Purpose - Why, why is it difficult to predict the appropriateness of self-employment, and what are the countermeasures and policy proposals to overcome. This study intends to further develop the field of statistical variables. It is necessary to overcome the limitation of existing proper scale research in Korea. We need to find statistical variables that can determine the appropriateness of self-employment in Korea. These efforts will be helpful in evaluating OECD countries and statistics and developing domestic economic indicators. Research design, data, and methodology - It is the discovery of statistical indicators and complementary indicators that have not been revealed in previous studies. Therefore, we sought to find new statistical parameters based on the statistics of the Korea National Statistical Office, the Bank of Korea, and overseas OECD statistics. (Proper Size of Adequacy) is defined as the specific gravity or number of the self-employed in Korea, which is shown as "Out Put" by statistical analysis of STATA panel statistical data. It is possible to further develop variables such as gross domestic product, gross national product, economic growth rate, unemployment rate, income tax rate, consumer price, tax level, exports, import amount, bill default I want to dig. Results - In addition to expanding economic indicators that can be explained by self-employment determinants, we have developed a variety of methods such as linear and non-linear (U-shaped, inverted U-shaped). It is the improvement of the self-employment determinants and the analysis method to estimate the appropriate scale. Conclusions - The proposed contents are reflected in self - employment appropriateness evaluation data and hope to help the government to select the policy support and to evaluate the government business after the policy support. These efforts are expected to be of great help to operators operating their own businesses, and to government and related institutional practitioners who support them. In this way, self-employment will be created in accordance with the Korean situation, where the happy life of all the people becomes the premise and the inclusive economic activities are guaranteed. It will improve the method of analyzing proper scale of small business owners and self-employed in Korea.

Strength anisotropy is a typical feature of thin-bedded rock masses and their strength will be degraded subjected to water immersion effect. Such effect is crucial for the operation of hydropower plant because the impoundment lifts the water level of upstream reservoir and causes the rock mass of nearby slopes saturated. So far, researches regarding mechanical property of natural thin-bedded rock masses and their strength variation under water immersion based on field test method are rarely reported. This paper focuses on a thin-bedded stratified rock mass and carries out field test to investigate the mechanical property and strength variation characteristics. The field test is highlighted by samples which have a large shear dimension of 0.5 m*0.5 m, representing a more realistic in-situ situation than small size specimen. The test results confirm the anisotropic nature of the concerned rock mass, whose shear strength of host rocks is significantly larger than that of bedding planes. Further, the comparison of shear strength parameters of the thin-bedded rock mass under natural and saturated conditions show that for both host rocks and bedding planes, the decreasing extent of cohesion values are larger than friction values. The quantitative results are then adopted to analyze the influence of reservoir impoundment of a hydropower plant on the surrounding rock mass stability of diversion tunnels which are located in the nearby slope bank. It is evaluated that after reservoir impoundment, the strength degradation induced incremental deformations of surrounding rock mass of diversion tunnels are small and the stresses in lining structure are acceptable. It is therefore concluded that the influences of impoundment are small and the stability of diversion tunnels can be still achieved. The finings regarding field test method and its results, as well as the numerical evaluation conclusions are hoped to provide references for rock projects with similar concerns.
To secure instream flow at the Yudeung urban stream reach of Daejeon city in South Korea, Yudeung upstream diversion was designed with total water storage of $59{\times}10^4m^3$, and the upstream Seongol reservoir was planned to raise the bank with various sizes. Downstream streamflows were simulated by considering outflows from upstream diversion and reservoir, and after then flow durations were analyzed and compared with flows of no reservoir condition. In case of no diversion or reservoir upstream, flow durations were $1^{st}$ flow of $84.72m^3/s$, $95^{th}$ flow of $2.10m^3/s$, $185^{th}$ flow of $0.92m^3/s$, $275^{th}$ flow of $0.42m^3/s$, and $355^{th}$ flow of $0.31m^3/s$. In case of upstream diversion, flow durations were $1^{st}$ flow of $94.38m^3/s$, $95^{th}$ flow of $2.96m^3/s$, $185^{th}$ flow of $1.22m^3/s$, $275^{th}$ flow of $0.50m^3/s$, and $355^{th}$ flow of $0.35m^3/s$. The increase flow rates were $0.04m^3/s$ in $355^{th}$ flow, $0.08m^3/s$ in $275^{th}$, and $0.30m^3/s$ in 185th. In case of Seongol reservoir with effective storage capacities of $365{\times}10^4m^3$, $544{\times}10^4m^3$, $750{\times}10^4m^3$, and $992{\times}10^4m^3$, flow durations were $85.5{\sim}83.9m^3/s$ on $1^{st}$ flow, $2.85{\sim}2.57m^3/s$ on $95^{th}$ flow, $1.16{\sim}1.27m^3/s$ on $185^{th}$ flow, $0.64{\sim}0.99m^3/s$ on $275^{th}$ flow, and $0.56{\sim}0.94m^3/s$ on $355^{th}$ flow. The increase flow rates were $0.25{\sim}0.63m^3/s$ in $355^{th}$ flow, $0.22{\sim}0.57m^3/s$ in $275^{th}$, and $0.24{\sim}0.35m^3/s$ in $185^{th}$. The more the sizes of upstream reservoirs increased, the $1^{st}$ and $95^{th}$ flows decreased in which coefficients of determination were 0.92, 0.99, respectively and the $185^{th}$, $275^{th}$, and $355^{th}$ flows increased in which coefficients of determination were 0.93 to 0.99.

For example, we can pay in IC credit card(or IC cash card) on T-Commerce. or we can be provided TV banking service in IC cash card such as ATM. However, so far, T-commerce payment services have weakness in security such as storage and disclosure of card information as well as dropping sharply about custom ease because of taking advantage of card information input method using remote control. To solve this problem, This paper developed processing payment module for implementing TV electronic payment system using IC credit card payment standard, EMV.
Camelina sativa L., known as popular names "gold-of-pleasure" or "false flax" is an alternative oilseed crop that can be grown under different climatic and soil conditions. Up to date, however, the genomic information of Camelina has not been studied in detail. Therefore, a cDNA library was constructed and characterized from young leaves. The constructed cDNA library incorporated of 1334 cDNA clones and the size of the insertion fragments average was 736 base pair. We generated a total of 1269 high-quality expressed sequence tags (ESTs) sequences. The result of cluster analysis of EST sequences showed that the number of unigene was 851. According to subsequent analysis, the 476 (55.9%) unigenes were highly homologous to known function genes and the other 375 (44.1%) unigenes were unknown. Remaining 63 (7.4%) unigenes had no homology with any other peptide in NCBI database, indicating that these seemed to be novel genes expressed in leaves of Camelina. The database-matched ESTs were further classified into 17 categories according to their functional annotation. The most abundant of categories were "protein with binding function or cofactor requirement (27%)", "metabolism (11%)", "subcellular localization (11%)", "cellular transport, transport facilities and transport routes (7%)", "energy (6%)", "regulation of metabolism and protein function (6%)". Our result in this study provides an overview of mRNA expression profile and a basal genetic information of Camelina as an oilseed crop.

Since understanding of similarities and differences among protein structures is very important for the study of the relationship between structure and function, many protein structure comparison systems have been developed. Hut, unfortunately, these systems introduce their own protein data derived from the PDB(Protein Data Bank), which are needed in their algorithms for comparing protein structures. In addition, according to the rapid increase in the size of PDB, these systems require much more computation to search for common substructures in their databases. In this paper, we introduce a protein structure comparison system named WS4E(A Web-Based Searching Substructures of Secondary Structure Elements) based on a PSAML database which stores PSAML documents using the eXist open XML DBMS. PSAML(Protein Structure Abstraction Markup Language) is an XML representation of protein data, describing a protein structure as the secondary structures of the protein and their relationships. Using the PSAML database, the WS4E provides web services searching for common substructures among proteins represented in PSAML. In addition, to reduce the number of candidate protein structures to be compared in the PSAML database, we used topology strings which contain the spatial information of secondary structures in a protein.

In this study, we attempted to isolate fungi from soybean fermented foods produced in Sunchang County and to identify Aspergillus oryzae from fungal isolates. Ten fungal isolates were identified with ${\beta}$-tubulin gene. According to the sequences of ${\beta}$-tubulin gene, ten fungal isolates were identified as A. oryzae/flavus complex. For further identification of the ten of fungal isolates, omtA gene, one gene of the aflatoxin biosynthesis gene cluster, was sequenced and the sequences were compared with those of A. oryzae and A. flavus strains from the GenBank database. In addition, identification of the ten fungal isolates was further confirmed using the PCR amplicon of norB and cypA intergenic region, in which a deletion was recognized relative to A. flavus and A. parasiticus. The amplicon size of the ten fungal isolate strains was smaller than those of A. flavus and A. parasiticus, but the same as that of the reference A. oryzae strain. These results indicated that the ten isolates should be identified as A. oryzae. The protease activity in rice koji made with 6, 13, 17, 27, 37 and 38 of strain, respectively was twice higher than that in control. The kojis made with nine of the A. oryzae isolates, respectively, did not produce aflatoxin, suggesting that the strains could possibly be used as starters for soybean products.
T-RFLP analysis and clone sequencing analysis based on bacterial 16S rDNA were conducted to assess bacterial community structure and diversity in Zoysia japonica soil treated with liquid fertilizer containing amino acids(LFcAA) after spray with herbicide. The results of T-RFLP (terminal restriction fragment length poly-morphism) analysis using restriction enzyme Hae III showed that the T-RFs of various size appeared evenly in the 32 clones of KD3 and 38 clones of KD4 respectively that had been treated with liquid fertilizer containing amino acid(LFcAA) compared to 23 clones of KD2 hat had not been treated with LFcAA. The microbial com- munity structure in KD2 appeared less diverse than those in KD3 and KD4. Analysis of partial sequences for 110 clones from KDI (control), KD2 (non-treated), KD3 (LFcAA 1X), KD4 (LFcAA 2X), respectively, revealed that most bacteria were related with uncultured bacteria in a 16S rDNA sequence similarity range of 91-99% through blast search. Otherwise, the other clones were members of proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Act-inobacteria, Sphingobacteria and Planctomyces groups. Especially in KD4, members of Alpha Proteobacteria, Rhizobiales, Sphigomonadales, Caulobacterales, Gamma Proteobacteria, the genus Pseudomonas, Betapro-teobacteria, Nitrosomonadales and genus Nitrosospira appeared to be dominant. In addition, Acidobacteria group, Actinobacteria group, Planctomycetacia and Sphingobacteria were also shown. The microbial com-munity structure in Z. japonica soil sprayed with herbicide was affected by LFcAA.

The government announced a plan for fund support to the enterprises with high possibility of recovery and early restructuring for the enterprises with low recovery by objectifying credit assessment system. Such announcement of government could be extended to restructuring risk of middle standing enterprises with low financial soundness by establishing the basis to prepare prompt restructuring by reinforcing the basis for restructuring through capital market. This research analyzed financial soundness based on the financial evaluation of bank by selecting 10 middle standing construction companies which focused on housing business in 2019, based on such analysis result, it was confirmed that there was a high possibility of restructuring risk. This research determined that there would be a decrease in growth rate of construction industry on the whole in 2020 due to fall of economic growth rate and reinforced real estate regulation, accordingly, there's a big possibility for middle standing construction companies with paid-in capital ratio due to its low possibility of maintenance of stable credit rating. This research established KCSI assessment model by utilizing the material of a reliable research institute in order for middle standing construction companies to evade restructuring risk, and indicated risk ratio differentiated per each item through a working-level expert survey. Such research result could suggest credit risk reduction method to middle standing construction company management staffs, and prepare a basis to evade restructuring risk.

In this study, we analyzed sedimentation and erosion environment around Halmiseom on Anmyeon Island using wind direction and wind speed data, gain size analysis data and datum-point measured values. To observe changes in sedimentation and erosion environment around Halmiseon, we installed datum points at 12 locations around Halmiseom and carried out at total of 32 field measurements from May 16th, 2010 to May 8th, 2012. The field measurement results showed that H-3, H-4, H-5 and H-9 points are dominated by sedimentation environment, and H-7, H-8, H-10, H-11 and H-12 points are dominated by erosion environment. Meanwhile, sedimentation and erosion appeared alternately at H-2 and H-6 points. These results indicate that a bank installed in the southwest side of Halmiseom prevented sand of the beach from moving to the northeast side, leaving the sand of the beach being deposited at the sites, and the northeast side, where sand was not provided from beach ridge of Halmiseon was dominated by sedimentation. That is, the southwest side of Halmiseom was dominated by sedimentation, but the northeast side was dominated by erosion in general. However, the opposite trends were observed at H-9 point of the northeast side and H-12 point of the southwest side. According to analysis, since H-9 point is located at the end of sand spit connected to Halmiseom, the supply of sediments by a tidal current is possible. On the other hand, it was difficult to analyze the cause of erosion in case of H-12 point located at the sand dune due to the short measurement period.
