전자차폐(電磁遮蔽)를 위한 크롬 및 알루미늄 스퍼터링의 효과 (Effects of Cr and Al Sputtered sheet for the Electromagnetic Shielding)

  • In this paper, shielding effectiveness(SE) of the shielding material of electromagnetic(EM) waves was investigated with actual experiments. The materials used in this study were made up of sputtering, film and powder of conductive materials - Cr, Al, Ag and Cu etc. Also, the polyester film was used as a base material. The experiment was carried out by using a shielding evaluator(Shielding box) TR17302 with an ADVANTEST spectrum analyzer, model R3361C. It was found from the experimental results that silver, copper, aluminum and chromium were good candidates as a shielding material against the EM waves with increasing the SE as the composite was laminated. The characteristics of the SE against the EM waves depended on a mode of preparation of specimen. The effects of density of particles on the SE were studied when the sputtering. The SE strongly depended on the electric resistance by density of sputtering and painting particles. SE increased as the density of particles was increasing.

RULED SURFACES IN E3 WITH DENSITY

  • In the present paper, we study curves in 𝔼3 with density $e^{ax^2+by^2}$, where a, b ∈ ℝ not all zero constants and give the parametric expressions of the curves with vanishing weighted curvature. Also, we create ruled surfaces whose base curves are the curve with vanishing weighted curvature and the ruling curves are Smarandache curves of this curve. Then, we give some characterizations about these ruled surfaces by obtaining the mean curvatures, Gaussian curvatures, distribution parameters and striction curves of them.

IGBT소자의 열적 안정성을 고려한 방열설계 (Thermal Design of IGBT Module with Respect to Stability)

  • Thermal design is required with considering thermal stability to verify the reliability of electric power device with using IGBT. Numerical analysis is performed to analyzed the change in thermal resistance with respect to the various thermal density of heating element. Correlations between thermal resistance and heat generation density are established. With using these correlations, performance curve is composed with respect to the change in thermal resistance of cooling conditions for natural convection and forced convection. Thermal fatigue is occurred at the Inside and outside of IGBT by repeated heat load. The crack is occurred between base plate and ceramic substrate for the inside. When the crack length is 4mm, the failure is occurred. Therefore, Thermal design method considering thermal density, thermal fatigue resistance is presented on this study and it is expected to thermal design with considering life prediction.

마이크로파 중합에 의한 의치상 레진의 물리적 성질에 관한 연구 (AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF THE DENTURE BASE RESINS CURED BY MICROWAVE IRRADIATION)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the physical propertise and determine whether three were any differences in the amount of porosity of the denture base resins cured by microwave irradiation and conventional water bath heating. The resins used in this study were K-33 resin and Acron MC resin. The properties selected were transverse strength, Knoop hardness, and density. A ten-power eyepiece and scanning electron microscope(Magnification of ${\times}$ 30and ${\times}$150)were used to examine the specimens for porosity. Through analyses of the data from this study, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. Microwave energy can be effectively use dtopolymerize poly(methylmethacrylate) denture base resins. 2. In the transverse strength, K-33 resin cured by microwave irradiation was the first highest, water bath cured K-33 resin the second, microwave cured Acron MC resin the third, water bath cured Acron MC resin the fourth. 3. In the Knoop hardness, K-33 resin cured by microwave irradiation was the first hardest, water bath cured K-33 resin the second, water bath cured Acron MC resin the third, microwave cured Acron MC resin the the fourth. 4. No significant difference was found between the density of resin denture bases polymerized by either method. 5. K-33 resin showed the most porosity for the microwave curing. But there was no significant difference in the Acron MC resin and other curing method.

참취의 고부가 식품이용화를 위한 품질특성 및 기능성 건강음료 개발 (Quality characteristics of Aster scaber and development of functional healthy drinks using its extract)

  • 본 연구는 소비자들이 잘 알고 있고 널리 섭취하고 있는 산채류 중 취나물의 일종인 참취의 이용가치를 높이기 위해 실시하였다. 품질특성을 알아보기 위하여 섬유소, 탄닌, 무기질, 색도, texture를 측정하였다 참취에는 섬유소가 0.68g/100g 함유되어 있었고, 수렴작용을 갖는 탄닌은 35.6ppm/g 함유 되어있는 것으로 나타났다. 무기질 함량을 측정한 결과 Fe가 많이 함유되어 있어 참취에서 290.98mg/kg으로 나타났다. 또한 고부가 식품이용화 가치를 판단하기 위해서 참취를 생잎, 나물과 샐러드로 제조해서 관능검사를 시행한 결과 참취 나물에 대한 전반적인 선호도가 다른 군에 비해 높게 나타났으며, 20대보다는 30대, 40대 이상에서 전체적인 선호도가 높게 나타났다. 참취 곰취 추출물을 이용하여 현대인의 건강증진에 이바지할 수 있는 음료를 개발하였다. 참취ㆍ곰취 음료의 제조조건 확립을 위하여 관능검사를 통해 recipe를 결정하였다. 결정된 recipe로 음료를 제조한 후 유통기한 설정을 위해 가용성 고형물, optical density, pH, 적정산도 및 미생물 등의 품질분석을 실시하여 유통기한을 18개월로 정하였다.

  • 원격탐사에서 위성 영상의 디지털 처리 기술이 발달하면서 GIS 자료와 지식 기반 전문가 시스템과의 통합에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위성영상을 토지피복 분류하는 과정에서 GIS 자료를 통합하기 위하여 기계 학습 기법과 규칙 기반 분류 기법을 적용하였다. 사례 지역을 대상으로 Landsat ETM+ 영상과 고도, 경사, 향, 수역과의 거리, 도로와의 거리, 인구밀도 등의 GIS 자료를 함께 활용하였다. C5.0 추론 기계 학습 알고리듬을 이용하여 350개의 표본점으로부터 결정 트리와 분류 규칙을 생성하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 규칙을 이용하여 분류한 결과, 고독 수역과의 거리, 인구밀도 등의 GIS 자료가 규칙 기반 분류에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제안한 기계 학습과 지식 기반 분류 기법을 이용하면 다양한 GIS 자료들을 통합하여 위성영상을 보다 효과적으로 분류할 수 있다.

전자파 강도 예측 모델을 통한 5G 기지국 평가 기법 연구 (Research on 5G Base Station Evaluation Method through Electromagnetic Wave Intensity Prediction Model)

  • 최근 5G 도입에 따라 생활 전반으로 전자파 방사원이 확산됨에 따라 국민 중심 전자파 안전관리 체계 구축이 필요한 실정이다. 특히 5G 안테나의 빔포밍 방식은 무선기지국 설치시 전자파의 전력밀도 측정은 10배 이상으로 증가되어 물리적인 측정으로 안전성을 판단하는 것은 무리가 있다. 따라서 체계적인 모델 분석을 통하여 계산에 의한 예측기법으로 생활속에 전자파 안전 유무를 판별할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이같은 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 전자파 수치해석툴을 사용한 5G 무선기지국의 가능성을 확인하기 위해서 실제 기지국 측정값과 예측 모델을 통한 예측값을 상호 비교하는 신뢰도 평가를 통하여 가능성을 확인하였다.

자동현상 지능화 보충방식의 임상적응에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Clinical Application of Intelligent Replenishment System of Automatic X-ray Film Processor Based on Film Density)

  • To inquire its usefulness of the clinical application of intelligent replenishment system of automatic X-ray film processor based on film density, we processed the serial 300 sheets of radiographic film of chest [$14{\times}14"$, HR-C type] and bone [elbow & ankle($8{\times}10"$), skull($10{\times}12"$), hand & foot($11{\times}14"$), pelvis($14{\times}17"$), HR-G type, 68, 70, 77, 85 sheets respectively]. We analyzed the characteristic corves, relative speeds, average gradients and base plus fog densities every twenty five sheets. We also evaluated the developer and fixer replenishment volumes every that time. In the chest and bone radiograph two all, the characteristic curves were little change, and the relative speeds, average gradients and base plus fog densities were within the maximum control limits. The average developer replenishment volumes were about 43m1/sheet and 39m1/sheet respectively. It brings decreased results about 29% in comparison with the conventional replenishment system. In our experiences, we conclude that the intelligent replenishment system of automatic X-ray film processor based on film density maintains image quality consistently, decreases also the replenishment volumes. Therefore, this system will be resulted in economic and environmental effects, and solve problems of over and low replenishment volume.

Ink setting and back trap mottle

  • Paper coating can give smoothness surface and good printability to uncoated paper. Macro roughness of base paper would be decreasing its groove and grit in view of side. Nevertheless its improving effect for paper, some kind of problem is showing in the fine coated paper. Especially, back trap mottle is one of serious problems in printing with fine coated paper. Printers can not adjust conditions to overcome the problem. Also large amounts of paper can be rejected. There are many factors that influence back trap mottle. However it is not clear what the important parameters are in back trap mottle. Back trap mottle has some relationship with ink setting but good guidelines are not clear. Back trap mottle has been linked to non-uniform ink setting. We do not know how much variation in setting we can tolerate. Other mottle issues such as micro-picking and ink refusal are still common. This paper was prepared to identify correlation with ink setting and delta ink density obtained from experiment and then tried to find out some relationships with ink setting and back trap mottle. Basically fine calcium carbonate and ciay was used for main components and coarse calcium carbonate was mixed in two fine pigments to change its porosity and ink acceptance. Micro ink tack force at KRK printing tester was adapted to measure ink setting rate. KRK units were used for back trap mottle simulation and two printed samples were prepared to check delta ink density. Clay base coating has more fast ink setting time than calcium carbonate's though smoothness of clay was better than calcium carbonate. It could be explained by that clay has finer pore in its coating than calcium carbonate. DID(delta ink density) has shown a good correlation with ink setting time from micro ink tack. The total pore volume of coating layer did not match with ink setting and DID. From the results we might conclude coating that has fine pore size around 0.05 ${\mu}m$ can be exposed to high possibility of back trap mottle.

가스 냉온수기용 STS 304 배관 용접부의 부식특성에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Corrosion Characteristics of STS 304 Pipeline Steel Weldment for Gas Cooling & Heating System)

  • 가스 냉온수기용 STS 304 배관 용접부의 부식특성을 연구하기 위하여, 0.5M $H_2SO_4+0.01M$ KSCN 수용액 중에서 전기화학적 분극시험, 금속조직시험 과 경도시험을 실시하여 STS 304배관 용접부의 양극분극거동, 인가전위에 따른 부식거동, 용접부의 금속조직 및 경도거동를 고찰하였다. 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 임계양극전류밀도는 모재보다 용접열영향부에서 많이 배류되고, 기본부동태전위는 모재보다 용접열영향부에서 더 높게 된다. 2) 부동태전류밀도는 모재보다 용접열영향부에서 더 많이 배류되고, 부동태영역은 용접열영향부보다 모재가 더 크게 된다. 3)인가전압에 의한 용접열영향부의 전류밀도는 모재의 전류밀도보다 더 많이 배류된다.
