The deteriorted high-rise apartments make a social problem in now days. As a result, and new alternative plan for deteriorted high-rise apartments such as the remodeling concept must be considered. This study aims to develop the remodeling items which is the guide lines when remodeling of the apartment will be conducted. Thorough the case studies of maintenance and repair status of the deteriorted apartments in seoul, reasonable guidelines for selection of remodeling items were developed. Physical maintenance items includes those that need major repair activity like wall painting, water proof roof, change/repairs/implement of heating system, boiler, city gas pipelines, cold and hot water pipes, elevators, cleaning of water tanks. The period of repair is shorter than the durable year of law or codes. As a result of the study, basic maintenance items and actual repair period were proposed. This result will be the basic guidelines for remodeling items.

The purpose of this study was to survey curriculum of the department of housing and to develop housing welfare educational program in order to offer the information helpful to the professional of housing education and housing policy makers. Documentary research and content analysis methods were used in this study. Data drawn from internet homepage of each universities and public institutions. The major results of this study are as follows. 1) There were 30 universities which has related to the department of housing and the name of major was very various. The half of their curriculum were housing and interior design. 2) The housing welfare educational program should be step by step. The first is basic step to learn basic theory of housing and to establish concept of housing welfare. The second is application and practice step of housing design and housing policy and housing economics. The third is specific application step to consider that who were taker from the housing welfare policy and to take practical training in field.

The improvement of the life standard of the public by the economical growth leads their interests to the leisure activities, so that the demand for resort facilities has been increased. Especially, casino resort facilities in Kangwon-Do has been developed continuously without exact concept of casino resort design. This resort facilities has been planned by indiscreet imitation of foreign examples and non-organized developments and etc. One of the reasons for these problems may be from the lack of the knowledges and researches related to the architectural approaching of these facilities. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic informations for better understanding and improvement of planning and design direction for these facilities through a survey the famous casino resort facilities in Las Vegas. As a result of this research, Las Vegas has been changed tremendously from the casino resort to the resort complex for families with special theme and various facilities.

To study the trafficability on soft and cohesive benthic terrain, a soil bin is designed and constructed. The information of shear strength of pacific seafloor and the results of dimensional analysis of vehicle-train system are used as basic datum for concept design of soil bin. Cohesive benthic terrain is modeled by means of bentonite-water mixture. The shear strength of the mixture is measured by motorized shear meter. Several facilities are constructed for mixing and evening modeled soil, transporting vehicle model. The shear strength in soil bin is investigated for depth, age and velocity. The result of this study is used as basic information to the experiment, study for development of crawler on benthic terrain.

'Health' trend like the latest fashion that spread to present society that elevate a lot of interests in qualitative elevation of life by rapid economic growth did to derive vocabulary called 'well-being' over all field. More and more comprehensive new type word 'LOHAS' appear to this. I wish to present basic data that need in study of healthy eco dwelling through making comparative study of existing study, literature analysis, and application type and planning elements etc of healthy dwelling. This study is preceded in following steps and contents. First, make conceptional definition for similarity words regarding healthy eco dwelling through existing study and internet search data etc, and analysis comprehensive meaning of 'Health' and 'Healthy Dwelling'. Second, I have done arrangement examination synthetically about healthy eco dwelling, wellbeing house, and ubiquitous future dwelling by paradigm of spread healthy dwelling. Third, examine application type of healthy dwelling that appear present and arrange analyzing planning elements is applied in the types.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the design guidance of education facilities by analysing Alvaro Siza's education facilities of which considered having idiosyncratic spatial characteristics. Focusing on the his planning of learning and transitional space of education facilities, this study aims at eliciting the spatial characteristics of his architecture. In doing so, this study tries to figure out his basic method of reification of his basic architectural concept which is articulated in learning space and transitional space of education facilities by introducing the boundary element and penetration of light in order to support student's learning activity and foster abundant cognitive experiences. Therefore, this study presents the feasible supplementary design method for future education facilities to be appropriate not just for quantitative factors, but for qualititative aspects such as user's psychological fulfillment, and emotional satisfaction.

Objective: Data exchange, interoperability, and access as a service in healthcare information management systems (HIMS) is the basic need to provision health-services. Data existing in various HIMS not only differ in the basic underlying structure but also in data processing systems. Data interoperability can only be achieved when following a common structure or standard which is shareable such as semantics based structures. We propose web-enabler: A Hadoop MapReduce based distributed approach to transform the existing huge variety data in variety formats to a conformed and flexible ontological format that enables easy access to data, sharing, and providing various healthcare services. Results: For proof of concept, we present a case study of general patient record in conventional system to be enabled for analysis on the web by transforming to semantics based structure. Conclusion: This work achieves transformation of stale as well as future data to be web-enabled and easily available for analytics in healthcare systems.

In this paper, a prototype of ship basic planning system is implemented for the small and medium sized shipyards based on the internet technology and concurrent engineering concept. The system is designed from the user requirements. Consequently, standardized development environment and tools are selected. These tools are used for the system development to define and evaluate core application technologies. The system will contribute to increasing competitiveness of small and medium sized shipyards in the 21st century industrial en-vironment.

In this paper, we recall the definition of soft set, fuzzy soft set, hesitant fuzzy set and hesitant fuzzy soft set and some of their examples. We define the concept of hesitant fuzzy soft multiset which combines hesitant fuzzy soft set and soft multiset theory. We also define basic terms in hesitant fuzzy soft multiset with relevant examples. Some basic operations such as restricted intersection, extended intersection, union, restricted union, AND-product and OR-product and their properties are given, supported with illustrative examples. We finally establish some important results, including De Morgan's inclusions and laws.

This study carries out a basic study of ways to calculate navigation errors for aircraft operating in the unmanned aerial system traffic management(UTM). Recently, research by UTM has been carried out both at home and abroad, along with the initial study of system definitions at the basic stage, operational techniques of the aircraft, and the practicality of the concept of necessary operations at the actual operational stage. This study presented after a review the factors that should be considered for the calculation of navigation errors among the factors that examine whether the actual low altitude aircraft can operate properly within UTM during its actual operation and the need to apply them in practice.
