In this paper, we propose a novel analysis and design methodology based on complex network theory for wireless large-scale ad hoc networks. We also enhance the conventional analysis methods which does not sufficiently consider the effect of the wireless communication channels and extend the existing random graph theory by reflecting the wireless communication environments. As a main result, the effect of the network topology such as average degree of each communication node on the network capacity through extensive computer simulations.

Recently, the communication between LED array and camera, called Visual-MIMO, is under active research and we expect the maximization of application to the vehicle as well as smart-phone. In this paper, we improve the BER performance of Visual-MIMO system by using the brightness information of a received image. We also suggest the error correction method to minimize the error due to Inter-Symbol-Interference. The performance analysis according to the noise and distance variation will verify the validity of our proposed method including results through simulation and hardware experiment.

The cutting schedule for the maximum yield of DM and quality was applied to alfalfa swards. Harvesting at the cutting time for the maximum total yield to (Chang 1971) was selected as the criterion which provided the highest DM yield in accordance with high consistent levels of CP and IVD as well as persistance of the species in the pure stands. On the same theoretical basis, ceiling LAI and 25% bloom stages proved most satisfactory for harvesting pure stands of alfalfa.

This study was initiated to search for the most effective method for extraction of anthocyanins from Morus alba Fruits using organic acids and to evaluate the stability of the pigments at various storage environments. The anthocyanins were effectively extracted by addition of organic acids such as citric acid, malic acid and fumaric acid. The anthocyanins were not degraded at $25^{\circ}C$ and under a fluorescent light with 183 lux, but sharply degraded at $60^{\circ}C$.

This paper described a metal mount RFID tag that works reliably on metallic surface. The proposed method is to use commercial RFID tags, Styrofoam103.7 material is attached on back side of RFID tag. Styrofoam103.7 material which has 2.5 mm thickness and 1.03 relative permittivity, was attached on back side of RFID tag. In order to verify the performance of proposed method, we evaluated the experiment on the supply chain system of electric transformers using RFID. The experimental results on supply chain of electric transformers show that the proposed tags can communicate with readers from a distance of 2 m. The results of recognition rates are comparable to commercial metallic mountable tags.

The purpose of this study was to develop indicators for information and communication technology(ICT) use in elementary education, which are useful tools for forecasting and deciding the policy of education in the society of information technology. We analyzed prior studies on information and communication indicators, and suggested a survey forms to collect data and an equation for each indicator in order to calculate an index from the data without additional survey-cost. They can be intended to be explored on definitions of ICT use in education, indicators for ITC use in elementary education, illustration of utilizing the indicators, and an analysis of differences among schools on the indicators.

In this paper, an objective of this research is to add convenience to the intranet operating within an educational institution, by setting up a messenger function to enable the faculties and teachers to make better use of the university database via Intranet. With this messenger services, the users can view the information about the members in a group they belong to, and register as friends a group of members they selected from the work group they are in. This function will reduce the cumbersome chores of adding one individual as a friend at a time. This research will enhance the Intranet within an educational institution by integrating new functions. Speciallly, In this paper, it is stored student data by the input form by the JDBC of XML standard data. Also, it is able to search of stored database to web sever from web client by the SQL quary.

We suggest the image recognition algorithm for automatic decision of EUT malfunction using computer vision in the radiant electromagnetic field. We monitor and analyze the EUT malfunction through the numerical value change of electro-measurement and medical instruments, or the image distortion of PC monitor. We could decide EUT malfunction by comparing the object image in the electromagnetic field with the reference image or by recognizing the numerical value change on the video camera monitor. We can show the evidence of EUT malfunction decision and reduce the possibility of malfunction in the tolerance test.

Laboratory model test results for the ultimate bearing capacity and allowable bearing capacity at various settlement levels conducted on a strip foundation supported by geogrid-reinforced clay soil have been presented. For mobilization of the maximum possible load-carrying capacity, the optimum width and depth of the reinforcement layers, and the location of the first layer of reinforcement with respect to the bottom of the foundation have been determined.

From our previous report, the water extract of Pulsatilla koreana root was found to have potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions in intravenous administration in animals. Among chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol and water fractions which were obtained through successive fractionation of the extract, only the water fraction was found to have the antiinflammatory and analgesic actions. The fraction did not affect normal body temperature at the effective doses in mice and showed low acute toxicity of which $LD_{50}$ was less than 500 mg/kg i.v. in mice. It is interesting that its anti-inflammatory action might be attributed in part to inhibition of cyclooxygenase-1 and -2.
