The frictional behavior of bare steel sheet highly depends on surface roughness. It was investigated that the change of surface roughness of bare steel sheet due to deformation for each forming mode. The flat type friction test was done to check the effect of surface roughness change on frictional characteristics of bare steel sheet. As increasing the deformation, the Ra value was increased at stretching forming mode and drawing forming mode, however the change of Pc showed different trends. The Pc was decreased as increasing stretch deformation but increased at compression deformation. At drawing forming mode, the friction coefficient was increased as deformation was increased after initial big drop with drawing oil. As deformation was increased, the friction coefficient was decreased with drawing oil at stretching forming mode. The results show that the deformation changes the surface roughness and frictional characteristics of steel sheet but the effect depends on the forming mode.

Korea's healthcare is in great danger of sustainability. In 2020, the baby boomer will begin to be older, and there is no promise that the total fertility rate of 1.0 or less will rebound, and Korea's economic growth rate is predicted to be less than 2%. Together with these phenomena, Plan for Benefit Expansion in Nation Health Insurance (Moon Jae-in Care) will seriously threaten the sustainability of health insurance finance. In addition, health care in Korea has many problems: excessive medical utilization, rapidly increasing elderly medical costs, concentrating patients into big hospitals, low healthcare personnel but many healthcare facilities and equipment, bad quality of primary and mental care, and fast-growing health expenditure. For sustainability, healthcare of Korea should be reformed. The direction of the reform is people-centered and integrated healthcare in the community which is composed of empowering and engaging people, strengthening governance and accountability, reorienting the model of care, coordinating services, and creating an enabling environment.

Transgenic rats and mice are useful experimental animal models for medical research including human disease model studies. Somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) technology is successfully applied in most mammalian species including cattle, sheep, pig and mouse. SCNT is also considered to increase the efficacy of transgenic/knockout mouse and rat production. However, in the area of reproductive biotechnology, the rodent model is inadequate because of technical obstacles in manipulating the oocytes including intracytoplasmic sperm injection and SCNT. In particular, success of rat SCNT is very limited so far. In this review, the history of rodent cloning is described.

This study is to set up some models and make plans of the seaside resorts at coastal area in Korea. In order to do this we analyse the characteristics of east, south and west coastal areas of Korean peninsula. And we divide coastal areas into three categories, such as suburban area, fishing village area, and island area, according to their development phases and the distances from nearby big cities. Three types of seaside resort model for three categories of coastal areas are set up. At last we make site plans and images of three types of seaside resort model.

Smart factory has been regarded as a big opportunity for manufacturing industries. However, little literature has been studied for the current status of Korean smart factory. Our paper tries to find gaps between research and real world by summarizing the recent literature and cases in Korean context. As the present level of smart factory introductions in Korean small manufacturing firms is lower than what a variety of literature says, our study points out that more efforts, investments and government support are required to catch up with the knowhow and technologies of developed countries although real-time control, enhanced productivity have been obtained. In future research, we will continue the smart factory study with the accumulated real data.

As the digital economy goes global, firms are trying to find suppliers that can address their managerial goals and strategies. The alternatives are not confined to domestic firms. Firms have been trying to connect to foreign partners worldwide. Although offshore outsourcing grants firms various benefits, they present big cultural challenges. However, there is little research on the impact of cultural or country factors on outsourcing. The goal of this paper is to synthesize the outsourcing success literature and develop propositions for outsourcing success in the context of offshore outsourcing. This paper proposes that cultural effects should be included in evaluating the success of offshore outsourcing. Knowledge sharing and the scope of outsourcing are adopted in the base outsourcing success model from previous literature. In the extended model partnership quality is included as a mediator and organizational capability and outsourcing relationship type are also included as moderator. Finally, the integrated framework of offshore outsourcing success includes cultural factors as moderators of the relationships between outsourcing success antecedents and the success of offshore outsourcing. Reasoning for propositions, managerial implications, and future research directions are discussed.

The importance of Human Resource Management is big issue in business management recently. However, employ's job satisfaction is appeared as low. In this study, surveys were conducted among those long-term employs. The importance of job satisfaction is prioritized by AHP analysis based on results of survey to compare to the results of previously studied research. And this study will contribute to improvement of job satisfaction by comparing the facts in two different groups of occupation.

To determine the effect of garlic on acute liver damage caused by $CCl_4$, the values of GOT, GPT, LDH in blood were measured. GOT, GPT, LDH values from mouse treated 2,000mg/kg garlic substance powder were significantly lower than disitlled mouse(positive treatment) after distilled water ingestion only showed big death, but 2,000mg/kg garlic powder treated mouse rarely showed death of liver tissue.

In this paper, search-efficient Bi-directional-Chord(B-Chord) is proposed in P2P (peer-to-Peer) overlay network. Chord is the most popular P2P Look-up protocol. However, it applied to the mobile environment, the search success rate become lower and the request delay time increases. That is big problem. Thus, by improving the existing Chord, in this paper proposed B-Chord reduces the request delay time to in a mobile environment. Proposed B-Chord have the two Finger table and can search by selecting Finger table depending on the value of Key. By use these bi-directional, it can reduce the number of nodes Hop and search delay time. Thus, As a result, it will be able to increase the search success rate in a mobile environment.

The change of digital convergence service environment converted the subject of design into user -centric one instead of developer-centric one, and changed the existing design environment focused on product development into the new user -centric design environment. Accordingly, GUI considering user's usability come to take big shares in those contents being used for multimedia equipments. However, as the present educational contents provide complex interface due to its design produced based on the existing e-learning system, they have many problems in that they don't consider user's usability. Thus this paper aimed to analyze actual examples through GUI elements of educational contents being used for multimedia equipments and attempt to suggest some directions for development. additionally, consider the various characteristics of digital convergence environment and educational contents, and try to set up strategic directions possible to utilize user'-centric interface elements more usefully and properly at the time to produce designs.
