This paper was investigated the changes of the cell wall components, enzyme activities during ripening of jujuba fruits for elucidating the softening metabolism of jujuba fruits. Firmness were decreased during ripening. Moisture content did not show any notable cahanges until ripening stage but they decreased a little In overripe jujuba fruits. Polygalacturonase activities were not detected at nature green stage and $\beta$-galactosidase activities were until turning stage. But polygalacturonase activities in ripening and overripening were 51.31 and 100.72 units/100g-fr, wt. respectively. $\beta$-galactosidase activities were 16.05 and 182.55units/100g-fr. wt. in the same stages. The content of water-soluble protein was increased in overripening. Stage the contents of cell wall and alcohol-insoluble material were. decraesed during maturation, but water-soluble material was increased. The pectin and alkali-soluble hemicellulose were increased until ripening stage, but decreased in overripe jujube fruits. The total pectin and insoluble pectin during ripening, but decreased in overripe jujuba fruits.
Seven new species of genus Dysidea (Demospongiae: Dictyoceratida: Dysideidae) are described from Jejudo Island and Geomundo Island, Korea. These new species are compared with other reported species in fibre structure and arrangement, and cored detritus. Dysidea reticulum n. sp. is similar to D. glavea in skeletal structure but differ in sponge shape. Dysidea simplex n. sp. is close to D. glavea with loosely arranged skeletal structure but fibres in this new species are not cored with large sands. Dysidea pyeongdaensis n. sp. is characterized by tube-like surface oscules open toward the sandy bottom. Dysidea capillus n. sp. is similar to D. dokdoensis in skeletal structure, but differs in long surface conules. Dysidea mukriensis n. sp. is close to D. corallina in distinct dense surface conules, but differs in sponge shape and skeletal structure. Dysidea membrana n. sp. is similar to D. sabulum in primary fibres cored with numerous large sands, but differs in sponge surface conules and secondary fibres. Dysidea chujaensis n. sp. is unique in the sponge shape and skeletal structure.

The results are as follows : 1. In the study of lymphocytes numbers in mice circulating blood, Houttuyniae herba Aqua-acupuncture showed inhibitory effect, but without stastistical significance. 2. In the study of $CD4^+$ T cell percentage in mice circulating blood, Houttuyniae herba Aqua-acupuncture showed inhibitory effect, but without stastistical significance. 3. In the study of $CD8^+$ T cell percentage in mice circulating blood, Houttuyniae herba Aqua-acupuncture showed inhibitory effect, with stastistical significance. 4. in the study of lymphocytes numbers in mice spleen tissue, Houttuyniae herba Aqua-acupuncture showed inhibitory effect, but without stastistical significance. 5. In the study of $CD4^+$ T cell percentage in mice spleen tissue, Houttuyniae herba Aqua-acupuncture showed inhibitory effect, but without stastistical significance. 6. In the study of $CD8^+$ T cell percentage in mice spleen tissue, Houttuyniae herba Aqua-acupuncture showed inhibitory effect, but without stastistical significance. 7. In the measurement of melanoma tissue weight, Houttuyniae herba Aqua-acupuncture showed increasing effect, but without stastistical significance. According to above results, it is concluded that Houttuyniae herba Aqua-acupuncture is effective upon immune responses in Melanoma 816 inoculated mice.
This study was conducted to provide some basic information for promoting efficiency in university food services. Subjects were 309 students of A, B and C university. The survey was done by questionaires, and the data were analyzed by SAS program. The quantity and nutritional values of food was evaluated as appropriate but temperature and freshness of food, use of seasonal food, variety of menu were indicated as unsatisfactory. Male students marked lower points on the price but female students gave lower scores for variety of menu and use of seasonl food. Employee hygiene fast service and neatness and kindness of workers were evaluated as appropriate but food sanitation and cleanness of dishes were indicated as unsatisfactory. A and B university students scored low marks on food sanitation. Female students scored higher marks on the employee's neatness. Arrangement of tables and chairs, location of returning utensils, location of counter use of menu board and ventilation facilities were scored as average but interior decoration and heating facilities were scored as low level. Students of a school scored low mark on the arrangement of tables, location of counter, heating facilities and interior decoration but students of B school scored low mark on the use of menu board. Calmness and comfortableness of dining hall was unsatisfactory but location of dining hall, serving time and waiting time were evaluated as appropriate. In conclusion improvements for temperature and freshness of food, use of seasonal food, variety of menu, food sanitation, cleanness of dishes, interior decoration, heating facility and resting area were indicated as necessary.

The research aims to investigate the determinants of the financial performance of 1343 Vietnamese companies categorized into six different industries listed on the Vietnamese Stock Exchange over a four-year period from 2014 to 2017 using STATA software. Those determinants include firm size, liquidity, solvency, financial leverage, and financial adequacy while the financial performance is evaluated by three different ratios: return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and return on sales (ROS). The research results from these companies during the given period indicate that: (1) Firm size has a positive impact on both ROA and ROS, especially ROA but it has the opposite effect on ROE, (2) Adequacy ratio impacts positively on ROA and ROS but negatively on ROE, (3) Financial leverage considerably negative influences on ROE and ROS but positively impacts on ROA, (4) Liquidity has a positive effect on both ROA and ROE but a negative one on ROS and (5) Solvency has a positive impact on ROA and ROS but the negative impact on ROE. Furthermore, agriculture accounted for the highest percentage of profitability at the beginning, which was replaced by service for ROA but manufacture for ROE from 2016 to 2017 as opposed to the least in transportation.
Panu ginseng (6 Year old) was grown $17^{\circ}C$/$15^{\circ}C$ and $27^{\circ}C$ day/$23^{\circ}C$ night in the light room of phytotron for 84 days. The composition of neutral lipid(NL), glycolipid(GL), phospholipid(PL) and fatty acids were investigated in leaves. The contents of NL and GL were higher in $25^{\circ}C$ while PL was lower. Similarity (simple correlation) of lipid composition between $16^{\circ}C$ and $25^{\circ}C$ was not significant for PL and GL but significant for NL(p = 0.001), indicating that PL and GL were important factors in the mostability. Similarity of fatty acid composition between growth temperatures was highly significant (p = 0.001) for all three lipids, while similarity between lipids was significant between NL and PL (p=0.01) and NL and GL (p=0.05), but nonsignificant between GL and PL at $16^{\circ}C$. .In NL digalactosyldiacylglycerol (3->$7^{\circ}$) increased but monogalactosyldiacylglycerol (10%) did not change at $25^{\circ}C$. In PL phosphatidic acid (22 -> 4%) and phosphatidylinositol (18 -> 5%) decreased but phosphatidyl ethanolamine (12->l6%) increased at $25^{\circ}C$. Percent unsaturated acid slightly decreased in NL and PL but greatly increased in GL at $25^{\circ}C$. Percent unsaturated bond slightly decreased in NL but did not change in PL and GL.
With the confirmation of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and as cheap foreign agricultural products are beginning to be freely distributed in Korea, the government has taken a greater interest in securing the competitiveness of domestic agriculture. Accordingly, the Korean government has presented plans to advance the interests of 'small but strong farmers' and secure their competitiveness in line with the agricultural conditions in Korea. The government also announced that it will focus on leading these efforts in rural areas. The main thrust of this plan to support 'small but strong farmers' focuses onutilizing advanced peripheral technologies such as IT and BT; however, there are only a few Information Management Division centers currentlyoperating across the nation, and these are mainly in the IT-related divisions of the Agricultural Research and Extension Services and Agricultural Technology Centers. Therefore, in this study, we used the responses from a survey of farmers to identify regional differences in informatization levels and the digital divide among 'small but strong farmers' according to the presence or absence of an Information Management Division center. As a result, we found that the 'small but strong farmers' in regions with an active Information Management Division center received more IT services and had a higher level of informatization. Thus, to increase the use of IT-related peripheral technology by these 'small but strong farmers', it is important to maintain or increase the number of Information Management Division centers.

This study has examined the effect of music Rope-skipping on body composition and health related blood components of middle school students. The experiment has been performed for 12 weeks, varying the exercise intense depending on preliminary stage, elementary and intermediate stage and conclusion is as follows based on the change in body composition, blood components related to health before and after the experiment. All males and females showed decreased, but there were no statistically different in body fat mass and body fat percentage. Fat-free mass of males showed decreased and females had an increased, but there were no statistically different. Regarding body-mass index of males and females were on the decreased, but there were no statistically different. As for hematocrit of males and females statistically grew by about 4.53%(p<.05). The number of erythrocyte and leukocyte in males and females showed increased, but there were no statistically difference. Concerning hemoglobin of males and females showed a increased(p<.01). The number of thrombocyte of males and females were on the increased, but there were no statistically different. Cholesterol in males and females were on the decreased, but it was not statistically different. Blood glucose of males and females were on the decreased(p<.05).
Twenty five patients, 14 males and 11 females with an average age of 75years with chronic Low Back Pain were tested before, during, and after 10minutes transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. It is important to consider the effect of TENS on the autonomic function because the pain pathway and the ANS pathway are somehow correlated to each other. There is still controversy among researchers who have reported the effect of TENS on autonomic function. So the purpose of this study is to measure the effect of TENS on the ANS and to see the relation of the pain control mechanism and the change in the ANS. In Med Dept. Daehan Education Insurance, Total 690 cases(male 376 cases, female 314 cases) were inspected to study the change of serum lipid value. The objects of investigation were total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid and total lipid value. The results are as follows: 1) In the normal subjects, with the relation of serum lipid value and the age. triglyceride, phospholipid and total lipid value showed the increasing tendency by 70 age, but total cholesterol value and HDL cholesterol value showed the increasing tendency by 59 age and the decreasing tendency after 59 age. 2) In the normal subject the difference of serum lipid value between sexes did not make the significant difference of level statistically in all items which can be inspected. 3) The weight change and serum lipid value are very significantly related. Total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol and total lipid value are high in female if the weight is light. But they are high in male the weight is heavy phospholipid value is opposite to the above result. Triglyceride value is high in male regardless the weight, but the significant difference happened in the high weight group. 4) As serum lipid value of hypertension patients is compared with that of the normal subjects, HDL cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid and total lipid value are significantly high. 5) The doubtful group of the fatty infittration of liver among the hypertension pafients have very significant difference in serum lipid value compared with not only the value of the normal subject but also that of the obesity group. 6) The doubtless group of the fatty infitration of liver among the hypertension patients have the significant difference in all serum lipid value compared with that of the normal subject, but compared with the obesity group males had the significant difference of HDL cholesterol value and both sexes had the significant difference in total lipid value, but had no significant difference in total cholesterol, triglyceride and phosprolipid value. 7) The ratio of total cholesterol per HDL cholesterol had the significant difference in the doubtful hypertension patients of the fatty infittration of liver and the relative weight, but it had no significant difference compared with the normal subject in the doubtless hypertension patients.
