Method of remodeling builder selection for remodeling is competitive bidding. also metropolitan city, megalopolis city, city more than 50million have to do basic plan for remodeling before establishment of a housing cooperative. 현재 무선 환경에서의 인터넷 사용에 대한 수요는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며 이에 따라 각종 무선 휴대 장치가 빠른 속도로 보급되고 있다. 이와 동시에 WAP 포럼에서 제정한 WML(Wireless Markup Language)을 사용하여 저작된 무선 컨텐츠의 양적, 질적 성장 또한 이뤄지고 있으며, 대형 무선 컨텐츠 제공업체들도 속속 등장하고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 WML을 사용하여 대형 무선 컨텐츠를 저작한 때 요구되어지는 기능인 다수 개발자의 동시 저작 기능과 WML 문서내의 링크 및 실시간 Push 서비스, CGI, PERL 스크립트, voice Mail, Fax, E-Mail 템플릿 자동생성 등을 지원하는 WML 저작도구의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 논한다.

Recently a multi-attribute structure analysis method is one of the evident areas of important points in the decision support system analysis. This research developed an internet/intranet-based solution builder for a three-step decision support system using fuzzy-AHP in the view of 1) brainstorming far the idea generation, 2) fuzzy-AHP (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) as a multi-attribute structured analysis method and 3) aggregation logic model to integrate the results of individual analysis. We applied this decision support system to the make-or-buy decision problem for school foodservice system considering the multi-attributes in the decision making. A computer program is developed and demonstrated it internet/intranet-based decision problem. It was known that this solution builder provides decision makers a good tool for mate-of-buy group decision making.

The software expected Features are: Viewing raster image and image geo-referencing, read other map formats such as DXF Format and Tiger Line Format.

Over the last several years, Korea has increasingly adopted design-build for public construction projects. There is a much greater awareness of the need to change to a system based on 'Value for Money', which is high on the government's agenda. A whole life performance bid evaluation model is proposed to aid decision makers in the selection of a design-builder. This is based on the integration of a framework using an analytic hierarchy process, as the bid awarding system is being changed from one based on the lowest price to one based on best value over the life-cycle. Key criteria such as whole life cost, service life planning and design quality are important through the key stages of the evaluation process. The model uses a systematic and holistic approach, which enables the public sector client to make better decisions in design-builder selection, which will deliver whole life benefits based on long-term cost-effectiveness.
