전라남도 농촌한옥의 규모특성에 관한 연구 -평면 형태에 따른 실별 면적을 중심으로- (A Research on features of rural Hanok in Jeollanam-do by housing scale -Centered around area of the room depending on shape of the plan-)

  • The recently built rural Hanoks have shown changes in appearances regarding its shape, space and size in the traditional floor plan. This is probably the transformation process to suit the needs of modern residence as new spaces and other factors are considered these days. The purpose of the research is to provide basic data for the innovation and construction of future Hankoks by analyzing the size features of the Hanoks in the rural areas of Jeeollanam-do and changing trends. They were divided into 5 types depending on the shape and the spacing of the living room and kitchen. Then size features per each type were analyzed. From this, it was revealed that there needs to be reasonable development of types in the standard design of Hanok because the size of the rooms is actually bigger than the standard design of Hanok in Jeollanam-do. The composition of the utility rooms should be classified as either domestic space or agricultural workspace considering that this area is rural but there are not enough storage spaces for agricultural machines and materials in most houses as they did not install external storage spaces. Therefore, it was analyzed that the size varies with the changes in the composition of space because of Hankok's similarities in the area of the rooms with typical apartments.

  • 본 연구는 아파트의 평면특성이 가격에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해, 서울의 주요 아파트 시장인 강남3구의 최근 십년 간 입주한 국민주택규모 이하의 아파트 평면특성과 주택가격의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 부엌창고와 드레스 룸과 같은 수납공간은 가격에 정(+)의 효과가 있으며, 개방성이 높은 3면 개방형 평면과 부엌과 거실이 부분 차단되어 있으나, LDK통합형으로 설계된 평면이 높은 가격을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 부엌공간의 경우 1자형 부엌이 더 높은 가격을 보이며, 거실은 중앙에 위치하는 것이 가격에 정(+)의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 그 동안 경향분석이나 기초분석 및 만족도 분석 위주의 평면연구가 진행 되어온 것과 달리 평면특성이 직접적으로 가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다는데 학술적 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구 결과가 향후 평면 설계 및 분양가 책정에 시사점을 제공하고 주택구매자들의 의사결정에 활용되고자 하는 연구목적을 가진다.

  • The Purpose of this study was firstly to identify the living characteristics of apartment residents in relation to the behavioral patterns in the kitchen and utility space and secondly to present the basic material necessary for planning the kitchen and utility space of future desirable apartments with consideration for resident usage. The findings are summarized as follows : 1) Behavioral patterns in the kitchen and utility space were classified as personal life, family with harmony, talking with visitors, caring for children, cleaning, cooking, and keeping and connecting. 2) Behavioral patterns in He kitchen and utility space showed patterns on personal life, family with harmony, and talking with visitors and were used in the kitchen including the dining room. 3) As the required kitchen size and sink arrangement varied according to the kinds of furniture appliance, plan for the kitchen wok is very necessary.

  • The deteriorated high-rise apartments make a social problem in now days. As a result, an new alternative plan for deteriorated high-rise apartments such as the remodeling concept must be considered. This study aims to develop the remodeling items which is the guide lines when remodeling of the apartment will be conducted. Thorough the previous case studies of maintenance and repair status of the deteriorated apartments in Seoul, the analysis of the period of repair and improvement and the degree of request far remodeling items, reasonable guidelines for selection of remodeling items were developed. According to the ages of apartments As a result of the study, basic guidelines fur selection of remodeling items were proposed.

  • The extensive coverage and high speed of communication network, which is a basic structure of the information society, enables the provision of various forms of informatiov. especially, such services as cyber medicine, cyber education, home office, home banking, and home shopping will be common; and, now, no one can deny that the information society starts to be part of our life. Regarding home office, John Navigate predicted home office through the electronic house in New Mecca Trend and Alvin Toffler asserted in The third Wave that people could do their work anywhere including living room in their hoses with the development of communication technology and other related appliances. Such predictions are realized with the development of information communicatiov. Therefore, housing space should be changed according to the realization of home office and the direction of housing plan need to be set for home office.

실버타운 개발을 위한 선호속성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preference Attributes for Silver Town Development)

  • The purpose of this study is calling attention to the silver town by analyse preference attributes diversely and suggest alterative plan. Also, offering basic data which needs for the establishment of comfortable and ideal old age residence culture by developing silver town which is appropriate for our circumstances and emotion. The survey population of this study focused on 40s and 50s' middle aged both genders living in the Seoul and national capital region, we used random sampling method. The analytical methods used in this study were frequency, mean, standard deviation, Factor Analysis, t-test, ANOVA, post-hoc estimation (Duncan test), multiple regression, To verify the reliability of each measure, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used.

축소모형을 이용한 평형별 가구선택과 배치에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Furniture Choice and Arrangement Using Scale Down Models according to the Size of Space)

  • The Plan for effective usage of living room must be suggested because families primarily use living room for public space. And from the viewpoint of function and decoration. the kind of furniture. furniture occupancy quantity. and the arrangement of furniture have much affect on using a dwelling space. So this study will suggest basic data for a good furniture usage through experiment using scale down models. To analyze the data. frequency and percentage were used by running SPSS $PC^+$ program. The major results are as follows. In an experiment using living room and furniture models(Scale 1/20). according to the size of space. TV sizes and furniture occupancy quantity were in proportion to size and space of the living room. Also they chose various types of tea-table and side-tables. In small spaces. subjects chose simple arrangement types (no sofa or I type sofa and cabinet). but in large spaces. they chose \ulcorner type or \ulcorner type sofa and cabinet.

  • The residence plan of Korea has been formed with bias for quantitative growth and uniformity failing at obtaining human value. Also, rapid growth brought about severe problems of deteriorated human life and destruction of environment. The solution for these problems is pursued in many directions, but there is short of active plan yet. The residence shall develop into new direction to satisfy the demand by reflecting society and culture as well as residents. This study examines external design with symbolic representation of regional feature as an alternative for uniform residence environment problem. This study will be a basic data upon suggesting the direction for planning high quality residence environment. This study examined the elements which form external space of residence complex, designed plan for external space of residence complex, and examined how to reflect regional feature which is important element of local community and culture on the space plan for residence complex based on the evaluation by local residents centered on Gimcheon-si, Gyeongbuk which just started local specialty by fostering. 여성전문병원 병동부의 거주성 향상을 위한 건축 계획적 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning for the Habitability of Women's Hospital ward)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for architectural planning through survey about the ward of women's hospital. This study considered the concept of women's hospital through theoretical consideration and analysed a blueprint of 30 cases about typical plan type, the size and layout of patient-room, space allocation and circulation. And then a survey of patients has to identify their needs. Because the rate of composition of an upper grade patient-room in women's hospital is higher than that of general hospital to improve habitability in ward needs not only the importance of the planing of patient-room itself, but also providing a small courtyard, day-room between the patient-rooms or outdoor terrace. When patient moves it was provided visual comfort and strengthen social exchange. Also, physical environment has to reflect mother's psychological needs and diversity by individuality in unit is essential to planning.

  • 'Sohawjang' is the first apartment house built in Busan the modern period, 1944. 'Sohawjang' needs to be apprised its value as an very important object of study with architectural and dwelling historic meaning because multi-family houses built in Japanese Rule Era that now exist in Korea are very rare. Thus, this study attempted to leave records to archive by conducting face to face interviews and surveying on 'Sohawjang' which is seriously in danger of extinction and its original form damage as the first step. Especially, around Korea's Liberation, this study tried to extract transformation characteristics of residential space and cultural differences appeared on differences of occupants having different nationality. Through these results, this study attempted to examine the era of apartment house and transformation characteristics and values of modern dwelling historic dimension according to changes of users appeared in Busan modern period. Through this study, it offers basic data about introduction and transition processes of an apartment house in Korea. It has an meaning of suggestion reference data for original form preservations or regenerations.
