  • Barrage is an interactive method based on video, and the video itself is visualized from the viewer's point of view to play people's emotions, and it already has an advantage in communication by attracting people's attention using stories and plays. Advances in digital and mobile technology have enabled video viewing anytime, anywhere. Due to the nature of the barrage site that relies on the same video content or playback to participate in video sharing through computers or mobile clients, a barrage that can express users' feelings and thoughts will be added, breaking down the limit of content acceptance by a single user. Barrage satisfy users' entertainment needs, and their influence is growing. Gradually, they are heading to offline movie theaters and TV from barrage videos on the Internet. Attempts to function as offline ammunition facilitated technological innovation for media convergence by converging mobile media with PCs and screens. At the same time, the trend of media convergence shown by coal screens is also a trend of overall technological development. A barrage is an extension of human communication skills. The properties of the barrage fit well with the need for experiential marketing (via video). It can provide a visual experience and create an atmosphere of "surrounding and watching" and eliminate loneliness. Barrage itself provides a function to comment on videos, which is a trigger point for the reason, and donation adds to the amount of information in the video, adding to the fun of the video. Through the barrage, sarcastic, teasing, and expressing emotions can bring entertainment experiences, and users can produce and communicate their shooting text while consuming the satisfaction brought by the shooting.   • 2차원문화(二次元文化)는 현재 중국 콘텐츠 시장의 핵심 키워드이다. 중국에서는 2차원문화에 대한 이용자가 날로 증가하며 대중들의 관심이 고조되고 있다. 또한 콘텐츠 시장에서의 인기로 인해 많은 자본을 투자하고 있는 실정이다. 2차원문화가 주류문화로 부상한 이유는 주류 소비자층의 전환뿐만 아니라, 첫째로는 2차원문화가 ACGN(Animation, Comic, Game, Light Novel) 외에도 영화, 공연, 테마파크 등 많은 영역 까지 아우른 거대한 산업사슬을 형성하고 있는 것, 둘째로는 사회적 환경과 충성도가 높은 특정 수용자들로 인해 더욱 더 많은 사람들이 2차원문화 행렬에 가담하고 있는 것, 셋째로는 문화의 전파성이 강한 등 세 가지 특징으로부터 2차원문화 콘텐츠에 있어서 수용자의 역할을 찾아보았고, PEST(거시환경 분석)를 통하여 정치, 경제, 사회, 기술 등 네 가지 측면으로 중국 2차원문화 환경을 분석하였다. 또한 2차원문화 수용자들의 생태환경과 소통방식이 변화되면서 수용자는 능동적 참여자이자 콘텐츠의 재생산자로 부각되었는데, 이러한 수용자 콘텐츠 이용방식을 '탄막(弹幕)'현상으로 살펴보았다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 2차원문화 환경에서 수용자 중심의 콘텐츠산업에 대한 적절한 발전 경로를 논의하는 시사점이 있다.

금강하구역 환경 변화와 주민 갈등 요인 (Environmental Change and Causes of Local Conflicts in the Geumgang Estuary)

  • After the artificial barrage was constructed in 1990s, the Geumgang estuary has been experiencing considerable changes in nature as well as in socioeconomic and culture in the vicinity villages. In order to understand how the change of estuarine environment bring about conflicts among the local communities, and resolve the conflicts, the research investigated the causes of the conflicts in the Geumgang estuary using in-depth and semi-structured interview method. 100 local people who have lived in the vicinity of Geumgang estuary for more than 30 years were selected for the interviews. Results of the research shows that local people's jobs determine the opinions about the estuary barrage and the way of estuarine management. Understanding environmental change and local conflicts helps to develop a sustainable and integrated estuary management system in the region.

Flushing 방류로 인한 섬진강 하구부 염수침입 영향분석 (Analysis of Saltwater Intrusion by Flushing Discharge in the Seomjin River Estuary)

  • Estuary is a transitional zone between river and ocean environment that receives the maritime and riverine influence simultaneously. Estuaries are the most productive habitats because their incoming water provides large quantities of nutrients. The Seomjin River estuary, located in the middle south of Korea, has no barrage and shows natural characteristic of estuary. However, due to dredging and reclamation the environment of the estuary has been changed significantly in the river mouth. In addition, increased freshwater intake in midstream of the Seomjin River results in salinity intrusion. In this paper salinity variation in downstream estuary of the Seomjin River has been simulated and tested using EFDC model. The results of simulation were compared with measured data collected at three points, Culture & Art Center, Sumjin Iron Bridge, and Mokdori, located at 9Km, 14Km, and 15.5Km respectively from downstream estuary. Based on the simulated results, the contribution of the flushing discharge has been evaluated in preventing the salinity intrusion by increasing the discharge flowrates released from the Juam dam.

푸른곰팡이균의 저항성 품종 검정방법에 의한 느타리버섯 균주의 저항성 판별 (Judgement of Resistant Cultivar by Screening method for Resistance of Oyster Mushroom to Trichoderma disease in vitro)

  • 품종 저항성 조사방법별로병원균과 버섯품종을 다르게 하여 품종간의 차이점이 있는지를 검토하였다. 푸른곰팡이 균과 품종별 대치배양시험에서 대치라인 형성, over growth, Lysis 증상이 나타났으며, 공시품종 중에 ASI 2183, ASI2504, ASI 2477 균주가 병저항성이 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 배양여액을 이용한 방법에서는 ASI 2240, ASI 2479, ASI 2181들이 저항성을 나타냈으며, 대치배양에서는 다른 경향을 보이는 경우도 있었으나, ASI 2479, ASI 2240 균주는 대치배양, 배양여액 시험결과에서 모두 저항성을 보였다. 배양후 접종법에서는 저항성을 보이는 버섯균주는 ASI 2479, ASI 2333, ASI 2181 등이었으며, 가장 감수성 품종은 큰느타리버섯인 ASI 2302 균주로 나타났다. 푸른곰팡이균주 같은 균주에서도 품종에 따라 각기 다른 특성을 나타냈으며, 동일품종에서 푸른곰팡이균주에 따라 각기 다른 병원성을 나타냈다. 느타리버섯과 푸른곰팡이균의 상호관계에서 다양한 증상이 발생하며 느타리버섯 품종에 대한 저항성 유무를 판단할 수 있다고 판단된다. 하지만 처리량이 많은 경우 동일 처리 내의 반복처리에서도 병징의 차이가 발생하는 경우가 있으며, 이는 시험에 사용한 버섯균과 병원균의 접종원의 활력의 차이에 의해 발생하는 것으로 추정되므로 주의해야하며, 저항성 균주로는 붉은느타리종, 감수성균으로 ASI 2302 균을 대조균으로 적용하면 효과적으로 저항성 검정을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
