다철근 스프링 네일링 공법의 보강효과 검토에 관한 연구 (A Study on Reinforcing Effect of Multi-Bar Spring Nailing)

  • This study investigates the reinforcing effects of the Multi-bar Spring nails with respect to the conventional Soil-nails in artificial slopes. Based on wide experience related to design and construction, soil nails have been widely applied to reinforce slope in the world. Multi-bar spring nails are one of the improved soil nailing methods. These method maximizes bending, shearing, pull-out resistance for those multi-nails, not unit nail, that are inserted in the borehole using special spacer at regular intervals. In addition, because cutting plane is confined effect resulting from a pressured plate at the end of the nails with compression spring equipment, slope stability is secured using MS-nailing method. Analyzing bending, pull-out, shearing condition of MS-nail, it was examined throughly elastic region, load transfer capacity, reinforcing effect on cutting plate of MS-nails. In addition, Pilot and laboratory tests, numerical analysis were carried out to verify the superiority of MS-nailing method. In case, MS nailing method is applied to reinforce artificial slope, it was analyzed that bending, pull-out, shearing resistance was increased more than existing nailing method was applied. In this study, it was shown that surface failure was more or less prevented using MS-nailing method, confining effect on cutting plane using spring stuck to flexible equipment.

  • The writer reviewed the cutting method of webbing practiced in major countries. Cutting rhythm Bar cutting to Point Cutting) should be chosen to approach as straight as possible, therefore the knot cuttings or the side cuttings should be 1, if possile. According to calculation, an arbitrary solution to a mixed cutting was undertaken, while another cutting method, of calculation 5 and 6, was taken by a prepared table. In no case, it was consequently possible to use an unmixed cutting rhythm. Sometimes, the cutting calculated from approximate value differs from desired result, tut this defference should not be taken too significant in practice.

  • 원자력발전소 구조물을 포함하여 플랜트 구조물에서는 사용 중 설비보강을 위하여 벽체 및 슬래브에 관통부를 신설하는 경우가 빈번히 발생하고 있으며, 관통부 설치작업 중에 철근이 절단되는 사례가 일부 발생하고 있다. 이 관통부들은 설계 또는 건설 단계에서 고려된 것이 아니므로 설치 중 발생한 철근의 절단은 사실상 구조물의 손상이기 때문에, 관통부 주변 응력 전이범위 또는 유효폭을 고려한 구조물의 건전성 평가가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 가동중인 원자력발전소 벽식 건물의 전단벽에 관통부를 신설할 경우에 발생하는 철근 절단의 영향을 평가하기 위하여 다양한 비선형 해석과 정적 가력 실험을 수행하였다. 그리고 관통부 신설과 철근의 절단으로 인한 벽체의 강성저하와 관통부 주변 철근의 응력 및 변형률 분포를 평가하였다.

콤바인 예취날의 형상이 볏짚절단저항에 미치는 영향 (An effect of the shape of cutting blade on cutting resistance of rice stalk)

  • 본 연구는 예취시 벼 줄기의 절단 저항이 적은 콤바인 예취날 개발에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하기위하여 예취날의 윗날 내부에 면적 $75mm^2$의 평면 홈을 가공한 개발날과 시중에 판매되는 예취날을 사용하여 절단속도비와 볏짚의 함수율을 인자로 미예취시 예취날의 구동 마찰저항과 예취저항을 측정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 예취날 속도 0.37m/s에서 0.55m/s범위 내에서 단날 구동시의 예취날 구동 마찰저항은 홈 가공을 한 개발 날이 평균 $0.12kg{\cdot}m$로 홈 가공을 하지 않은 기존 날의 평균 $0.16kg{\cdot}m$에 비해 25% 낮게 나타났다. 또한 양날 구동방식에서도 홈 가공을 한 개발말이 기존날에 비해 평균 26%정도 구동 마찰저항이 낮게 나타났다. 2. 절단속도비 10.에서 1.5범위 내에서 홈을 가공한 개발날의 볏짚 예취 저항은 기존 날에 비해 볏짚의 함수율 14.2%, 55.3%, 84.2%에 대해 각각 평균 12%, 15%, 20% 낮게 나타났다. 3. 예취날 구동 방식에 따른 볏짚 예취 저항은 양날구동방식이 $0.20kg{\cdot}m$로 단날 구동방식의 $0.24kg{\cdot}m$에 비해 평균 17%정도 낮게 나타났다. 4. 예취날의 최적 속도비는 볏짚의 함수율 변화에 따라 다르게 나타났으며 함수율 14.2%, 84.2%에 대해 각각 1.2, 1.4로 나타났다.

초경톱과 숫돌톱의 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance of Hardmetal with Whetstone Saw)

  • An experimental study was performed to select cutting parameters for better quality-products in hard metals such as steels. Usually, a hard metal can be cut with a rotary cutting knife and the process provides a good cutting quality result. However, the cutting machine is much sensitive in cutting conditions because of its complicated mechanism. By this reason, careful processing conditions must be taken to improve the quality of the products. This experimental study for better quality products with a rotary cutting knife was carried out with two main factors; cutting speeds and cutting and pooling forces. A two-dimensional profile measuring instrument is used to evaluate its cutting faces and the effects of processing factors are analyzed by a commercial software.

  • The trend of cutting process today goes toward higher precision and higher efficiency. Many thermal/frictional troubles occur in high-speed machining of die and mold steels.In this paper, the thermal characteristics are evaluated in high sped ball end-milling of hardened steel(HRc42). Experimental work is performed on the effect of cutting environments on tool life and cutting temperature. Cutting environments involve dry, wet(20bar), compressed chilly air at -9$^{\circ}C$, compressed chilly air at -35$^{\circ}C$. The measuring technique of cutting temperature using implanted thermocouple is used. The cutting temperature is about 79$0^{\circ}C$, 35$0^{\circ}C$ and 54$0^{\circ}C$ in dry, wet and compressed chilly air at +9$^{\circ}C$, respectively. The tool life for compressed chilly air at -9$^{\circ}C$ is longer than all other cutting environments in experiment.

  • Vibrations in machine tools make many problems in precision, production efficiency, and machine performance. The relative vibration between a workpiece and a tool is very complicated due to many sources. In this study, the dynamic characteristics of a newly developed CNC lathe were analyzed and its chatter characteristics were predicted by a chatter analysis method using finite element analysis and 3 dimensional cutting dynamics. The simulated results showed very complex characteristics of chatter vibration and the borderline of limiting depth of cut was used as the stability limit. To check the validity of this method, cutting tests were done in the CNC lathe using a boring bar as a tool because boring process is very weak due to long overhang . The experimental results showed that the simplified borderline was to be considered as limiting depth of cut at which the chatter vibration starts and the stability limits depended on various cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed and nose radius of tool.

탄소섬유 복합재료 보오링바의 Chatter 특성에 관한 연구

  • Machining with boring bars frequently induce chatter vibration because of the low stiffness and damping of cantilever shape of boring bars. To increase stiffness and damping, a carbon fiber epoxy composite boring bar was designed, manufactured and tested. The natural frequency of the carbon fiber epoxy composite boring bar in the free-free end condition was incerased more than 50% over that of the steel boring bar, and the damping of the carbon fiber epoxy composite boring bar was also increased 450%. The fundamental natural frequency of the carbon fiber epoxycomposite boring bar in the cantilever beam condition was found to be increased 20-30% over that of the steel boring bar in overhang length range 140-200mm. In machining S45C tapered workpieces, the limit of the overhang length of the steel boring bar was about 170mm in cutting speed 140m/min.

  • 본 연구는 분전반 또는 배전반에 설치되는 부스바(busbar)의 절연 피복을 절단하는 커팅기에 관한 기술로써, 연구 결과, 첫째, 커팅기 상부와 하부에 각각 레이저기가 부착된 하우징을 포함하는 커팅유닛 및 프레임의 상부에 설치되고, 부스바의 피복 커팅거리를 조절하는 스토퍼로 구성된 것이 특징인 부스바 피복 레이저 커팅기이다. 둘째, 프레임은, 테이블의 후방 측 단부에 위치하도록 상부에 길이 방향으로 가이드 바가 놓여 설치되고 상부 중간 부분에서 전방과 후방에 각각 수직 상으로 포스트가 설치되며, 전방 포스트의 외측부에 위치하도록 테이블에 커팅 홀이 형성된 것이 특징이다. 셋째, 서포터는, 프레임에 배치된 가이드 바의 상부에 고정 설치되고, 실린더와 지지 판으로 구성된 것이 특징이다. 본 연구의 의미는 작업자의 안전사고를 방지하며, 커팅 작업의 효율성을 높이고, 부스바의 표면에 흠집이 발생하는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다는데 연구의 의미를 찾을 수 있었다.
