In this paper, we propose a reliable $8{\times}8$ up-down switching polar relay code based on 3GPP LTE standard, motivated by 3GPP LTE down link, which is 30 bps/Hz for $8{\times}8$ MIMO antennas, and by Arikan's channel polarization for the frequency selective fading (FSF) channels with the generator matrix $Q_8$. In this scheme, a polar encoder and OFDM modulator are implemented sequentially at both the source node and relay nodes, the time reversion and complex conjugation operations are separately implemented at each relay node, and the successive interference cancellation (SIC) decoder, together with the cyclic prefix (CP) removal, is performed at the destination node. Use of the scheme shows that decoding at the relay without any delay is not required, which results in a lower complexity. The numerical result shows that the system coded by polar codes has better performance than currently used designs.

Through observing effect of BOPEASAN(BPT) on an aging white rat's metabolic enzyme system, the following conclusions were addressed 1. The quantity of the lipid peroxide in lung of was decreased meaningfully in all of experimental subject groups, relatively to counterpart groups. 2. Cytochrome P-450, Cytochrome b5, NADPH-Cytochrome P45, was decreased meaningfully in the experimental subject groups B,C and D. 3. superoxide dismutase, catarase, grutathione peroxidase, was increased meaningfully in the experimental subject groups B.C and D. 4. glutathione, glutathione S-transferase, glutathione redutase, ${\gamma}$-Glutamylcytein synthetase, had no meaningful change in the experimental subject groups. Regarding the above conclusions, the Bopeasan was affecting positively on both lipid peroxide a nd the enzyme system, as well as it has efficacy of suppressing the phenomena of aging, Therefore, the Bopeasan is, hereafter, expected to be applied clinically.

본 논문에서는 ㎓대역의 고속 클럭 신호를 필요로 하는 데이터 통신 시스템 분야에 응용될 수 있는 새로운 구조의 클럭 및 데이터 복원회로를 구현하였다. 구현된 회로는 고속 데이터 전송시 주로 사용되는 NRZ형태의 데이터 복원에 적합한 구조로서 위상동기 회로에 발생하는 high frequency jitter를 방지하기 위한 새로운 위상 검출 구조를 갖추고 있다. 또 가변적인 지연시간을 갖는 delay cell을 이용한 위상검출기를 이용하여 위상 검출기가 갖는 dead zone 문제를 해결하고, 항상 최적의 동작을 수행하여 빠른 동기 시간을 갖는다. 수십 Gbps급 대용량을 수신할 수 있도록 다채널 확장에 용이한 구조를 사용하였으며, 1.25Gbps급 데이터를 복원하기 위한 클럭 생성을 목표로 하여 CMOS 0.25$\mu\textrm{m}$ 공정을 사용하여 구현한 후 그 동작을 측정을 통해 검증하였다.

전력선은 동축선이나 광섬유 링크와는 대조적으로 제한된 전송전력, 높은 부하 간섭과 잡음, 가변하는 감쇠 및 임피던스 레벨 등의 문제를 안고 있으나, 별도의 통신선로가 필요없이 신호와 전원을 동시에 제공 할수 있는 잇점이 있으므로 가정 자동화 및 근거리 통신 목적으로 가치 있는 채널을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 220V의 AC전력선을 이용하여 1200bps의 디지털 신호를 송수신할 수 있는 OOK BASK모뎀을 구현하였다. 수신 신호의 복조를 위해 비동기 검파 방식을 택하였으며, 연성판정(soft decision)을 수행하였다. 대부분의 과정을 단일 칩 마이크로 프로세서를 이용하여 하드웨어를 대폭 간소화하였다. 또한 유럽의 표준인 CENELEC의 규격에 적합하도록 설계되었으며, 가정 자동화 시스템으로 적절히 응용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

최근 인터넷을 통한 B2B 전자상거래가 확산됨에 따라 다양한 형태의 인터넷 비즈니스를 지원하기 위한 기술들이 나타나고 있다. 이에 따라 B2B 전자상거래 시스템은 B2B 거래를 위해 이기종 환경의 시스템들과 각종 정보를 처리하고, 교환해야 한다. 하지만 현재 BPSS의 검증을 위한 시험도구는 국내외적으로 전무한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 ebMS 표준적합성과 연계하여 ebXML BPSS 검증항목으로 작성된 케이스 항목에 따라서 문서의 적합성 여부를 평가하는 BPSS 적합성 검증 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문은 iterated contractive transformations을 이용한 심전도 데이터 압축에 관한 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 이방법은 piecewise self-affine fractal interpolation(PSAFI)에 의해 심전도 신호의 임의 구간들을 표현한다. Piecewise self-affine fractal model은 자기자신의 수축적 유사 변환으로 구성된다고 볼 수 있는 이산 데이터에 사용된다. 제안된 알고리즘은 MIT/BIH arrhythmia 데이터베이스로 평가되었다. PSAFI는 주어진 압축율에서 기존의 직접 압축 방법보다 상대적으로 적은 재생 오차를 나타냈다. 샘플링 주파수는 400Hz이고 resolution은 12bits인 원래 신호에 대해 압축율이 883.9bps일때 평균재생오차(APRD)는 5.39%를 나타냈다.

The high capacity audio watermarking algorithms are facing a main challenge in satisfying the robustness against attacks especially on de-synchronization attacks. In this paper, a robust and a high capacity algorithm is proposed using segment selection, Stationary Wavelet Transform (SWT) and the Quantization Index Modulation (QIM) techniques along with new synchronization mechanism. The proposed algorithm provides enhanced trade-off between robustness, imperceptibility, and capacity. The achieved watermarking improves the reliability of the available watermarking methods and shows high robustness towards signal processing (manipulating) attacks especially the de-synchronization attacks such as cropping, jittering, and zero inserting attacks. For imperceptibility evaluation, high signal to noise ratio values of above 22 dB has been achieved. Also subjective test with volunteer listeners shows that the proposed method has high imperceptibility with Subjective Difference Grade (SDG) of 4.76. Meanwhile, high rational capacity up to 176.4 bps is also achieved.

본 논문은 30kW, 95GHz 자이로트론 구동을 위한 $25kV_{max}$, $10mA_{max}$ 출력 사양의 Body Power Supply (BPS)와 $10V_{max}$, $10A_{max}$ 사양을 가지며 50kV 절연이 요구되는 Heater Power Supply (HPS)의 설계에 관하여 기술한다. 자이로트론 구동 효율 향상에 필요한 BPS는 높은 승압비 달성 및 절연에 대한 신뢰성 확보를 위해 8개의 분리된 코어를 사용하여 변압기를 구성하고, 각 코어간의 보상권선을 이용하는 방식을 제안하여 직렬로 구성된 8개의 고전압 정류부 간의 전압 불균형 문제를 해결 한다. HPS는 50kV 전위가 인가되는 코일 가열을 위해 사용되는 전원으로 내부 고주파 변압기를 이용하여 효율적인 절연 설계를 구현한다. 30kW, 95GHz 자이로트론 구동 시스템의 신뢰성 확보와 전원장치의 높은 전력밀도 달성을 위해 두 전원장치는 공진형 컨버터 토폴로지를 기반으로 설계하고, 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 개발된 전원의 우수성을 검증한다.

China has become the second largest economy since 2010. China's economy is supported by the rapid growth of its automobile industry. The rapid growth of the automobile and tire industry will increase the natural rubber (NR) demand as its primary raw materials. Although as a significant producer, China cannot fulfill the consumption by its domestic production. Thus China relies heavily on import from Southeast Asia countries as the primary producers of natural rubber in the world. China and Southeast Asia are dependent on their economy in terms of the availability of natural rubber as raw materials. But the economic slowdown in China since 2008 is expected to affect the international trading between China and Southeast Asia countries. This research aims to analyze the determinants of NR export from Southeast Asia to China using panel data analysis. The results show NR price, exchange rate, and China's economic slowdown significantly affect NR export to China, while Southeast Asian NR production has no significant effect. China as the main importer of NR from Southeast Asia has a big role in growing NR export in Southeast Asia. If China's economy doesn't improve soon, it will affect the economy in Southeast Asia.

This study intended to examine the relationship between inflation and unemployment rate in Indonesia during 1987 to 2018 period. The study applied a quantitative method using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) in order to comprehensively understand the causality between inflation and unemployment rates. The data were collected from various main sources including the World Bank, Central Bank of Indonesia, and Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The findings showed that inflation has a one-way relationship toward unemployment in Indonesia and it occurs at the third lag. Impulse Response Function (IRF), shows that the inflation rate are fluctuating in response to the shock of unemployment. The unemployment rate responses to shocks from inflation initially increased until it is eventually diminished. It shows that the shocks caused by the impact of inflation were only in the short term. Further, inflation in the three previous lags will have consequences for the unemployment rate in the year. Lastly, both in the long run and short run, unemployment did not affect inflation rates. These findings suggest that high inflation in Indonesia is determined the rising price of basic commodities and fuel. In addition, most companies in Indonesia applying capital intensive so that employment growth in Indonesia is small.
