The Baekjae Culture Festival was first held with the objective to re-explore and succeed the traditions of Baekjae culture based on history of Baekjae's seat of government, Gongju and Buyeo. It has contributed to the development of regional culture and establishment of cultural identity of local community with its pride as the leading historical cultural festival that introduces the history and culture of Baekje. However, the current Baekje Culture Festival as a historical and cultural festival is faced with a criticism as it is operated in the direction far from its initial purpose due to the lack of recognition in its significance and application. Therefore, the National Baekje Cultural Products Concours is held as part of various contests of Baekje Culture Festival in order to encourage the pride of Baekje history, draw international attention for the advanced and unique Baekje culture, develop innovative ideas for cultural products and grow the talents in design. The awarded work of this national concours is believed to be effective for the cultural contents industry. However, unlike its initial purpose, the concours has become a one-time exhibitionist event. Hence, through the analysis of general facts and case of domestic cultural products this thesis aims to find a way to utilize the National Baekje Cultural Products Concours in order to re-evaluate the history and culture of Baekje and enhance the public recognition through their viewing, consuming, promoting and experiencing of cultural products.

The purpose of this study is to Baekje Cultural Festival development & reform measure by using tourist behavior characteristic of using a correspondence analysis. This study searches choice attributes factors to compare and analyzes satisfaction with importance of each regional culture festival based on choice attributes factor to grasp main tourists' behavioral character about visitors of Buyeo baekje cultural festival that can be called representative regional cultural festival in Korea. Also, execute confrontation agreement test that is kind of multidimensional scaling, wish to examine preference by age and by companion of Buyeo baekje cultural festivals that is regional unique festival, and contribute attract foreign tourist to korea enlargement. And analyze through multiple regression analysis whether festival choice attributes factor exerts effect that is some in revisiting intention, I wish to consider desirable development and improvement plan that can analyze problem by this strength and weakness, raise more attractive foreign tourist to korea and incomes in Buyeo baekje cultural festival hereafter.

This study is to clarify the effect of changes of cultural industries, specialized products and regional festival, in "Junwon culture region". According to this study, "Junuon culture region", as border region of Koguryo, Baekje, Silla kingdom, which has not constituted its original culture, must develop its own specialized products based on culture and history of the three kingdoms in modern meaning. In 21st century, cultural industry of "Junuon culture region" must emphasize the role of linking of Koguryo culture which consists of major culture in North Korea. Because regional festival of "Junuon culture region" as place marketing is concentrated in spring and autumn, regional festival must be a package type of interregional network. In 21st century, "Junwon culture region" as border region of Koguryo, Baekje, and Silla, must be the peace place of cultural industry with maximized merit and high accessibility at present time. And with development of knowledge and information society, cultural industry estate must bring up regional network centralizing Cheongju city.ng up regional network centralizing Cheongju city.

This article is about the tradition and history of Baekjesooryukjae(Sooryukjae, one of the Buddhist ritual is called Baekjesooryukjae in Buyeo), which is conducted in Baekje Cultural Festival, the annual festival that is held in Buyeo. Buyeo was a place where various ritual books on Sooryukjae were published, and where Bumpae(Buddhist chants) were taught centering on Mooryang Temple. Based on this tradition, to comfort the lonely spirit of Baekje and pacify the three thousand court ladies, Sooryukjae started to be held 60 years ago. Baekjesooryukjae, unlike Sooryukjae of other regions, have the feature that it is held on the river. In Buyeo, where ritual books were published many times and where there was its own Buyeo education, Sooryukjae is assumed to have been handed down for a long time. Thanks to such historical tradition, Sooryukjae was held as a ritual of pacification in Baekje Cultural Festival. Baekjesooryukjae has unique characteristics. Baekjesooryukjae, which started with the proposal of the residents, shows off its status as the one and only water Sooryukjae that is currently existent, and it shows there are significant meanings depending on the changing venues of 재차 as well as the composition of 재차. It is a Sooryukjae with 60 year-long tradition and locality, history.
