manipulating meteorological data. The proposed Open API can easily access from spreadsheet programs, web browsers, and various programming environments.

도서대출서비스는 도서관 자료를 관외로 빌려주는 것으로 도서관이 제공하는 가장 기본적이고 필수적인 서비스이다. 그러나 최근 경영마인드의 확산과 정보기술의 발전에 힘입어 도서관서비스의 패러다임이 이용자가 찾아오는 서비스에서 이용자를 찾아가는 서비스로 바뀌어가고, 도서관 간의 네트워크가 확대됨에 따라 도서대출서비스에도 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 그리고 개별 도서관은 도서대출서비스의 변화에 발맞추어 가용자원을 활용하여 특성화에 대응하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 은평구립도서관에서 시행되는 책단비 도서대출서비스에 관한 연구를 통하여 변화하는 도서대출서비스의 구체적인 내용을 '이용자 중심의 서비스', '네트워크의 확산', '특성화'라는 관점에서 조사 분석하여 그 의의를 찾아보고 도서대출서비스에 대한 이해를 높이고자 하였다.
