생활 폐기물 수집.수송 관리를 위한 Expert-System 개발 (Development of Expert-System for Municipal Solid Waste Collection and Transportation)

  • 본 연구에서는 체계화되지 못한 중소도시의 쓰레기 수집 수송의 자료를 정리, 현장 조사를 통한 쓰레기 수집 수송 관리를 위한 프로그램을 작성하였다. 대상은 C시로 하였으며, 수집구역을 주택, 아파트, 상가지역으로 한정지어 현장 조사를 실시하였고, 폐기물 관리 프로그램을 작성하였다. 연구 결과는 쓰레기 수집 수송단계의 필요한 인자와 중소도시에 적용 가능한 평균 값을 도출하였고, 중소도시의 쓰레기 수집 수송단계를 체계화하는 단계와 expert system을 구축하였다. 또한, Visual Basic을 이용한 쓰레기 수집 수송 관리 프로그램을 개발하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구로 개발되어진 도시폐기물의 수집 수송 관리 시스템은 다른 지역의 현장 Data를 추가함으로서 광범위하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

친환경인증아파트 단위주거의 친환경적 계획요소 분석 (Analysis of Environment-friendly features in the unit of Environment-friendly Certificated Apartment)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate environment-friendly planning feature in Environment-friendly Certificated apartments and to use the basic planning data of housing. Seven Environment-friendly Certificated apartments have been analyzed. The findings of this study are as follows: Environment-friendly planning features are categorized into 4 items; floor planning feature, material planning feature, universal planning feature and environmental planning feature. Among floor planning features, natural sunlight, built-in closets, and differentiated floor plans are well considered, but the flexible floor plan for resident's lifestyle and green space are lack. Among material planning features, environment-friendly finishing materials, environment-friendly products and energy-efficient double-pane windows are well considered, but implementation for resource savings using recycled materials are lack. Among universal design planning features, removal of threshold and installation of safety device in bathroom are not well considered. Among environmental planning features, usage of alternative energy like solar energy are not applied. The environment-friendly planning features in interior space should be introduced in diverse ways.

노인전문요양시설 치매노인의 공용공간 이용실태 및 행동특성에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Space Use Pattern and Behavior of the Elderly with Dementia in Common Space of Nursing Home)

  • The purpose of this study was to clarify the space use pattern and the daily living activities of the elderly with dementia in the common space (living room) of nursing home. The subjects were 2 units(living room) of the nursing home. For this, researcher visited from June 20 to July 2 and collected data by observations of behavior of the elderly with dementia in common space(living room) and interviews with staff for the information about basic characteristics of the elderly with dementia and administration and operation of the facilities. The data were analyzed using the frequency and percentage. The results revealed as follows: first, the daily living activities of the elderly with dementia in common space tended to focus on self-concentration type and physical environment-interest type. Second, physical environmental -interest type. Second, physical environmental characteristics of common space affected space usage pattern of the elderly with dementia. And it was perceived like as living oriented space, social interaction space, facility space, staff oriented space. Conclusively it was suggested to plan dining space as semi-private space, day corner as semi-public space.

중학교 기술·가정 교과서의 '주생활' 단원 내용과 관련된 지속가능발전목표(SDGs) 분석 (Analysis of Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) and 'Housing' Contents in Middle School Technology·Home Economics Textbooks)

  • 이 연구목적은 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 기술·가정 교과서 주생활 단원에 SDGs의 내용이 어떻게 반영되어 있는지 알아 보기 위해 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)의 세부목표를 기준으로 주생활내용을 분석하는 것이다. 이 목적을 이루기 위해 5종 기술·가정 교과서 10권에서 '주생활 문화와 주거 공간 활용', '주거환경과 안전'을 내용요소로 하는 본문, 사진·그림·표·그래프·삽화, 활동과제, 보충자료를 SDGs 세부목표를 기준으로 내용분석 기법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석방법은 교과서의 모든 내용을 전사한 다음, 문장을 맥락을 가진 의미 단위로 묶어서 내용분석의 기본단위(내용단위)로 만들었다. 내용단위가 SDGs의 세부목표와 관련되는 있는지 확인한 후에 세부목표별로 빈도분석을 하고, 내용을 제시하였다. 내용단위가 여러 가지의 SDGs 세부목표를 포함하고 있는 경우에는 관련된 세부목표 모두를 중복하여 빈도에 포함시켜 분석하였다. 5종의 교과서를 분석한 결과 내용단위수는 412이며, 내용단위가 SDGs의 세부목표와 관련된 빈도수는 568로 나타났다. 이는 '주생활' 단원은 SDGs와 관련이 많은 것으로 해석된다. SDGs의 17개 목표, 169개 세부목표 중에서 '주생활' 단원과 관련된 SDGs는 11개 목표, 25개 세부목표로 분석되었다. 이중 목표 4의 세부목표 4.7은 지속가능발전교육을 포괄적으로 담고 있어 어느 내용과도 관련되므로 제외하고, 10개 목표, 24개 세부목표를 15개 세부목표기준으로 일부 통합하였다. 5종 교과서에서 '주생활' 단원의 4개 각 소단원은 6~10가지의 SDGs 세부목표기준과 관련이 있었다. 5종 교과서 1권의 내용은 9개의 SDGs 세부목표기준을 담고 있었고, 교과서 2권보다 3개가 더 적었다. 소단원별 SDGs와의 연관성을 분석한 결과 모든 교과서의 모든 소단원의 내용이 SDGs의 세부목표 11.1(적절하고 안전한 주택 및 기본 서비스)을 공통적으로 포함하고 있으며, 이는 전체 주생활 내용단위의 43.8% 차지하는 대표적인 세부목표이다. 이 연구결과는 주생활교육을 거시적인 지속가능목표와 연관하여 이해하고 세계시민교육의 방향에 맞춰 교육을 확장하며 나아가 가정교과가 학교현장에서 지속가능발전교육을 실현하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

광교신도시 완충녹지의 입지와 이용만족도 연구 (A Study on Location and User Satisfaction of the Green Buffer Zone in Gwanggyo New Town)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out that it can be provided as a basic data to increase the satisfaction with users in the placement and creation of the Green Buffer Zone. In this study, the research was started on the Green Buffer Zone in Gwanggyo new town, which was rebuilt as the zone to use according to the change of legal installation standard of the zone. The subject of this study is the Green Buffer Zone in Gwanggyo new town, which is expected to be completed in step 4 of 2016. As a result of analysing the location and use characteristics of the Green Buffer Zone, the following conclusions were made. First of all, it is categorized into two categories by Buffering / disaster prevention type and land to use adjustment type. Second, the buffer space of commercial space and housing is satisfying, but in commercial space, there is a need for a cushioning function and housing spaces require improvements in the functioning of the landscape. Third, the function of the Green Buffer Zone resets to cushioning function, disaster prevention function, landscape function, utilization function. and The installation criteria are proposed to environmental pollution, noise abatement, and planting trees, etc. Lastly, the future utilization plan considering the location and use characteristics of the Green Buffer Zone is as follows. In the planning stage, preference is given to the characteristics of use of arranging green facility. It is necessary to manage the planned facilities as much as possible by changing them if necessary. Construction stage, it restrictively reflects landscaping facilities within the Green Buffer Zone function. After stage, This study will prioritize the target areas and select necessary areas and need to make efforts to prevent indiscriminate greenery encroachment.

환경성평가제도 대상사업 유형별 개발실태 분석 연구 - 경기도의 개발사업을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Present Status of Development by Project Types of Environmental Assessment System)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the types and current status of development projects that underwent environment assessment in recent three years and provide basic data to encourage environment-friendly development projects in the future. This study was conducted by analyzing the pre-environment review reports and environment impact statements of development projects that took place in Gyeonggi province. Key findings are as follows. First, a total of 2,465 development projects spanning $173km^2$ were undertaken in Gyeonggi province in recent three years. This is equivalent to three times of the area of Anyang city. Second, types of development projects were in the order of factories and industrial parks, road construction, town (housing estates) development, sports facilities and waste treatment facilities. Public projects accounted for about 30%, while private investment projects represented 70%, indicating that private sector projects were as twice as high. The findings of this study show that the development density of Gyeonggi-do should be examined as a whole in order to develop a comprehensive, long-term plan and harmonize conservation and development systematically in Gyeonggi-do in a holistic perspective.

Smart composite repetitive-control design for nonlinear perturbation

  • This paper proposes a composite form of fuzzy adaptive control plan based on a robust observer. The fuzzy 2D control gains are regulated by the parameters in the LMIs. Then, control and learning performance indices with weight matrices are constructed as the cost functions, which allows the regulation of the trade-off between the two performance by setting appropriate weight matrices. The design of 2D control gains is equivalent to the LMIs-constrained multi-objective optimization problem under dual performance indices. By using this proposed smart tracking design via fuzzy nonlinear criterion, the data link can be further extended. To evaluate the performance of the controller, the proposed controller was compared with other control technologies. This ensures the execution of the control program used to track position and trajectory in the presence of great model uncertainty and external disturbances. The performance of monitoring and control is verified by quantitative analysis. The goals of this paper are towards access to adequate, safe and affordable housing and basic services, promotion of inclusive and sustainable urbanization and participation, implementation of sustainable and disaster-resilient buildings, sustainable human settlement planning and manage. Therefore, the goal is believed to achieved in the near future by the ongoing development of AI and control theory.

자연친화적 산지이용허가기준 적용 방안 연구 (A Research on the Application of Eco-Friendly Approval Criteria in Forest Land-use)

  • 국토의 약 64%에 이르는 산지지역이 그동안 계획적이고 체계적인 관리 없이 무분별한 산지전용으로 훼손되어 왔다. 본 연구는 앞으로 산지의 공익적 기능을 유지하고, 자연친화적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 도입된 "자연친화적 산지이용허가제"의 기준에 대한 시뮬레이션 연구이다. 이를 위해 산지의 자연친화적 이용과 관리를 위한 방안으로 제시된 '자연친화적 산지이용 허가기준'에 대하여 85점, 100점, 110점의 조합으로 각각 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 기본 설계도 수준의 산지전용 모형을 도출하고자 하였다. 여기서 절대적 기준과 상대적 기준으로 제시된 허가기준에서 절대적 기준에 해당되는 원형존치율, 형질변경제한, 층수제한, 비우수투과율, 건축물의 길이 등의 기준에 대하여 종합점수제로 평가하여 일정 점수(100점) 이상으로 평가되는 대상에 대하여 산지전용에 대한 허가기준으로 활용할 수 있다는 가설을 설정하고 시뮬레이션을 시행하였다. 각 평가점수에 대한 시뮬레이션을 위하여 건축물의 대각선 길이를 고정변수로 설정하고 주택형태, 경사도, 조성부지의 형태에 따라 건축유형을 분류하고 각각의 활용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 '민간인 통제선 이북지역의 산지관리에 관한 특별법'에 따라 민간인 통제선 이북지역에 대해서만 적용되고 있는 '생태적 산지전용제도'를 전국의 산지에 적용하기 위한 방안을 제안하기 위하여, 자연친화적인 산지이용허가제 적용기준을 활용하여 산지의 자연환경을 보전하고 계획적으로 활용하기 위한 기초를 마련하기 위한 선험적 연구이다.

  • The purpose of this study utilizes the service design methodology centered on the lives and experiences of rural residents, who are the main beneficiaries of the service, to derive specific problems and needs, and to propose a service improvement plan suitable for the rural residential environment. The study selected Dosan 2-ri Village, Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do as the target of the survey, used personas and Customer Journey map of service design method to derive specific core issues and insights from the village residents. By developing this, the final five service directions for 'Air care service', 'Self-driving garbage collection and treatment service', 'Emergency/disaster networking service', 'Contaminant removal service' and 'Mobility share service' were derived and presented according to each key keyword. This study is not just a study to grasp the actual conditions of the rural residential environment, but it focuses on the lives and experiences of rural residents and extracts elements that can respond to changes in the lifestyles and patterns of the residents. It can be used as a basic material for more realistic improvement of rural residential environment and service development research. Most of the existing studies on residential environments and spaces is focused on urban areas, and there is a limit to the use of rural areas in residential areas. Therefore, by making recommendations for improvement of residential environment services suitable for rural areas and by creating residential spaces and environments in rural areas in a comfortable and safe manner, it is thought that it is possible to contribute to improvement of satisfaction in rural areas and improvement of healthy housing welfare as well as to improvement of the quality of life of residents of rural areas.

대학주변 원룸형 다가구주택의 실내소음수준 실태 (Present Condition of Indoor Noise Level in One-Room Type Multi-Family Housings around Campus)

  • The present study is a preliminary research improving the dwelling quality of one-room type multi-family housings around the university campus. The purpose of the study is to investigate the present condition of Indoor noise level using · residents' responses and field measurements. The respondents are 104 residents living in one-room type multi-family housings. The field measurements on equivalent noise level of indoor and outdoor were carried out in 6 subject house units during the $26th\~28th$ of November 2002. The results are as follows. 1) The residents show relatively non-positive responses at evening and night on the present condition of indoor noise. 2) They answer 'living equipment foise' and 'water hammer' as major types of indoor noise of house unit. 3) Outdoor noise levels, basic factor of noise environment in 6 subject buildings were distributed $52.8\~65.3dB(A)Leq_{5min}$ and were inappropriate to the standard for environmental noise, $55 dB(A)Leq_{5min}$. 4) Indoor noise levels of subject house units were measured as $27.5\~63.5dB(A)Leq_{5min}$, the average of each house unit except one house unit was higher than the level feeling as noise, 40dB(A). 5) It was found that the differences of indoor noise levels between subject house units were caused by 'residents' living noise', 'living equipment noise', 'water hammer', and 'walking and talking noise in stairs and corridors'. 6) Therefore, it is required to plan for improving the quality of noise environment in one-room type multi-family housing around the campus. For example, soundproof construction (including double window with pair glass and balcony), outdoor garden with trees and water for increasing natural sound, interior materials with sound absorbing power to absorb living noise, soundproof pipe or double surface pipe for decreasing 'water hammer', and noiseproof floors, etc. are required.
