INCOTERMS 2000 was not changed in its basic system but much improved in many minor aspects, reflecting the expansion of customs free zone, the spread of electronic communications and the changes of transportation practices. Among many points, following revisions are to be considered important to examine : First, the term 'delivery' is clearly defined in the preamble of each term, which is very significant since the risk is connected with the delivery in international trade. Second, the obligation of carrying out export customs formalities in FAS and import customs formalities in DEQ are imposed to seller and buyer respectively according to current trade practices. Third, since the customs formalities are no more needed among the countries of customs free zone, the phrase 'where applicable' is inserted in A.2 and B.2 of each term. Fourth, the method of delivery(for example, loaded or unloaded) became very concrete and clear in each term. Fifth, in the obligation of buyer's contracting insurance, the 'no obligation' is added even though the buyer has no insurance obligation to the seller. Finally the I.C.C. tried to make unification of the special terminologies be in accordance with those of CISG to achieve international harmony between the uniform law and uniform usages.

Korean city had been rapid developed through high industrialization and rapid economic growth after the 1970's. The city development process was guaranteed the fulfillment of city function through the city expansion based on New Towns and satellite cities rather than the reformation of existing city. This city expansion caused by degrading of city, being backward and producing many problems. To solve this problems, it was considered the rehabilitation of retarded function with rejuvenation such as a special law accelerating urban renaissance and reorganization project. Also a fire protection performance did not satisfied the required conditions of modern FPP system, such as the function deterioration of building facilities, the technological development with FPP facilities, changed fire laws and building occupancy for social needs. Insufficiency of requirements depreciated the building value and intimidated a safety of residents. To solve this problem, the improvement of FPP was essentially required and also strongly recommended an analysis and a comparative study between the required FPP of existing building and it improving effective FPP. Therefore, purpose of this study is that establish the basic data to construct a system to analyze and compare the building FPP.

Recently, food delivery apps are seeing rapid growth into a market worth 1 trillion won under a simple but unique business model of connecting nearby restaurants with consumers via smartphone. Though basic similarities with social commerce exists in aspects such as mail-order sales intermediaries, startups, types of services and market competition structure, food delivery apps resemble social commerce in many ways in that they use excessive marketing to secure market dominance, causing a spike in consumer complaints. If the excessive marketing and increase in customer complaints are not rectified, the food delivery app could also see rapid decline as it gradually grows distant from consumers, just like social commerce. Accordingly, this study will identify the factors consumers recognize as important for continuous use vis-a-vis social commerce and food delivery apps to perform an empirical analysis on what areas need improvement. After deriving the four upper factors of product, information system and service along with eight sub-factors by referring to existing literature, the areas with opportunity for improvement were derived through satisfaction level and relative importance evaluation. The results of this study present a strategic direction for maintaining customers of social commerce and food delivery apps.

A study on the international Jurisdiction to Application in Electronic Transaction Disputes The implementation of electronic commerce raises some new legal and institutional problem so it is necessary for us to prepare alternatives. As the development of electronic commerce is difficult without smooth settlement of dispute the pursue of smooth settlement of dispute is very important menu. while the most common method relating to the settlement of dispute is litigation. them relating to the litigation, the subject of jurisdiction and the subject of governing laws should be resolved above all. Further more in addition, the old act prior act was regarded as insufficient in that it lacked rules on international jurisdiction to adjudicate, or international adjudicatory jurisdiction, where as the expectation of the public was that the private international law should function as the basic law of the legal relational encompassing rules on international jurisdiction given the increase of It international disputes. for the move the private international law has also attracted more attention from the korean. Therefore, International jurisdiction to application concerned about electronic commerce should be prepared and the environment to keep electronic commerce secure and stable be guaranteed. And we should make plans to protect companies and consumers and should make efforts to expand electronic commerce infrastructure.

This study aims to suggest the improvement strategy of law-system for rural landscape planning. The results are as follows. First, for the establishment of the rural and fishing village landscape planning, it is necessary to change the concept of the scene into Landscape to watch from Landscape to feel from now on. Second, it is necessary to establish a rural and fishing village landscape planning of the local unit to manage the rural and fishing village landscape systematically. In addition, it is necessary to cooperate with the Scenic Conservation Act in contents of the basic planning when we perform rural and fishing village development business. Third, it is necessary to make an extra landscape management planning to consider local landscape resources to develop a rural and fishing village. Finally, with an improvement direction of the plan establishment, the action to practice and management in the future is necessary. This method may do wider public information with establishing the management mechanism of the rural and fishing village landscape.

최근에 경제 발전과 인식의 변화에 따라 국내외적으로 직업병에 관련된 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 그에 따라 상당한 성과도 발생되고 있다. 하지만, 선원들의 열악한 근무환경에 비해 승선근무에 따라 발생하는 직업 관련성 상병에 대해서는 체계적인 연구가 이루어지지 못하고 있으며, 사후(事後) 처리적인 보상에 관련된 연구들만 이루어지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 그래서 이 연구에서는 선원의 직업성 관련 상병에 대한 기초 조사를 근거로 하여 그에 대한 관련 법령 및 제도를 검토하였다. 그리고 선원의 상병 예방과 발병 후 신속하고 적절한 지원을 하기 위한 법적 개선점을 제안하고자 한다.

암석의 시간의존성 거동은 지하 광산 설계나 지하 암반구조물의 장기 안정성 평가를 위한 기본 입력자료로써 사용되는 매우 중요한 특성이다. 본 연구에서는 가곡광산에서 채취한 화강암 시험편에 대해 일축압축 크리프시험을 실시하였다. 측정된 크리프 변형률을 모사하기 위하여 Burgers 모형, Griggs 크리프법칙, Singh 크리프법칙을 사용하였으며 이중에서 Griggs 크리프법칙이 가곡광산 화강암의 실제 크리프 변형 거동을 가장 우수하게 모사하는 것으로 나타났다.

The optical method Digital Speckle Correlation Measurement (DSCM) has been extensively applied due its capability to measure the entire displacement field over a body surface. A formula of displacement measurement errors by the gradient-based DSCM method was derived. The errors were found to explicitly relate to the image grayscale errors consisting of sub-pixel interpolation algorithm errors, image noise, and subset deformation mismatch at each point of the subset. A power-law dependence of the standard deviation of displacement measurement errors on the subset size was established when the subset deformation was rigid body translation and random image noise was dominant and it was confirmed by both the numerical and experimental results. In a gradient-based algorithm the basic assumption is rigid body translation of the interrogated subsets, however, this is in contradiction to the real circumstances where strains exist. Numerical and experimental results also indicated that, subset shape function mismatch was dominant when the order of the assumed subset shape function was lower than that of the actual subset deformation field and the power-law dependence clearly broke down. The power-law relationship further leads to a simple criterion for choosing a suitable subset size, image quality, sub-pixel algorithm, and subset shape function for DSCM.

It is clearly stated in the current records law that presidential records should be collected and kept. Despite of the significance of this regulation it is also undeniable that there must be some preconditions for the enactment of this legal regulations. First, it needs the compatible device for promoting the production of presidential records. Second, it must be considered that presidential records should be selected and transferred from the Committee for taking over presidency. And last, we are confronted by the problem of establishing presidential archives. After all, from the starting point we should overcome a number of serious problems for the administration of the presidential records. In this article I tried to discuss these problems and to make some suggestions for the solution of these problems. In my opinion, revision of the records law is in some points necessary. Basic principle of management of presidential records must be discussed for the revision and enactment of 'presidential archives and presidential records law'. Just several problems concerning managing agency of presidential records are pointed out here. Presidential records have important historical values. The government must be responsible for the preservation and sound management of them. The citizenship also must support the reform of the records management. It means an open and public discussion on the reform of national records management system.
