The requirement of planarity, such as with-in-wafer nonuniformity, post thickness range, have become increasingly stringent as critical dimensions of devices are decreased and a better control of a planarity become important. The key factors influencing the planarity capability of the CMP process have been well understood through numerous related experiments. These usually include parameters such as process pressures, relative velocities, slurry temperature, polishing pad materials and polishing head structure. Many study have been done about polishing pad and its groove structure because it's considered as one of the key factors which can decide wafer uniformity directly. But, not many study have been done about polisher head structure, especially about polisher head plate design. The purpose of this paper is to know how the plate structure can affect wafer uniformity and how to deteriorate wafer yield. Furthermore, we studied several new designed plate to improve wafer uniformity and also improve wafer yield.
This study was done to observe the effect on the local thermal changes of herbal acupuncture on D.I.T.I.. The objects of this study are as follows; If there are remarkable local thermal changes between pre and post herbal acupuncture therapy on D.I.T.I.or not. If there are those, We examine how long that changes are maintained, what the adequate interval is on herbal acupuncture therapy, and what the reaction in a .local or whole body are on that therapy Materials and Methods : To study the local thermal changes in herbal acupuncture therapy, D.I.T.I. was used. Determination of this analysis periods are pre and post-therapy(1 hour, 24hours, 48hours and 7days later). The study group was divided into three groups(comprised 23 students in oriental medical college, Woosuk University). One was NS(Normal Saline) group, another was CF(CARTHAMI SEMEN) group and the other was BU(FEL URSI + BENZOAR BOVIS) group. The Herbal Acupunture solution was injected 0.2ml divide into 0.05ml at tile P'ungmun(B12), P'yesu(B13), Pubun(B41), Paek'o(B42) 4 points. Then, in order to analyze the clinical form, we have observed response of 23 students whenever we checked the thermal changes of their after perfoming Results : The results were obtained as follows ; 1. There is no significant dermatothermal changes at NS group and CF group, but BU group have remarkable changes in 24, 48, 72 hours. 2. From post-therapy 1 hour to 48 hours, there is a significant change (P<0.01) at NS-BU group and CF-BU group, But there is none 7 days later. 3. In the analysis of whole or local body reaction, local pain appears at NS group(22%), CF group(11%), BU group(91%), discomfort reaction appears at CF group(14%), BU group(30%). BU groilp has feel vertigo(13%), drowsy (70%) and pain in action(52%). 4. In the analysis of the duration of physic진 reaction, BU group is most lately maintained. Conclusions : These results suggest that in the physical reaction of herbal acupuncture solutions, BU solution is more sensitive than CF solution or NS.
Objectives : Spurling test is one of the most widely used physical tests to diagnose herniated cervical intervertebral disc. The purpose of this study is to analyse diagnostic validity of Spurling test. Methods : This study was carried out on 382 subjects who visited Bu-Chun Ja-Seng oriental hospital with the neck pain or radiating pain from neck to upper extremities from November, 2007 to October, 2008. All subjects underwent both Spurling test and cervical magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). The associations between Spurling test and herniated cervical intervertebral disc were analysed. Results : 1. The sensitivity of Spurling test for herniated cervical intervertebral disc was 64%. 2. The specificity of Spurling test for herniated cervical intervertebral disc was 86%. 3. The positive predictive value of Spurling test for herniated cervical intervertebral disc was 93%. 4. The negative predictive value of Spurling test for herniated cervical intervertebral disc was 44%. Conclusions : This study suggests that Spurling test is not useful in screening for herniated cervical intervertebral disc due to the test's relatively low sensitivity. Thus it is necessary to consult advanced tests such as diagnostic imaging to diagnose herniated cervical intervertebral disc.
This study was experienced study of one group pretest-posttest design to confirm the effects of Bu-Hang therapy on sore and the study of subjects were high-danger group of developing sore that were instituted in Chung-Book A area. The data collection was conducted 11 subjects of high-danger group on developing sore as participants agreed in study after assessing sore danger-degree of 30 subjects with institute administrator. The duration of study was carried out between March, 1999 and September, 2000. The instrumental tool of study was assessing tool of modified sore danger-degree that was based on Braden Scale(1985) by developing of Bergstorm. The subjects of study were applied on sore site or easily developing site by Geon-Hang technique, one time for one day. The assess of sore duration treatment period were measured area of sore, assessed state of skin by Bergstrom, Braden, Lanquzza & Holman(1987). The analysis of collected data were showed by frequency, percentage on demographic characteristics. And effects of Bu-Hang therapy on sore were confirmed by contrast comparison of signal-test or case studies. The results of study were described below. 1. Bu-Hang therapy effected to inhibit of developing sore and decrease of sign and symptom on sore in 11 subjects, all(P=.010). 2. Bu-Hang therapy decrease of sign and symptom on sore in 6 subjects of case studies, all(P=.031). Conclusively, Bu-Hang therapy will facilitate for nursing intervention on sore. But this study was difficult to confirm effects of Bu-Hang therapy pretest-posttest design. Therefore, Bu-Hang therapy is high enable to decrease for sore but, yet is needed to monitor affectively for nursing intervention.

In order to evaluate the improvement effects of head of Panax ginseng on chronic arthritis, we have investigated the activity of butanol fraction (BuOH fraction) in vitro and in vivo system. BuOH fraction showed significant inhibition on the elastase activity. Anti-arthritic activity of BuOH fraction was also examined on type II collagen-induced arthritis in DBA/1J mice. Mice were immunized with injection of type II collagen emulsified in Freund's complete adjuvant, followed by a booster injection 21 days later. BuOH fraction(BHPG) was administered at an oral dose of 500mg/kg for 2 weeks from the 1st day boost. The hind paw edema was significantly decreased in the group of treatment with BuOH fraction compared to control. In collagen-induced DBA/1J mice, BuOH fraction did not affected the collagen antibody titer but significantly inhibited the tumor necrosis factoralpha(TNF-${\alpha}$) activity. These results were confirmed with histological evaluation of joint tissues. This study may raise the possibility that the usage of BuOH fraction of head of Panax ginseng as alternative medicine for the relief and prevention of rheumatoid arthritis symptoms.
Objectives : We tried to investigate the effects of Carthami Semen(CF) pharmacopuncture and Bovis Calculus Fei Ursi(BU) pharmacopuncture on the heart rate variability(HRV) in adult men. As well as we tried to observe how CF pharmacopuncture and BU pharmacopuncture effect on the balance of the autonomic nervous system. Methods : We investigated on 40 healthy volunteers consisted of 20 subjects in CF pharmacopuncture group and 20 subjects in BU pharmacopuncture group respectively. We ruled out subjects whose vital sign isn't in normal range, yet they had taken a rest. The study established by a randomized, single-blind clinical trial. CF pharmacopuncture and BU pharmacopuncture was applied on each group. We measured HRV 7 times : baseline measurement and every 5 minutes for 30 minutes after injection. The SPSS 15.0 for Windows was used to analyze the data by the paired t-test(in group) and Independent sample t-test(between the groups). Results 1. After injection of CF pharmacopuncture, SDNN, Ln(TP), Ln(VLF) and Ln(LF) increased significantly, and Complexity, pNN50 decreased significantly. 2. After injection of BU pharmacopuncture, RMSSD, SDSD and HRV-index increased significantly. Conclusions : We suggest that CF pharmacopuncture activate sympathetic nervous system and BU pharmacopuncture tend to activate the autonomic nervous system.

This study analyzed about Banbitgan of Anchae in High-Class Housing in Hanseong-bu (漢城府), Latter Part of Joseon Dynasty, by the drawings of Jangseogak Library. which were drawn the figure of house in Hanseong-bu (漢城府), during from the middle part of 17th Century to the end of 19th Century. These drawings were drawn in the form of Gangado ((間架圖), the layout and floor plan, the function of room of each houses can be examined. Focusing on drawings which the room name was written among those drawings, ascertainable form of Banbitgan. This Study has treated particular houses which houses were verified form of Banbitgan. As the result, it was investigated that Anchae of upper class housing in Hanseong-bu (漢城府), as the place where large-scaled housework was managed, its attached space has ever been developed. Especially, in this Study, by means of concretely research on the space organization of Anchae along with space composition and connection method of Banbitgan, the upper-class housing in Hanseong-bu (漢城府), it was quite examinable on the architectural figure of the upper-class housing in Hanseong-bu (漢城府), During the latter part of the Joseon Dynasty, which was not known well in the meanwhile.
The essential operating parameters in virus vaccine production are multiplicity of infection (MOI), harvest time, and infection time. Stimulating agents also can be applied in order to improve vaccine productivity further. We investigated the optimum operating conditions in porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) vaccine production and the applicability of sodium butyrate (NaBu) as a stimulating agents for the improvement of vaccine productivity. The optimum MOI, infection time, and harvest time for high production of TGEV by swine testicle (ST) cells were found to be 0.0001 pfu/cell, 3 day after cell inoculation, and 24 hpi, respectively. NaBu is known as a histone deacetylase inhibitor that has been widely used for the high expression of recombinant protein using mammalian cells and for the enhancement of virus propagation. So we tried to examine the potential of NaBu as a stimulating agent and to determine the optimum concentration by comparing TGEV titers with different range of NaBu concentration. TGEV titer with 5 mM NaBu was 1.5 times higher than control. Therefore, we concluded that NaBu can be a promising agent for stimulating various vaccine production including TGEV and the optimum NaBu concentration for TGEV production was determined to be 5 mM.
